I stay here quite often and a few times a year. The service is always excellent, if you need something to improve your stay; ask and the staff will do the best they can to provide! Amenities are very good for a dusty, windy region of Morocco and are great overall for the types available in Morocco. View is excellent and area is so nice and polite! Pool is great and there are heaps of little spots around the hotel to relax away from noise! Its an incredible place.

Stayed here as part of a small group tour. The staff are amazing. Especially Ishmael. They treated us like family. There isn’t much around so we had to take most of our meals here and the food and service was good. The rooms need some work though. Some of our group has fine rooms. Others had rooms with broken shower heads or no AC. Room 18, where I stayed, was in need of renovation. The air worked well but the WiFi was non existent. The tiles in the bathroom were dingy and the floor was slanted to keep the water from flowing out of the bathroom. The beds were rather firm and the furniture was old. A little renovation could make this a great property.

Do not take a room on the roof! 37 is a dump. I can't open the windows bc I am over the courtyard which is very noisy. Only a fan in room no ac. The bathroom is a joke. No where to hang the showerhead and nowhere to put any products. There is NO shelf space. The mirror is not usable placed on the sink! The wifi actually worked for me but not for others in my tour group. Had to put my suitcase on the floor. No rack, no closet only coat rack. 50 Dirham to have laundry done.

We stayed here two nights with our tour. It’s a peaceful location set back away from the road. You leave the car on the road, walk down the stairs across the bridge and up more stairs to get to the hotel. Once there it’s worth it. The hotel is surrounded by gardens and palms and is immediately peaceful. They serve lunch and dinner and you can get a beer. The pool area is surround by lounges, tables and chairs. Dinner can be served on the terrace taking in the atmosphere and charm of the place. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel can also organise a short riverside tour with a local guide for a small fee. Well worth it.

We stoped here for a refreshing lunch the food was great and excellent customer service. Free wifi and cold drinks. There is a pool and some lovely shaded areas. There are a few walks through the valley, a great place to stop for an hour or two.
