The only budget hotel I've been in that has Netflix. Our room was super spacious and it has that Japanese/Korean vibe where as soon as you open your hotel room, you get your own mini foyer where you leave your shoes. Then you open another door that leads to the actual room.

There's no closet, but there's a boutique-type of clothes hook and some hangers to hang your clothes in. The bed was big and comfortable. Room was also well furnished -- plenty enough tables and chairs for a hotel room, which I love. There's a corner table with 2 sofas on each side. Then a coffee table, also with 2 seats on each side. Then the bedside table.. and a vanity/utility table with a vanity seat.

It also has a fridge and your usual hotel room supplies.

I would have given this a perfect score, if not for the staff. Most of them, if not all, were unfriendly. Hotel guests like to feel welcomed and the front desk people there, unfortunately, seem to give off that cold energy like they are not happy to be there or something.

And the bidet was quite dirty.. eww!

Stayed in this accommodation during our week-long work trip. It is located at the end of Canal Road. It is near Royal Mall and there are convenient stores nearby. Price is lower compared to the rest but the rooms are spacious and maintained. There is a provision of fast wifi.

We stayed at a family vip suite - it had 2 bedroom (1 king and 1 super king), 2 toilet and bath, 1 living room. Each room had their own lcd tvs. The rooms were clean and bright. Water pressure for bathing is great. It's very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was great value for money.

The downside of it are:
- full payment required before check in. Extra person had charges.
-There is a p50 charge for every request that you make like bucket of ice, plate with spoon and fork.
- American and Filipino Breakfast were good, portion is good. We didn't get the ramen because they said it was instant noodles.
- some complained pillows were hard and high, bed was bouncy... But we had a good sleep tough.

Stayed here only for a night after staying at Subic bay Barretto side. Thank goodness it was only for a night. There's nothing to do around the hotel. No bars or clubs in sight! Everything was a far walk. There is no trikes or jeepneys around town. The Harbor Point mall is about a 15 minutes walk and the SM Olongapo mall is about a 30 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel does not have a shuttle, pool or gym. It has a dining place to eat. We only ate breakfast because it was free included in the room rate. It is plated that you have a choice but not buffet like some other places. When we checked in the hotel we had to pay an additional fee for the environment. Of all the hotels I've stayed, this is the only one I had to pay a fee. Also, you have the option to give 2,000 pesos or your ID for any incidentals. Now as far as the room goes, it is small. No closet just couple of hangers. Bathroom sink has no countertops. Shower floor is flat no tub. I guess they made it that way for wheelchair people. They should have a special room for disability guest. This will be my first and last time at this place!

Terrible customer service. We were planning to stay in this hotel and I called them and asked for their bank details to my e-mail since they don't have Viber to make a deposit for our stay. They told me that they will send it within the day but it never came. I followed it up again the next day and was told again that they would send it within the day but still it did't came. I looked for another hotel and they sent their bank details just after a few minutes. This hotel seems that they don't want to do business with you leaving me a bad impression with this hotel even though we haven't stayed here yet.

The worst 3 star hotel you could ever get! From my experience the staff is rude, they will rip you off any way they can. They false advertise. They say there's hot water, but there isn't. One little stain on there linen and they will charge you triple the price! Just overall I wouldn't even given a star. Please save your money and book somewhere else otherwise you will have the same experience as me! And also the acting manager can't settle the problem himself.clearly they dont know what customers service is.

Be careful with what you do. You may be charged of something you never imagined. A simple stain of baby oil on the sheets. They claim thai it cannot be removed. I put baby oil on my body after shower and towel dry before sleeping. I have never had any issues on any hotels from the most affordable to a luxury hotel. Just this time. I never thought baby oil stain will never be removed on bed sheets.
An additional 1,000.00php was charged for a baby oil stain on the duvet! Just for people who will consider the hotel, think again.

We came for the Bird Watching on Mountain Road and in other ancient forests. If you are here on business, or overnight it could be ideal. We were here for a week. What was fantastic about it? The bathroom/toilet was top notch. The bed so big, I couldn't find the man. Good aircon. Clean. Quiet. The onsite restaurant is Korean, as I think is the Hotel. It's very good and staff very helpful. We recommend it to you including for breakfast. Onsite laundry, including undies. The best Security Guard Christine, who works days, and stepped up with 1st aid when we avoided a nasty fall, but not blood on the stair case.

Less good is that you get to your room through an underground cement carpark. See pic. Your room is one of many, facing other cement rooms on the other side. This is your underground cement view out of your room window. There is a hand rail leading up to your room. See pic. Regretfully, while you are carrying in your luggage, the steps disappear from under your feet and you can and do fall backwards onto the cement at the bottom. The Rail is on the wrong side. I suspect they did it this way to save money, but it's very dangerous. Your cement room is as good as a cement room can possibly be, except that without wifi coverage you will go nuts. And that is not guaranteed. There is something wrong with routers, possibly more cutting corners and money saving. Anyway, to get coverage, you will need to complain and carry on making a nuisance of yourself until you get wifi, which will be removed from someone who looks more malleable.

It's really hard to rate this place. Those things which are good are so good. Other things stink.

This is a no frills hotel but I was impressed by the quality of their rooms. See the pictures attached. Located near some of the nearby malls but about 800 meters away from the beach. If you don't have a car, then this location is definitely helpful.

Considering that the beach is dirty and not worth a lot more than the view, I don't mind staying away from the beach and paying less.

The hotel offers a set breakfast with a few options. Out of the options i tried, the Korean ramen were the best. Others were frowned upon by the kids in the group who happily picked up stuff from Ministop over it.

I had booked a family room which should've had 2 queen beds in one room but was upgraded to a family vip room instead which had two separate bed rooms connected by a common living room. Perfect for a big group!

When you're in central Subic, whether for a quick business or personal visit, one good alternative for staying in would be Horizon Hotel near Manila Road or Main Gate. It's a relatively new hotel within easy walking distance from the main Ayala Harbor point mall. And if you're up for some dutyfree shopping, it's conveniently located beside a Royal Duty Free store.

Additional pluses for me were two things I consider as a traveler- the extra comfy and neat king-size beds and fast reliable wifi internet connectivity. We stayed in a corner room just on the 2nd floor and our room had the router repeater inside. We recommend getting that room on your visit. Breakfast is a set meal from menu choices that include Filipino, American and even Korean selections. Don't expect much of it since it comes almost free at the room rate the hotel is charging. Spacious parking available for large groups. A bit of caution though - back up generator or power source suspect, at least while we were there. A thunderstorm coupled with a power blackout is not a good combination on your stay here. The long narrow hallways do not help. Don't get me started. Glad and thankful to the friendly and attentive staff who arranged for our group stay here.
