We stayed in the penthouse and it was lovely! Quiet and clean and very welcoming! Highly recommend! The bath has two sinks which is always a nice perk and outlets on both sides of the bed. We didn’t sit out on the little balcony because it was too chilly. We would stay here again.

John and Patty went above and beyond the call of duty as hosts and made a last trip with a good friend before she moves to the United Kingdom an excellent one. John did a great job pointing out the amenities of the BnB and the area. He offered my friend and me a sample of some local beer and even made a reservation for us at a wonderful Italian restaurant called Garibaldi's on our first night.
The suite itself was very comfortable and relaxing and featured a tub with jets, a fantastic king-sized bed,and some cool New York Yankees memorabilia. If you're a nature lover, there's lots of flora, fauna, and two adorable cats plus it's just short walk from the local park.
The hospitality at Mineral Spring Inn was exceptional. John brought us breakfast every morning that included fresh fruit, organic orange juice, eggs, English muffins, and bacon that reminded me of my Grandma's. It was a great way to start each morning!
We stayed in the Carriage House, and it was excellent! If you need a place to relax from the stress of 21st century life, check out the Mineral Spring Inn and Garden.

We stayed at the Carriage House for our wedding night and the first day of our honeymoon. It was luxurious and everything we could have hoped for! The home was cozy and comfortable and well-stocked with amenities and beverages. The tea selection, electric kettle, and mr & mrs mugs made me smile! The whirlpool bathtub was delightful especially with the provided lavender bath salts and fancy soap with the inn's logo. We were overjoyed that we received room service with a breakfast feast, and we also upgraded to the romance package where we had sparkling cider, cookies and chocolates, a rose bouquet, and delicious fruit tarts each day (this happened to be my favorite dessert ever which was such a treat!). We spent a lot of time in the gardens, admiring all of the beautiful plants and scenery in a peaceful setting. We were made friends with the two very friendly cats, which was certainly a highlight as well! The owner was so very kind and enthusiastic. Thank you for making our special day so memorable!

Mineral Springs Inn and Garden provided lovely, clean and highly comfortable accommodations for our pleasure visit to the area. My adult daughter and I felt the Byrne's welcome from arrival through departure. I received a personal email the following day making us feel they enjoyed us as much as we enjoyed being with them. I cannot imagine staying elsewhere when I return to Fuquay Varina for the Christmas attractions in the Mineral Springs Park and charming downtown main street. Have I mentioned the delicious 3 course breakfast? It was deliciously memorable. The garden surrounding the Inn was in full bloom with plenty of quiet seating areas and several bubbling fountains, a couple having been imported from Italy. John graciously showed us around the garden and identified various plants for us. Thank you, John and Patty! We'll be back.

This Inn is in a great old mansion, beautifully maintained by John and Patty. They are wonderful hosts and we enjoyed our visit very much. Fuquay Varina is a lovely little town and the Inn is perfectly located just 2 blocks from the main part of town, in a quiet residential area.

Our stay at Fuquay Mineral Springs Inn was great. The proprietors John and Pat were hospitable, attentive and respectful of all COVID precautions. We stayed in the Carriage House and had breakfast delivered to our room each morning. The place is clean, quiet and provided ample space for my husband and myself. Will return again when un the area visiting our son and daughter in law. Great experience

My wife and I stayed in the Carriage House for one night and it was a peaceful getaway in a beautiful setting. The property and house are lovely, and the Carriage House, a one-bedroom apartment above a detached garage, is private and quaint. The couple who owns the home and lives there were very nice, helpful, and accommodating. He is the former longtime mayor and she is a retired teacher. They volunteered to make us reservations at one of their favorite restaurants for the "mayor's table" and served a great, multi-course breakfast in our room. His father pitched for the Yankees in the 1940s and '50s, and there were several framed photos of his dad with famous players as both young and old men. Ask him about the time Marilyn Monroe babysat him. The little downtown of Fuquay right there also has more than you'd think to explore, eat, and drink within a short walk or drive.

The owner (John) was gracious and offered great tips about the area. The Carriage House was well appointed, private, spacious and kept very clean every day. The breakfasts were out of this world! Plenty of fruit, yogurt, fresh bread, cheeses, eggs, bacon, and more. The owner was extremely amiable and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and special. Nice gardens on the property to view as well.

Our visit to Fuquay-Varina to see our daughter was a pleasure in part because of the warm hospitality of John and Patty. We stayed in the carriage house and had breakfast in a pretty gazebo, in beautiful gardens. The carriage house was clean, quiet and comfortable and met our CoVid concerns. It was filled with interesting paintings and articles about John and his father. Our breakfast was always delicious and included a great variety of food. They graciously allowed our daughter to have breakfast with us. Both John and Patty were a wealth of knowledge about the area, both historically and currently. Their pride in their town was apparent and justified. We very much enjoyed our stay and will go back for my daughter's graduation.

This is the most charming place to stay in a charming little town. Don't miss an opportunity to have breakfast with the Mayor and his wife as they own and live on this property! They are the most delightful couple and the accommodations are clean, comfortable and feel like a home away from home! The carriage house and the main house are loaded with gorgeous art and many happy stories that John and Patty are eager to share with their guests. The property is a wildlife sanctuary of sorts with lots of bird feeders and a beautiful gazebo for a quiet spot to read, meditate or just appreciate the gardens. Don't pass up this spot!! I can't wait to go back!!
