The place is worst than a dump, bathroom dirty, curtains nasty as hell, carpet dirty I was just afraid to put my head down I check out the next day I couldn't even sleep through the night, I had to go to the corner store and buy a Lysol to disinfect the place just to be a bit comfortable through the night
Great staff and great location and they changed the fridge for me! I felt they provided great service even though breakfast is not available there (to help keep social distancing) and there is a microwave available downstairs
Worst Hotel Ever. Overpriced and Dirty and Broken Showers. No Breakfast. No Parking. BROKEN Showers. Rude front desk. Got a parking ticket. The guy in the front tells me we'll you know you're in New york man.
This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Wallpaper peeling off the wall, flooded bathrooms, seal is leaking, lights not working, towels weren't accessible available when we needed them. Weird smell, molded ceilings.
Room was not up to the slandered. Key card was not working and every time had to ask front desk staff to use manual key to open the door. staff member was not cooperative and wait for 10 minutes to open the room .TV was not working at all and staff member didn't give a damn. Terrible experience.
I booked a room well in advance and I show up to check in and my room wasn’t available any more. The front clerk said he’d try To get another room but failed.! While waiting in lobby, 3 people complained about mold, dirty bedding and key cards not working after completing 3 times. I walked out and had to drive all the way back to Mass at 1:30 am. I found out they still charged my card. Also small parking lot was full.
Despite being in great location. Pretty disappointed with the money spent. Didn't get the bang for the buck. Not looking forward to stay in this hotel during another visit to queens, New york. I was expecting more in terms of the cleanliness and overall value from the hotel. Night shift staff was not very friendly as well.
Hotel offered free breakfast while booking but there was no free breakfast. House keeping was not good. Mold, dust and dirty bed sheets and blankets. Loose toilet seat and the toilet doesn’t flush well.
Black mold in bathroom,dust and lint clogged air filter, no temperature control in shower( pictures taken of both), no breakfast as advertised, rude front desk clerk. This hotel was absolutely disgusting, when wewwent to check out the hotel guest parking lot, two rats the size of an Escalade conducted the tour
ALL the bad reviews I understand as unfortunately there is no ZERO star. This hotel is REALLY a mess. DirtY Beds, spring beds that you CANT sleep on it NO BREAKFAST (As many mentioned although it's mentioned) neither Parking (Street parking is exposed to heavy tickets penalties. Hair is YES everywhere as many mentioned and my kids got infected because the pillows were SUPER DIRTY. Seems management aware about this as many bad reviews are everywhere and they dont care as long as many new victims still coming and trying to stay. Sleeping in your car in the street is WAAAAAY better than staying in this mess for one hour! and YES reception and hotel (I dont want to name it hotel, as it's a way from being motel [my apology to the motels even]). I know that NY has mices, but not that number around the hotel that you can easily see many under your feet when you step out from your vehicle for the first time trying to check-in (maybe they welcome you!!). AND MANY other worst experience ever and I have photos proof of ALL of this (some are shared here). JUST AS AN ADVICE STAY IN THE STreet but DONT step into this place (CANT BE NAMED Hotel). ANY APOLOGY from anyone from the hotel management to try claiming they are contacted the reviewers, is totally unacceptable till we get refund AND reimbursement for the disease we we got infected with…
