When I first arrived, desk clerk told me they had not received payment. I responded by showing where the payment had already posted to my bank account 2 weeks prior, to which he proceeded to berate me for booking through a third party app(the Hopper), and told me I would have to contact the Hopper to have them forward proof of payment to the hotel. After I fumbled with my phone trying to figure out how to reach a live person, the desk clerk asked to see what they had sent me by way of confirmation. I showed him the confirmation and he said “this is what I need,” referring to the confirmation code. Obviously, if he had asked for that from the start I could have shown it right away. May I insert here that there were NO other cars in the parking lot (I checked), and I not once saw another soul at the hotel other than the front desk clerk. The “hot breakfast” they offered consisted of pre-packaged boiled eggs, stale bagels, cream cheese, some yogurt, orange juice, and lukewarm coffee. I’m generously giving 3 stars because my stay was peaceful and the room was clean.…
The hotel is good, the staff are great. I would stay again in a different room and with my own blue light to "see" what I can "see" with my eyes. Something in that room bit us up. I'm sorry to say, it made the trip less than perfect.
The place permeated of weed throughout the hotel. I don't see anything wrong with partaking, but the smell is awful and doesn't need to be shared for all. A bright spot was the jovial attitude and hard work of the housekeeping staff.
Very nice place and good employee would come and stay and very helping and knowledgeable people working there. Food very good and service and room clean and nice smell and everything working order bed clean and nice.
I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and everything was great. Unfortunately, I was double charged the incidentals fee. I used a credit card to try to avoid the hold being processed on my personal account. Unfortunately, the kind gentleman who waited on me wasn’t trained to complete the process properly. He did indeed inform me before hand and thought he double checked, but still processed the payment wrong charging me an extra $200.
When I checked into my room there was a large smelly present in the toilet someone had left there. Obviously the toilet hadn’t been cleaned and it made me wonder what else wasn’t cleaned properly prior to my arrival. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was very good. But cleanliness is especially important during Covid and that was lacking.
Nice room but extremely small and tight bathroom and missing some basics such as skin lotion and another bar of soap for the shower. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very good; better than expected.
General manager and entire staff were great. Warm, welcoming and extremely responsive to requests. Good location and value for the money. Rooms were clean and comfortanble. Only negative bath room dated, showing it's age, but very clean and serviceable. Manager mentioned major cosmetic update occurring soon. This is the only negative but has everything else for a quality stay.
Hotel was clean, staff was helpful. The breakfast was terrible. I've stayed at many mid range hotels in the last year. This one still has premade / shrinkwrapped food and nothing made at the hotel. It was that bad. They should just shut down the breakfast and provide everyone a $15 coupon for Denny's down the street or several other places.
Felt like I was home and no problems overall.Staff professional customer service. Hotel clean and quite during my stay.Will be returning every chance I can.Hope to have breakfast and have a longer stay
