Sandra was our bartender and she was amazing. There have been very few places where I have been able to find an old fashion like hers. If you like Great Drinks and an a Great personality check her out. I also would like to mention, that Sandra was able to create a Mock tail for my aunt who does not drink.

I wanted to love this hotel…but I just can’t stay here anymore because I respect myself too much. Let me start with the Pros: The front desk staff are friendly. The bar staff are friendly. The rooms are large and fairly new. Breakfast is EXCELLENT. The hotel is 2 minutes from my office. The pool area is very nice. The outdoor patio and fire pit is beautiful. The ONE and ONLY con: My room was never clean - the three times I’ve stayed here - each time for about a week long trip. The first stay in January, my dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes. The second stay in February, my dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes, the lock to my room did not lock, and the floors in the hallway were always VERY dirty. Housekeeping never cleaned my room during this stay. The third stay in March was the deal breaker for me. The dishwasher was loaded with dirty dishes. The floor in the kitchen was dirty and sticky. I took a trash bucket in an attempt to clean the floor myself, and when I took the back out of the bucket, there appeared to be dry vomit in it. I cleaned out the bucket, filled it with warm water and soap, and proceeded to clean the floor. The towel I used quickly turned black with dirt. I also wiped down the stainless steel fridge which was covered in dirty finger print smudges. Housekeeping also never cleaned my room during this 3 night stay. I never had a DND sign up so I’m not sure what the deal is with housekeeping. I did ask a staff member and they mentioned that they have a big issue with poor housekeeping. The assistant general manager issued me 5K points, but that won’t bring me back to this hotel after giving them 3 chances. I took my business to Hilton this months and for future stays.

My husband and I came into Raleigh Durham for one night on our way back from the North Topsail Island. We decided to stay at the Hyatt House and what a great choice it was! Sandra at the bar was fantastic! She was great company, a wonderful bartender and such wonderful customer service! We were talking as I ordered & had told her I like fat lime slices. Well, she made a special point to cut me fat lime slices for my gin & tonic. An all around credit to Hyatt House is Sandra. I truly think she'll continue to bring customers in to the hotel with her way. Super nice woman. Thank you for hiring her!

Sandra was an excellent, attentive, bar tender who interacted with everyone at the bar and was very timely on the drinks. The overall experience was excellent, she made an out of towner, loan traveler, feel welcome. Haven’t had this level of service in a long time.

During my stay, I needed plastic cutlery or really any cutlery as I picked myself up dinner, and it didn’t have any inside. Requested some from the front desk and they told me I could come down and get it myself, unfortunately, I was not able to do so, as I did not feel comfortable since it was so late at night. My shower bottles unfortunately, we’re not filled. Therefore, I was not able to take an adequate shower. My Wi-Fi unfortunately did not work in my room when asked front desk for assistance they did not know how to help me. The hotel was extremely clean, which was such a benefit in my opinion. It was very quiet, and I was able to have a full nights rest without being interrupted. Check out was noon and at 11 o’clock I received a knock at the door asking if I was checking out by the room maids, thank goodness I was already awake.

Very clean and close to the airport. Ample parking. My only complaint is that the way to access the internet is VERY confusing and cumbersome. Guests must tap the privacy notice and scroll to bottom and accept -- then tap back to also go through the same process with the cookies agreement --- only then can you accept the big blue Accept button. This is terribly poor user experience/design and requires assistance from staff (who are very helpful--not their fault). Bring the app into the future Hyatt. :-)

We enjoyed our stay however, the bed comfort/quality was a little disappointing for the price we paid. We really enjoyed the amenities as the gym was very upgraded. They have a good size indoor pool but, it is not heated so we were kinda disappointed. Also, they only have one pool table and there was a group using it the whole night we were staying there. My friend and I were very excited to use the amenities but, there is some work that needs to be done or rules inforced.

WiFi is terrible - impossible to connect (tried on 3 devices). Other reviewers have mentioned this too. In a business are such as RTP, where people come to work (not vacation), having an easy to access, reliable access is mandatory. I called the front desk to ask if there are WiFi issues, and of course the answer was "no". When I told the rep what was going on the response was, "oh yeah, some other people have had that issue too but it goes away after a few minutes.' Huh? I explained that my issue had not just "gone away" for 10 hours - and they need to fix the WiFi. This place reminds me of a glorfied Extended Stay America type property. AI can't get here soon enough, because having to deal with imcompetence in an area where business is the prime reason for people coming here makes it hard to deal with people who are not knowledgable or proactive enough to fix a problem they know exist. Get with the program Hyatt House - this is a house I won't be staying in again. Rooms are o.k. - nothing to write "home" about - and I was informed no housekeeping for the 3 nights of my stay unless I request it.

When I know I need an uninterrupted work marathon and a good night of sleep-this Hyatt always fits the bill by providing a comfy room away from distracting noises. It’s near enough to the airport for a shuttle but also convenient to restaurants and shopping in the area.
