For me and my husband (32) vacation in Lazuli was absolutely amazing. The hotel is beautiful, new, luxury, exactly like in the catalogue pictures. All common areas and rooms are speciaous and very clean, the room service comes everyday (if you want it to) and provides necessary supplies. The food is tasty, everyone will find something for himself, personally I enjoyed especially tuna, pasta and wide variety of desserts. The swimming pool is huge with clean water, waterfalls, and bar chairs. There is also smaller pool with 3 slides, suitable for children and adults. The beach is long and broad, to enter the sea you need shoes (coral).

The biggest asset is people, though: kind, supportive, caring. Special thanks and cheers to Khaled (beach service), Mouad (beach bar), Ale (restaurant), Ahmed "Sunrise" and "Michael" whose real name I don't remember but I know it means "heart" in Arabic :) (lobby bar). Also, normally we avoid any animations and group activities but in Lazuli we attended most of them! This is thanks to great animators who were able to entertain both children and adults and put lots of heart in all the shows/games/sports: Ola, Julia, Mody, Ahmed.

Last but not least, just next to the hotel is quad rental and we recommend the desert trip. It was exciting (quads, dust), romantic (sunset), informative (beduin village) and, again, thanks to great people- Hamdi and Mustafa - fun :)

The only disadvantage I can think about was lack of town in the neighberhood, but this was obvious from the pictures/map, so no surprise here.

The venue is amzing with nice pools and jacuzzi.
The beach is beautiful
Rooms are spacious with relaxing authentic arabic architecture.
Hygiene is very well considered as I saw the staff cleaning every inch of the restaurant (floors.. walls.. tables.. even windows) after I finished lunch..
Staff are very friendly and supportive.
It is safe as my kids left a Frisbee at the pool and found the next day with recreation team.
The beach and pool guards are extremely professional.
Food is fine as some days the varieties are impressive and tasty while other days the options are limited and not so tasty.
The aqua park and animation activities are very well planned and aqua guards and animation team are very alert for kids saftey.

Beautiful, new hotel. Lots of space. Rooms very nice, cleaned, great conditions for living. Channels in different languages ​​on TV. Water in sealed bottles is reported daily, and new towels if we want them to clean us up. Beautiful views, the coral reef on the shore is dying a little, but beautiful in the background. Lots of different fish, azure water. The service was very nice, every time they asked if everything tasted good and if everything was ok. It's worth giving tips, after we found out how much the waiters / cleaners earn. There are so far few shops in front of the hotel, but the shop at Ramses is memorable. Very nice service, Ramses can speak Polish. The only drawback that may not suit everyone is the food. Monotonous breakfasts, the same every day. For dinner, only one row of full meals, such as meat, chicken, rice, potatoes, pasta. Another row of salads and another sweet and fruit. There was a barbecue outside for dinner. I consider the whole stay successful, but I would change the food menu.

I've never written a review before but after my stay at the Lazuli hotel, I decided to write an honest and objective review.

The hotel itself is very nice, the room was just amazing. Spacious and very clean. Big shout out to the cleaning staff for doing an amazing job each day. Most of the staff is very helpful and polite, especially bar and restaurant staff. Big thanks to Mohamed Aid (hope I got that right) he was a big highlight of our stay. Always offering a smile and nice conversation! The pools and the beach were really nice, with barely any people. The lifeguard was always there to open your umbrella or help with anything you need.

What was really lacking was the food. At some point, we even started to skip the meals as there was nothing worth eating. The quality of the food and drinks (especially drinks) felt very poor. We spoke with some of the guests and they had the same impression. Even though we didn't go on holiday to have amazing meals when you're staying somewhere for 12 days the food really does matter. We also had a stomach issue twice during the stay (It might have been water or sth else though, you never know). Also, the internet exists only in the lobby and is very weak.

Another thing that's more on the annoying side is the staff working at the spa. I understand this is their job and the way of making the living but being approached numerous times during 1 day is a bit over the top. They do not always take a no as an answer and keep talking to you even after you refuse their service 10 times. I got convinced to use the spa facility and it was the biggest regret of my stay. I paid a lot of money for basically nothing. I received something completely different than I asked for and even received treatment I specifically said I can not have because of my skin condition. It sort of felt like the spa employees think all of the guests are rich and should spend their money in their spa.

The entertainment that I really recommend is the quads. I spent half what I paid for the spa and it was really amazing experience. It really is worth the money! You get to ride for quite a while, visit a Beduin village etc. Would defiantly recommend it.

In conclusion, I do not think it was a bad stay and enjoyed many things. However, some changes such as the quality and variety of food really need to happen If they hope for some guests to return.

In general the hotel does not correspond to 5 *, maximum 3 *
The All Inclusive diet was completely inadequate. Rotten fruit, a small selection of dishes, still the same menu, some dishes were inedible. The snack by the pool was that we got a dry bun and a dried salami. When we asked for bottled water at the pool bar, we were told that we had already got it in the room ..?
Cleanliness of the hotel .... the room did not follow the regular change of towels and bath towels, the floor was dirty, not wiped all week. During our check-out, the receptionist demanded payment from us for the lost small towel, completely unjustifiably. We were very reluctant to pay for this as part of keeping calm. It was a negligible amount, but we were very worried.
The delegate was unable to solve this problem and stand up for us.
The pool was supposed to be heated during this cold season. He wasn't. Only after repeated notifications from several clients did the hotel manager turn on the heating, but for only two days, after which the pool was icy again.
When asked why all services are shortened and nothing is working properly, we were told that the hotel occupancy is low and therefore not everything can work as in full season.
However, as an end customer paying the full amount, this cannot interest me at all.
Animators write reviews for clients, they borrow a phone, they write what clients dictate, but they only write positive aspects.

Moreover I would like to reaffirm that we do have a very competent culinary team who are keen for providing our guest’s with the outstanding quality and variety therefore firstly we always have a different night themes with plentiful choices(Meat, fish. chicken)B.B.Q daily ,in additional we do have a la carte Restaurant (Italian) free of charge once per week) and for further in our Pool& Beach Bar we offering different kind of snakes like pizza ,burger, salads, French fries et  Concerning the bottle of water is against charge I would like to draw to your mind that we never receive any concern regarding the water because additional to the bottles of water which we distribute regularly on daily basis in the guest rooms we have a water dispensers all over the hotel bars and restaurant for free it had been advertised on our official formula and as well as our official fact sheet which had been sent to your touroperator that bottle of water is against charge .  regarding the room cleanliness kindly rest assured that we have one of the most outstanding room cleanliness standard which reflected on our guest comments and hotel reviews score .  Referring to the lost towel payment , I do understand how much it is annoying to the guest to pay for lost or damage item but at the end we do expect that you do understand that it is a hotel rights to protect their assets and control the hotel loses and it is logical issue .  concerning that the heated pool was not working I would like to take into your kindest consideration that during your stay which i think was from 16th of march till 23rd of march we have faced a very bad weather condition which affected massively for the swimming pool temperature which we considered it a force major condition out of our hand.  finally concerning the animation team we are proud to have such competent animation team working under lazuli marsa alam flag and they are totally committed to provide our customer we the utmost service and rest assured that we have a strict policy which never allow to obligate our customers to write a certain reviews. The hotel is newly built and you will notice exceptional cleanliness and hygiene everywhere. The resort is about 40km from the airport and is spacious and very well designed in a traditional style. A pleasant surprise were the spacious and very clean rooms. The hotel is surrounded by very well-kept gardens, 5 swimming pools (one with water slides) and a beautiful beach with rich underwater life. Great attention is also paid to excellent good cuisine. Huge selection of salads and desserts and several variations of main courses and outdoor grill. Very attentive, friendly and dedicated staff who took very good care of us throughout the week deserves praise. The hotel has a great team of animators, providing entertainment from morning (water aerobics, dance, foam pool) till night (Karaoke night, Traditional Egyptian dance, fakir show etc. Due to the fact that only people tested with negative PCR tests can get to the resort, face masks for guests are not mandatory. In addition, the hotel during our stay was about only ten percent full. The only inconvenience was the coverage of wifi only in the main lobby and the signal had outages. In general, it is a great resort with a warm and friendly atmosphere, lovely cuisine and a lots of water activities and fun which I can highly recommend and we will be happy to return again soon with with my family.

The hotel is beautiful, very well-kept, you can see the constant work of the gardening service, the service at the highest level. The hotel manager was constantly interested in the comfort of his guests, he took care of all aspects of rest and the functioning of the hotel. Rooms cleaned daily, there was an immediate response to every room request. I felt safe and relaxed there. But most of all, I want to pay attention to the amazing cuisine that will satisfy even the most sophisticated tastes. The chef was extremely polite and kind, personally supervising the work of his employees and recommended the best dishes. This kitchen won my heart with everything tasty perfectly seasoned. I highly recommend the hotel for a comfortable rest. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday

We really enjoyed our holiday in this hotel. It's new built, so you can see it's clean and super big. The rooms and bathrooms are huge with a beautiful view on the beach. The staff is super helpful, always happy, ready to cheer you up and make you smile. They should earn much more money for a hard work they are doing!
However, a few things should be changed, starting from food. There is no variety and a very low quality. Also, you can't call "meat" any meat, as lots of people can eat only some animals, so you should have the proper labels.
There is Wi-Fi only in lobby, but it doesn’t work most of time, due to high volume of people, who are also trying to use it. That needs to be changed, it's XXI century!
Also, the volleyball beach needs to be cleaned from the rocks, we could see most of players were bleeding during the games and we are left with a few scars.
Besides, some shows were really funny, especially when people were invited on the stage. We had lots of laughs! But others were weird and you could feel that animation people are not really integrated. Special thanks to Mody, who was doing what he could, such a great showman! But the animation girls didn’t properly do their work. Most of a day they were hiding or not in a good mood. Being there for a couple weeks, we could easily see that they look like they would be forced to work there. We witnessed some situations when Vera was shouting at people and taking them off from a volleyball pitch, as she wanted to play. This is unacceptable, she should be the one to motivate people to play, fell them happy and relaxed. In our opinion, she takes some drugs, as her behaviour was sometimes aggressive and another time very crazy. The girl from Ukraine (not ginger one) was hiding most of time, didn’t really talk with people and had always moody face. I think the animators should be much more friendly and positive.
In summary, we are happy with the holiday and can recommend this place (if you chance food😊).

We found in this place all we wanted for one week holidays: great hotel rooms with sort of "European approach in Egyptian style" - hotel is new and has a very good standard - furnitures, appliances, equipment, etc. Small "minus" for a broadband which is good enough but not available in every room of this hotel. Services such as cleaning, waiters, animation on a high level, always happy to assist and doing their job in very satisfy way. But food served in the restaurant is exceptional. Frankly speaking, to say "exceptional" it's like to say nothing. I have visited number of the places in the world and wish I could have just a half of this quality that I found in "Lazuli". We spent 2 beautiful weeks here in January and everything was just perfect!

The hotel is beautiful and clean, and has a delicate stylish design. The rooms are spacious and have a big bathroom and a private balcony too (neighbors can't see each other), on the floor also there's sea view. The hotel has huge pools and a sandy beach with many sunbeds.
There is also a small gym in the hotel, it was good to do some workout here and there during our stay.
It worths trying the wellness center with the saunas, jacuzzi and receiving a massage.

The staff is unforgettably amazing, everyone was so friendly, helpful and attentive – in the restaurant, in the bars, on the beach, also the room cleaning –, they made us feel warm and cozy, thank you so much!

Huge selection of tasty food available for breakfast, dinner and lunch, they were able to offer us gluten-free bread too. In between main meals they serve late breakfast and afternoon snack, while cocktails and juices, coffee and tea are available all day long.

The location was perfect, the hotel is only 20 minutes drive from El Quesir if you wanna visit a local town, only 40 minutes drive from the airport and close to the road to Luxor.

We are already looking forward to coming back!

Hi, Generally in pool bars alcohol drinks, beer etc. are covered by all inclusive and You dont pay for them. There is no fee for snorkeling.
