Dear Guest Greetings from Lake Manyara Hotel!!!!! On Behalf of the team let me take the blunt for the inconvenience that occurred to you. you have being kind to let us know your feed back.it is indeed very surprising and disturbing ,thought of my staff asking for cash payment ,when it could be settle to your room. I have shared this with the department team members concerned and will ensure that this is not repeated. We view this very issue seriously on our part and that should not occur in a property like ours. Meanwhile allow me to assure you that corrective measures have been taken to avoid any future re occurrence. The hot water problem was beyond our control, due a major technical problem. Exceeding Guest expectations has been our constant endeavor. Needless to say that this is in no way to take away the issues, that had happened.. We will strive forward hard to correct our self. Thanking you again George Burchell General Manager

Wonderful hotel. The staff were outstanding and went out of their way to accommodate us. The chefs prepared delicious meals specially created to our dietary requirements. The manager was excellent and was very warm and welcoming. Definitely highly recommended.

6 of us visited in early June, following a long and bumpy drive from Tarangire National Park around the lake. What a treasure at the end of the day! First off, the road to the lodge is awful. Don't be alarmed, that was a common experience in our 10-day safari and 8 hotels.
