Wonderful hotel located close to the beach. Beach very well maintained with beautiful reefs. Rooms large, clean with a beautiful view of the sea. The greatest praise goes to all the staff, from the excellent Manager, who is a professional, through the animators, reception, waiters and cleaning ladies. It's all right. We spent a wonderful vacation.

Good hotel with hospitable staff. The area is not big but clear and green. The reef is alive and there are a lot of different fish. In the case of strong wind you always can swim and snork in the lagune in the middle of ponton where you can see the stingrays. The food is very tasty, meat and fish every day, always fresh vegetables and fruits. I can mention only 3 thing that are not very important but I´d like the hotel to correct them: 2 times in the room the water was not hot, white wine was only first two days of my staying and it will be better to have the shop in the hotel with the wider assortment of the goods. My holydays were great! Thank you!

I have been a regular in Egypt for 15 years so I have experience from different places. I have spent almost a week in this wonderful hotel and I am looking forward to another week. The buildings are designed in the Nubian style, in my room there is a wonderful dome instead of a ceiling. Everything is very clean, restaurant, bars, rooms..... A wonderful sandy beach with an amazing view and a great coral reef. But probably the greatest asset of the hotel is the people who work here. From the very entrance I was surrounded by wonderful people, everyone is very nice and helpful from the reception, bartenders, cooks, cleaners through security, waiters to lifeguards and people working on the beach. The chef personally greets guests and asks if everything tasted good, and the cooking here is really mega delicious! I definitely recommend it to people who value peace and relaxation, there are also designated areas where children under 16 are not allowed, but there is an aqua park and swimming pools for them, which is a big advantage for me. In a nutshell it's a beautiful place with delicious food, good atmosphere, a wonderful beach and even more wonderful stuff.

It was my first time to visit Marsa Alam and I was lucky to stay in such beautiful hotel. The resort is scenic, vibrant, comfortable with a great positive atmosphere. The stuff was so helpful, friendly and dedicated to give you the best experience and get their guests comfortable and satisfied of their stay. They have a decent variety of a tasty food as well as snacks throughout the day. Rooms were so neat and comfy as well as the rest of the resort. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed the reception director for his attitude and efforts to ensure giving us the best experience ever since the time we landed until we departed the resort. Big thanks for Khaled with the housekeeping team for his decent attitude and the art of decorating our rooms through our stay. Big thanks to the restaurant team and the chefs for the delicious tasty food they made and I would like to extend the thanks for Mr. Sameh and his team for giving us the best service on the bool bar as well.

Amazing location. Trashy performance. It could be a really great place if functional management took charge. Bars always miss something - today no ice, tmw no cola etc. Food is tasteless and finding table salt is a quest. can't buy a sunscreen or a lighter. If your kid wants at least once to have an ice-cream, your only option is taxi to the nearest city. Doors in the bathroom and balcony are jammed and can't be locked. Soap and shampoo are half-used (by previous guests?). Lots of small details together make the stay quite unpleasant.
Yet the sea, the beach and the architecture of the hotel are great. But it all loses it's value when you are constantly hungry and just got neglected by the staff again.
Our stay was my biggest travelling disappointment ever. Costs like vacation, feels like visiting distant relatives that secretly hate you.

The location is great, and so was the food. The pool and beach were really nice as the water was clear and there were many types of fish.

It was my first visit of Egypt and I am very glad to choose just this holiday stay. Great satisfaction with everything ^ comfortable and cleaned room, smiling and compliant staff, pure and refreshing water in the pool and sea, nice and silent sand beach, very delicious food and drink of a large choice, very pleasant and glamourous atmosphere everywhere. Special thanks belongs to receptionist Mohamed, to the little and nice shop to Marco, to the kitchen to Mohamed, to the reception bar to Sameh, to Abdo of food servise, to lifeguard Said, to Kaled who massaged me well and to housekeeper Abdul who did perfect room service.
You can speak in English language with all staff.
I feel in love with this amazing place and will try to come back as soon as possible.

I came with friends and think we really liked the hotel. From myself I want to say that at the moment this is the best hotel in which I have been. Quite often I am in Egypt, in different hotels, and I think that this one is the most pleasant of all. Already from the moment I checked in, I had a good impression, as the hotel staff was very polite, they settled us quite quickly, we almost didn't have to wait.
The rooms are spacious and clean, cleaned every day, which is very nice.
If we talk about food, they cook sooo tasty, we never left hungry.
Special thanks I want to say to the animation team, the guys entertained everyone throughout the day. It was fun, and the rest was't boring at all, although we were all the time in the hotel.
The hotel itself is small but
very well maintained and looks great. The sea is close, at first the sea is shallow, which is good if you are traveling with children.
In general, I advise this hotel to everyone, there are no disadvantages, only positive emotions after such a good rest!

Hi everyone, we were at the hotel in june 2023 pre season. It was obvious that the hotel was just getting ready for the holiday season. We really appreciated the tasty breakfasts and really good dinners. The rooms were cleaned daily, more specifically when we left a tip. Now the most important very helpful and friendly staff a lot of people really went above and beyond especially Mr Mohamed. When checking out and leaving, we forgot to bring an Ipad and left it in the room safe. we quickly contacted the reception and managed to transfer the device to other tourists from our country and then recover the device. Honesty is a rare trait these days and in this hole the service stood at the height of the task. Beautiful coral reef on the beach.

Lovely quality times with my family on heavenly beach
Rooms are simple and overlooking the great Red Sea. Sanitized spa and great staff.
Food is very tasty including snacks. We also enjoyed multiple activities including visiting El Quseir shopping bazaars and nearby dive sites. We saw 250 years old turtles and guitar shark just minutes away from Onatti.
