The rooms were reasonable priced and comfortable. we enjoyed the early morning access to breakfast options. very helpful to information to local services and the staff was available to answer questions even though we arrived late in the evening.

Ok, the neighbourhood is still under construction, but there are some restaurants, shops, cafe's and handy self service laundry shops within walking distance.
The metro stop a few minutes walk, so Manhatten is only about 20 minutes away.
Check in was very friendly.
If you're looking for 5 star luxury in the centre of the hustle and bustle, you're not going to get this here. But if you're looking for a cheap, convenient place to stay while you're sightseeing, this is perfect.
