I had a wonderful time at this location. The staff was very cordial and kind despite the overwhelming number of visitors staying at the hotel. When I got in late, my keys were already prepared by Tyree. Sean and Rico at the front desk were very accommodating in a last minute room cleaning request (due to COVID it’s helpful to put in a request!), and Rodolfo and Bernardo were very helpful in the kitchen and dining area when I came down a little before the end of breakfast time.

Awesome experience and would recommend!

I didn't have a single encounter with any of the staff that wasn't pleasant and on my afternoon check in Kelly was kind enough to say if I wanted she'd drop me off and pick me up if I wanted food or to shop at the mall just down the way.
Berry Brown, the shuttle driver, went above and beyond both days he got me to the airport. On the first day we had a great chat on the way to the airport. Unfortunately he had to come back after I could not board my flight (due to an undelivered Covid test).
On my return back to the hotel, Berry knew I was upset and exhausted. He was very kind taking all my carry-ons up to my suite and dropping them off when it was obvious I was disappointed and done in. I'd stayed up all night waiting for my test results to arrive and sending anxious messages. His gesture was very thoughtful.
Before I'd left that am (with Barry to the airport) Rodolfo had been just starting breakfast setup but made sure I got some before leaving, which was so appreciated.
The helpful front desk staff put me back into my room and let me have a quiet day, calling me when my food was delivered at the front desk. Every one of them were pleasant, polite and helpful.
The next morning I again went with Berry and some other guests back to the airport and thanked him for the final time.
This hotel is modern and clean. It looks quite new. The location is great for access to shopping, food and airport if you use the shuttle or have a vehicle. I liked it's little conveniences, the mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The tiled bathroom was roomy and classic. The bed was comfy, with nice linens and a duvet I found was perfect for warmth. Feather pillows, yes please.
The pool and fitness center are both economy size but completely doable.

We stayed in a double bed room. Everything was good with the room. The beds were great. The breakfast lady Oleatha “O” kept the breakfast buffet fully stocked and asked us if we needed anything. After coming in from a morning hot walk, she turned on the juice/water dispenser so we could get a cup of cold water, even though it was after the breakfast buffet was closed. We appreciate her doing that for us. We enjoyed all aspects of our stay with no complaints. My only suggestions would be to have a cold water dispenser by the coffee station and offer an afternoon snack of cookies, also by the coffee station.

Breakfast was next to nothing - boiled eggs and crappy packaged stuff (even though it says hot breakfast on their website). I asked for water at the front desk and the front desk assistant said “there’s apple juice in the bag”. I was disappointed as this hotel had great reviews.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We continue to follow guidelines set forth by the CDC, our state, our Brand and other officials in response to COVID-19. Our breakfast buffet and restauraunt area have been temporarily discontinued since the pandemic but we do provide a Grab N Go breakfast which include a yogurt, whole fruit, juice, cereal bar and a muffin. We are in the process of adding more of a variety to our bags so that we are able to provide a more plentiful breakfast while remaining safe. Thank you for choosing our hotel and we look forward to your return. Stay Safe.

We recently spent 5 nights at this hotel while visiting friends and family in the area. Overall we were very happy with the hotel.

It's clean, quiet, and has a good, hot breakfast. They offer housekeeping every 4 days, but since we were staying 5 days, we didn't see the point of asking for it the day before we would be checking out. But they happily offered anything we needed, so there really was no problem. The folks at the front desk were delightful, always super friendly.

Our heat/A/C control in the room was kind of quirky. The temperature gauge seemed to be off, since it would show 73 degrees in the room (ordinarily that would be too warm for us) when it actually had to be closer to 68. When it showed 68 it was freezing. No biggie, but I think the gauge needs to be checked. Also the water pressure in the shower was pretty weak.

Restaurants are about 2 miles away but the hotel offers a shuttle (nice service). We had a car so didn't need the shuttle but it's a great service they offer.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites Raleigh-Durham Airport/Brier Creek has to be the worst hotel experience I've ever had. For $180/night, this hotel has not provided any room cleaning despite my requests for three straight days. No clean towels, no made beds, no vacuumed carpets, no refreshed bathroom...no attention whatsoever. Furthermore, the hotel staff seemed indifferent to my requests to have the room cleaned - indifference to the point of disrespect. The person who is responsible for cleaning rooms actually stated that he could not clean the room because he had already called his Uber to go home. This is totally unacceptable!!! Do not stay here - find an alternative.

This seemed more like a Courtyard to me than a Fairfield. The room was large and nicely equipped. The furnishings were nice. Everything seemed really clean. The staff was great. Marriott properties feel the cleanest right now. It seems like they're making a real effort to keep the rooms as virus-free as possible. The location is also great... right near the airport, restaurants and highways. I only stayed one night but I could have stayed many more.

The hotel is located close to the airport, in the area of Brier Creek. It is a few minutes drive from the large Brier Creek shopping center. Otherwise there is not much around within reasonable walking distance, but the area is nice, clean and quiet. There is also lots of parking space.

In the building there are 2 elevators. There is a hot breakfast, but no "real" restaurant around, though you can get free coffee and purchase some basic things near the reception.

The room was fair in size, with a shower inside a bath tub. During the first minute, the water in the shower was brown, but this only happened once and never happened again. There is a small fridge, though it makes a little noise during the night.

I would not recommend staying here if you don't plan on being at the hotel for the night by 7:00 or 8:00 pm because they do not have sufficient parking for their guests. We were not happy to come back after a long day to find out there was zero parking available for us (or the other guests standing at the front desk). We were told we could "park on the street", which was not an acceptable answer to us. This is probably one of the only hotels I have ever stayed at that didn't ask what car we were driving or provide a parking pass, so they have no way of monitoring how many cars are in the parking lot.

Additionally the hotel sits RIGHT on the highway and is very loud. You can also tell this is an older hotel that they have attempted to update but haven't done the greatest job. The hallways had an unpleasant smell and the AC in the rooms didn't work very well.

Hi Stephanie F, Thank you for your feedback and I apologize for not having parking available for you. I apologize that our efforts did not meet your standards, as parking can sometimes be difficult if/when we have multiple cars to one room. I truly hope you choose to stay with us again on your next visit to the Raleigh area, as we would really like to have you back. This is not a complaint that we hear of often, so I really hope that you will give our Team another chance.

Where do I begin ... we had to live in a hotel for 20 days and chose Fairfield Inn & Suites Raleigh-Durham Airport/Brier Creek while our house was being renovated. The room was spacious and we were put on the 6th floor. The staff could not have been any nicer to us. I would like to recognize Maggie (who showed us the room before we decided to stay here and was the reason we chose Fairfield), Terrie, Kelli, Mr. Ben and DeWayne for their great customer service! They made us feel "right at home". The bedding/pillows were very comfortable. The living room area was able to provide room for a computer/office setup. COVID was a concern, but they handled this very safely and wore mask. Housekeeping was very respectful and cleaned the room when requested. Again, you will NOT be disappointed to stay here.
