The terrain is hilly, and there are lots of steps. The other consideration might be the altitude. I know it bothered my mom several years ago when we visited OEI together (she's in her 70s). Perhaps give the desk a call and discuss the situation and they will work with you to provide the best access/accommodation. There are also elevators per ADA requirements in most of the locations.
