The hotel is quite dated and the rooms are badly in need of renovation, especially the bathrooms. There was no hot water in my bathroom, and the shower was just a trickle, so I had to skip taking a shower that morning.

On the positive side, the food in the adjoining restaurant (Tong Kyung Am) was very good. We had a Korean meal in the evening, which was good value for money. Also, the free breakfast, which is included in the room price really exceeded my expectations. I had a generous serving of cornflakes and an excellent three egg ham and cheese omelet, which was one of the best I can remember having anywhere.

I wouldn't stay in the hotel again, but I can recommend the restaurant.

Great location, but....one of the rooms we got was robbed of a laptop and handbags of our relatives. The bags contained money, jewelry and car keys. What a hassle....
The family ate out for dinner then we were ROBBED...
Disheartening to know from police accounts THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME!!! The walkways do not even have CCTVs, The parking area was not lit, flimsy excuse was that the light bulb was used in a wedding function earlier.

This is a dreadful hotel. It is dirty and shabby and the prices are through the roof.
In our bedroom was a fibre glass sink barely attached to the wall. When i leaned on it lightly it simply collapsed. i immediately complained that the sink was not fit for purpose and only attached by two bolts and that the leverage at the front edge meant it could never stay on the wall. Upon Checkout they said they wanted 8000 pesos to replace the sink. They stated that i really should pay 18000 pesos and that they were being generous. All the figures they had to hand immediately which was suspicious. I refused to pay of course so they called the tourist police as i sat and waited. The policeman was in agreement with me but the owner still insisted on payment. Two experts were called to look at the sink and while we looked at one similar it too
broke off the wall. They were in agreement with me that the sink was not fit for purpose. I still refused to pay and still the owner insisted i buy a new sink ( the sink was undamaged). In the end after several hours i paid 2000 pesos to get out of the place. This i believe is a scam that they frequently use to generate extra income. They place was almost empty because i suspect that anyone in the know avoids the place. This hotel shames the Philippines tourist industry
though i noted it is owned by a Korean national. The breakfast is tasteless and they have no buffet when there are too few guests which is a frequent occurrence . I advise anyone who is thinking about staying at this hotel to avoid it. I have my own Bed and breakfast business in Devon. There are plenty of alternatives in the immediate area.

The location is great, just walking distance from the bay/promenade area with its bars/restaurants. The room is huge, with high ceilings, no decors, ample walking space even with an extra bed. The mattress of the extra bed is firm and comfortable. Extra pillows were provided. The bathroom was clean, though the toiletries provided (soap/shampoo/toothbrush) were good for 1 person. The service was excellent, fast efficient bellhop/concierge. What was great about the hotel was the buffet breakfast - it had a wide range of choices - omelets cooked to your specification, freshly cooked pancakes, bread, congee, fried rice, hotdog, fish fillet, corned beef (salty), ham, potatoes, fresh fruits (watermelon, banana), coffee, tea and iced tea, though the restaurant was a bit small. What was disappointing was the swimming pool which was small, compared to the grand outdoor swimming pool of Seorabeol Grand Leisure Hotel next door.

my boy friend and I went there to check in for 3 or 4 times already . but because of the RUDE EMPLOYEE we encountered the last time we check in there , I can tell that we will never ever go there again , Yes ,we made a mistake my boyfriend smoke inside the room which is not allowed. they noticed it when we check out (he always smoke during our stayed there they just noticed it only that time) my bf asked about the rules but this rude employee increase his voice to him, that cause tension to both of them. maybe he forgot that we were still the hotel guest . then the rude employee said he will call a police so that the police can explain to us , then few minutes later while waiting for the police (yes we were willing to wait for the police to explain it to us because the rude employee/guard was so arrogant to us . we rather speak to police than to talk to arrogant employee ) he asked for my bf id to got a photocopy of it then he got the plate # then told us that we can go without paying the penalty but he will report my bf because the police was busy and couldn't go there.
FYI WE ARE WILLING TO PAY THE PENALTY , MY BF JUST WANT AN ANSWER FOR HIS QUESTION, BUT because of this ARROGANT EMPLOYEE who wasted our time was so RUDE to my bf he even told in tagalog that "KUNG PWEDE LANG MANAPAK GINAWA KO NA" in english (IF ONLY I CAN HIT/PUNCH HIM I WILL DO THAT) ahm excuse me we already pay the penalty(2,000PHP) why did he need to tell that .
and lastly
we didn't even complaint about the bad smell of the head board ah , and the room didn't even look clean . my god ! then they will treat us like that !!!
P.S :
THEY SAID THAT THE 2,000 IS FOR THE GENERAL CLEANING OF THE ROOM because of the smoke. well EVEN IF YOU SMOKE OR NOT THE ROOM WAS SMELL BAD ALREADY SPECIAL THE HEAD BOARD.

It was a rainy day when we arrived Subic. We're looking for a place to stay for a night or two. We checked different hotels that we could possibly stay. It caught our attention this Bayfront Hotel for we saw a rainy season promo. So, we checked the rooms. :) We liked it, along with the friendly staffs, esp. the room attendant that was so accommmodating. The room was worth the price, we've got a queen size bed and it's so spacious. :) Our room was inclusive of breakfast for two. The pool was good, however, it would be nice if it was not in between of the rooms. Overall, this place is recommended to stay in Subic. :)

coming from mariveles bataan we decided to stay for a night before heading to manila. walked in to several hotels and all fully booked except for this hotel, lucky us. or is it? cheap rate so expectation is not high. 2nd floor room and we go up the stairs but be very careful as this is slippery from the crazy kids leaving leaving the pool dripping water. room is dank, floor feels gritty but hey we have a/c and hot water. hotel of last resort.

The staff in this Hotel are very efficient and friendly. I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights for a seminar sponsored by the UNICEF. From the moment I arrived after alighting from my vehicle someone assisted me with my luggage. It has average rooms, there is a pool at the center of the property but it's quite small.

The pictures in the website are misleading, this is a very small hotel but when you look at their website it appears to be larger. The food is not that great although the hotel is located near restaurants and bars if you are looking for some night life. The only thing I liked about this hotel is that they have efficient personnel who are always ready to open the lobby door for you and assist you with your luggage.
