We took a week's vacation at the Silver Beach Hotel in April 2021. It was a great and relaxing holiday where we could forget the Corona lockdown drama for once. The hotel is perfect for divers who want to end the day in peace on the beach or pool after a great day of diving - without many other guests and animation.
The hotel owner, manager and staff were very welcoming and friendly. The meal times were adjusted to our wishes, since we were diving every day and did not always come back at the same time. The food was excellent and the hotel even listened to our requests to have fish for dinner one day.
The dive center Deep Ocean Blue in the resort has opened again since Easter 2021 and as always the diving was perfectly organized, the equipment was top and the divemasters and staff were super friendly and helpful.
Saftey first and distance is written large in the hotel as well as in the dive center. All in all I can say it was a great vacation where everyone paid attention to each other.
I will definitely come again! ;-)

They are short on staff, sometimes you would go to the reception and you won't find anyone there.
the quality of the keys to the room is very bad and when the key to my room was broken due to poor quality, they made us pay 5x times the price of a key copy.
The food isn't great but it's fine. sometimes there isn't enough food for everyone.

Great little resort - Only the sound of the sea Cozy, quiet, rooms right on the water. Short distances in the resort. Food very tasty and varied. Staff very attentive, read the wishes from the eyes. Felt comfortable and safe. Great reef for snorkeling with jetty. We will come again.

Am sure on the height of summer this could be a nice place to stay, but my personal experience was mostly let down by the poor weather and absence of any activities, hence only 2 stars. The room was lovely but as the water is solar heated there was never any hot water. The strong northerly wind meant you couldn’t go into the sea so no snorkelling and too chilly to sunbathe. Also the jetty is unfinished so even if the weather permitted it would be difficult to get to the deeper water. There is literally nothing to do here or near, apart from visit the nearby archeological site of the old port (nothing signposted you can just explore by yourself). The staff on the whole were lovely, as others have said, though the manager is less than genuine, particularly when it comes to money grabbing. The food was not so good, stale breads and dishes being reused day on day (though I must admire the frugality of the chef in recycling) and at the time there were no other options as everywhere else was closed. Neighbouring resorts won’t let you walk thru so you can’t even walk along the beach very far. The town has little to offer apart from the fort and the opportunity to see a non-touristy town in operation. Would not recommend unless you can guarantee good weather.

It is a very beautuful, clean and friendly hotel. So easy to go swimming. Very good food. It has everything you need. Wifi is not available every where at the moment. But it is Said to be fixed. So if you are dependent on wifi for work or studies check in advance.

We were very pleased with our stay. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, and good food. The rooms were relativley spacious, clean and well equipped with hair dryer, refrigerator, room safe, and a nice terrace overlooking the pool and beach area. Our stay was short, but we enjoyed it. Spent 3 nights at this resort with my wife. The staff were super friendly and catered to our every need. The beach was close to our room and the diving centre right next to it. The rooms were of a decent standard and the food absolutely fine considering the cost of the soft all inclusive package. All in all, a great spot.
