I ignored every single sign thinking my situation would be different. I literally Have been in hotel for 3 hours with the worst customer service and not allowed to go to my room and have to wait in lobby for manager who he said comes in at 9am. Also have been yelled at and watching the employee work. I haven’t even made it to the room to complain about the things I’m seeing ppl complain about but this has been the worst experience ever especially after delayed flights. I’ve literally cried :

The room was perfect for me, the stranded traveler. My flight out of LGA was canceled and it was a bus and then a train ride away. Perfect bed and shower. It absolutely fit the situation. 4 blocks from 21st-station. Quick turnaround so don’t know much about nearby restaurants. Didn’t seem like much around there, other than a few convenience stores.

This, by far, was the WORST experience ever at a hotel. I had to move to a different nearby hotel so I could at least sleep and avoid the stench of weed! Bad weed at that! The Bed was extremely uncomfortable and the rooms were pretty much rented by the hour... Off the beaten track, cost me (100. 00 for Uber), NO breakfast included as stated and refunded only part of my money from cancelling. As quick as this place went up... it should come down. The staff was just alright (overwhelmed and not one bit of experience in customer service/hotel management). I should have known when I walked in the room and the remote had no batteries... If at all DON'T Do it! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!

If you want safe and clean compared to the air B n Bs in the area, and you want lower than $150 price it's ok. There's no coffee pot or continental breakfast like they claim. The room is really tight with space so not recommended for kids. The towels aren't folded nicely, and they only have one tiny bar of soap .

When I saw the rate I should of know better. This hotel looks great from the pictures and even from outside. It’s in an semi residential/ industrial area which isn’t always a bad thing. But in this case it was lots of weird people not sure if there’s drug dealing going on but Lobby and elevators stunk of weed. I know this isn’t the property’s fault and with covid going on lowering the prices is the only thing to do but your brining the wrong crowd in. I hope to come back in a few months and see an improvement or I won’t be back.

This is a good choice of lodging if you are looking or a cheap option. The subway is about 10 minutes walking from the hotel, and it only takes 15 minutes to get to Manhattan. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was breakfast. If you are coming for 2 or 3 nights it is fine, but for a 7-day trip, it was boring and less tasting eating beagles every day. It would help if the hotel had more variety.

This was on Sunday 3/22/20. The front desk man was very rude. He had no respect nor any manners whatsoever. I reserved this hotel online With bookings for 60.29 with tax and it mentioned that they price match, lowered the rate for 52.32 with tax. Before finding out the price was lowered, when we came into the hotel the man in the front told us it’s a cash only place meanwhile online it showed they take card. My boyfriend and I had to step outside to go to the bank to take out cash just to reserve our room. When we came back and approached the man in the front he didn’t want to do price match. He told me boyfriend and I “no I can’t do it. Do you want the room or not?” With an attitude. This staff shouldn’t be working in the front if he is not happy with his job. Very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel on my enemy. Worst service ever

I have to say that this hotel was better than I expected for its price. Room and bathroom look clean and updated. HOWEVER, the breakfast is the worst ever breakfast i had. Even in cheaper looking hotels, they have at least some fruits and hot meals like eggs, potatoes, and oatmeal etc. This hotel basically offers breads and cereal. They don’t even have jams for bread!! I see people bringing their own jams and fruits. And since there’s nothing much to eat, everybody makes a long line just to toast a bread. The breakfast starts from 6am and we went around 7am, and there’s no more breads!! For a while no one was refilling breads. So for anyone who are planning to stay here, bring your own breakfast! Be creative.
