Landestypische KomforthĂĽtten mit Safari-feeling
In dem weiträumigen Grundstück sind etliche Hütten für 1-2 Personen verteilt. Das breite Bett steht unter einem Baldachin zur Moskitoabwehr. Freiluftbad mit Bambuswänden. dicht bewachsenen Über Sandwege erreicht man das Haupthaus mit Rezeption und offenem Speiseraum. Im Garten kann auch in großer Runde gegessen werden. Landestypisches Buffet. Kaffee und Tee zur Selbstbedienung.
Sehr aufmerksames Personal.
Nachts Tiergeräusche. Sehr authentisch.

Goed ingerichte tenten.
Voor ons bezoek aan het Krugerpark zaten we in deze Lodge. De bungalowtenten zijn goed ingericht met dubbel bed voorzien van muggengaas, zithoek, frigo en badkamer in open lucht en ervaring. Het ontbijt wordt binnen geserveerd, het avondmaal rond het kampvuur. Het eten was er lekker en voldoende.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel en een aardig mondje Zuid-Afrikaans geleerd.
Echt goed.

Worth the experience ...
The whole African type experience in the Shalati Manyaleti area included an afternoon safari game drive with an expert ranger and a night at the large huts of the Shalati Kruger lodge with a special meal served around the open fire on its private boma area. All of those were worthwhile. I do strongly recommend the experience.

Avontuurlijk maar toch luxueus
Voor een safari in het Krugerpark is deze Lodge sterk aanbevolen, het is immers aan de rand van het Nationaal Park gelegen. Er wordt met lokale bewoners samengewerkt die grondig opgeleid worden, talen leren,leerkansen krijgen. Je verblijft in ruime bungalowtenten die optimaal zijn uitgerust met dubbel bed (en klamboe), ijskast, open badkamer, zetel, haardroger enz. Het ontbijt wordt geserveerd in het hoofdgebouw en het avondmaal in openlucht rond het kampvuur. Prachtig!! Hotelservice in kampstijl. Aanbevolen voor mensen die willen verwend worden en toch open staan voor dat tikkeltje anders. De lodge biedt uitstekende safaritochten doorheen het Krugerpark aan; wel vroeg uit de veren om 'de big 5' te ontdekken. Het loont de moeite!
