If I could give this place -100 stars I would. Booked through a third party appear my son. When my son got there they said they didn't know why the app said they had rooms bc they were fully booked. Called the next morning for a refund and they said my son never checked in. I have the uber receipt for his drop off at 11:39 pm when I booked online at 11:22 pm. The third party tried to resolve and get me a refund and they said the hotel keeps hanging up on them and refuses to refund. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Fithltiest, smelliest property one can possibly imagine. I’m not one to leave negative reviews normally but I need to be a responsible citizen for this one. The Indian guy at the front is straight up the creepiest lad you’ve ever seen. At check in time, he rudely asked for $60 cash deposit for no valid reason and said if I don’t pay cash he’ll take the money I’ve put for reservation and won’t let me check in. When we get to the room, there’s pudding of some sorts all over the carpet with roaches running around and cigarette smell everywhere including in the sheets (sheets seemed like they haven’t been washed in months). I don’t even wanna get into how nasty the bathroom was. Clogged toilet, no towels, no soap or shampoo and no service. Phone doesn’t get answered at the FD. Please do not endanger your family’s safety and well-being at this s**thole and don’t ruin your vacation.

This place was absolutely dreadful and unsanitary. We were less than an hour late due to traffic, so they cancelled our reservation WITHOUT contacting us. Then asked for a $60 cash deposit, which we paid. We immediately went upstairs and fell right asleep. In the morning I had to use the bathroom and was greeted by a broken mirror, a toilet that did NOT flush and a shower that did NOT work. To make matters worse, the shower was coated with a layer of pubic and human hairs. Very disgusting. Showed the front desk clerk photos of this the next morning and just shrugged her shoulders like she did not care. She did not. This place was utterly disgusting! $209.02 is an OUTRAGEOUS price to pay to sleep in a filthy room!

I also would like to ensure you that comments like yours are not taken lightly and will be addressed immediately with our entire team. Only reason they get 1 Star is because I can’t leave it blank. This was the most disgusting hotel ive ever seen in my entire life. We had two rooms, both rooms were NOT cleaned prior to us arriving, there was a blood stain with HAIR on the ceiling, dirty underwear on the window, pee on the floor in the bathroom, the other room had blood on the sheets and the floor, also pee In that bathroom .oh I forgot to mention the fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic. Needless to say we checked out after 1 night. I tried to get a refund due to the UNSANITARY and poor conditions of the rooms but was called a “motherf**ker” by person who picked up the phone, they then proceeded to hang up on me. SPARE YOURSELF THE MONEY, TIME, AND EXPOSURE TO BLOOD AND OTHER GROSS THINGS .. D O - N O T - S T A Y - H E R E !!!!!!

So I paid a little over $600 for 4 night in the beginning of December. It was a great deal for NYC at that time of year. I knew it was a budget hotel so I kinda expected things may be a little meh. Well when I got there there early for check in they let me leave my bags but wouldn’t offer any sort of claim check tag, basically you have to leave it in the lobby an hope for the best. When I finally checked in I got a room on the 9th floor, and as soon as you step off the elevator it reeks of smoke an weed, but I overlooked it. The carpet in the room was filthy, but I brought slides with me so I overlooked it. There was a layer of dust on all the furniture an cobwebs on the curtains, but the bed seemed clean so I ignored that as well. I was only there for sleeping so I was accepting it. Someone wrote in another review that the pillows are so old and degraded that the staff folds them in half an wraps the pillow case around it, and that is 100% true. I can’t comment on the breakfast because I wasn’t willing to give it a chance. There was a dunkin down the street so I just went there instead. I left the second night into my 4 night stay because after discovering bed bugs that was the final straw. I’m leaving a photo of the bug trapped under one of those hotel water glasses just to prove that I’m not exaggerating. I ended up booking a last minute hotel down the street for the remaining nights of my stay for $300 a night. Please pay a little more an save yourself the trouble. It ended up costing me way more in the long run.

Made the reservation with booking.com. Upon arriving at the hotel, the lady at the counter said our reservation was cancelled the previous day. Apparently, she mentioned that the credit card used during booking was invalid and we should have received an e-mail stating we needed to verify the credit card within a 24 hr period. However, I didn't have access to my e-mail because I was flying the whole day from the west coast so they mentioned that since I didn't respond to the e-mail, the reservation was automatically cancelled. I have never had this procedure happen in any hotel I have ever stayed at. After arguing and it being late evening arrival, I had to reluctantly accept a new reservation price at a $120 increase. I even used the same credit card with this reservation that they said was invalid!!! There is definitely some fraudulent business practices at this hotel, which I will be escalating to Ramada headquarters and the Better Business Bureau. It also didn't help that this hotel is falling apart and not maintained very well. The walls were covered with dirt/grime, there were dust bunnies in the corners of the room, the phone was broken, and noisy neighbors. Overall bad experience.and spend a bit more money for a better hotel.

We had originally booked to stay at the voyage Hotel when we got there we were told that they had no rooms and we had been moved. It was late and we had quite a few bags. We asked if they can arrange transport there they said no it's only 10 mins walking and you have breakfast included. We arrived at the hotel the receptionist wasn't exactly welcoming and we took it to be that it was late. We entered our room and well the furniture was battered and there were dirt marks on the walls. I checked the bed and bathroom and it was clean thankfully! We went down for breakfast and it was just sugary cereal, doughnuts and croissants and some mysterious eggy looking thing. The coffee was disgusting and there was dust around the eating area and the curtains were filthy (wasn't inspecting you could see it from the seats we sat at) 🤢🤮 Not to mention everything was served with plastic plates and knives and forks!! Would never recommend this hotel and wonder if it is still part of the Ramada chain or independently owned. We ask them how much they charge per night and they said £100!!
