Apart from lacking general sophistication on all aspects from customer service to amenities, I had the misfortune of being ganged up by its staff upon checkout when I disputed the minibar charges. They resorted to criminal intimidation and forced me to pay the disputed bill before they would let me go. It was the most absurd and deplorable treatment that I have ever had at a so-called 5-star or luxury hotel. They even stopped my car from driving off and got the security to threaten the driver not to drive off. I had to produce my card to appease them in the end so that I could catch my flight but they had the temerity to sign the transaction slip without my consent! It was beyond bad service at this point- they resorted to illegal actions to get what they want. Forget about the fact they missed the memo where it says 'the customer is always right'- they went one up to accost, abuse, intimidate and threaten their guests outright and now I have the joyful experience of having to manage this with my credit card company. The icing on this inedible cake is also the wildly incompetent and never-around GM, Tomas Gregor, who never picked up his phone during this intimidation incident (it was on a Sunday but still) and never offered any form of compassion or even help for me during my whole stay and after this incident when I wrote to him personally. And the other transgressions that this horrid house made me experience: - throwing away your packed food (it was expensive duck from one of the best restaurants) when it's clearly not finished; - the bedsheets had little holes in them and also had coffee or some beverage stains on them which were very visible; - when asked for solutions to cool the ostensibly warm living area, it took 4 reminders and more than 24 hours later for someone to put in a standalone air cooler finally. I was unable to work properly during that time; - the scrambled eggs/omelette for my breakfast on the first 2 days were so overcooked that it came out lumpy and unappetising; and - the buggy was not operational for the first 2 days of my stay and there wasn't any replacement or alternative solutions proposed for this. I wish I was embellishing any of the above but I am not. I just want to put it out there for all fellow travellers to stay far far away from this establishment- it's a joke to even call itself a hotel period, much less a 5-star one. Even if the guest is wrong, this is truly the last manner to treat him/her. It is inhumane, wildly inappropriate and truly traumatising. If anyone has a similar experience, please feel free to share because I have a sneaking feeling that I am not the only one.…
Fantastic experience at one eleven. Enjoyed the amenities and the size of the villa was really spacious. The staff was attentive and friendly. The location is also great with supermarkets near by and within walking distance to all the action in Seminyak. Thanks again Sam Smvstyle.com
Great service provided by Sinta, Syaifudin and Mira. These individuals go beyond their job description to make their customers very comfortable! My partner and I are extremely delighted with their willingness to assist in every possible way. My second visit here and definitely more to come because of them! Thank you once more..
The staff were so friendly and accomodating had a really good experience at this villa. its spacious and beautiful. very close to city centre and breakfast variety was always delicious. would deffo fo back
Our first time staying at this villa and it was wonderful! Very spacious villa with long swimming pool that we actually can swim. Impeccable service from all staffs which focus on little details including great breakfast. Definitely will come back here again on our next visit.
We stayed some time in the One Eleven villas and had the best time! The standard (such as facilities and cleanliness of the villa, super comfy bed) was on high level. The pool is so big you can actually have a proper swim in it - the best way to start your day :) . The villas are located in the quiet part of the Seminyak, but still close to many great restaurants, cafes yoga studios, shops and beach. Last but not least - the staff was super helpful and friendly. They were doing their best to meet all of our requirements as soon as possible. Big thank to the whole team of 111 Bali for the great and unforgettable experience!
We have stayed 2 weeks in this place, since we wanted a truly memorable experience with our girlfriend. Besides the obvious things you get for paying extra for a nicer place such as this I didn't expect and really liked the big pool, not just good for partying and also a dedicated private massage room! Yep and most importantly the stuff was super nice, really trying to make all our wishes come true. Would definitely recommend it.
My stay at one eleven was not as good as I expected. In fact, it was MUCH BETTER than my expectations. So no, the title is not an exaggeration. I’ve stayed in lots of villas in Bali, but nothing came close to this one. Everybody was just so friendly, accommodating, and always smiling, it feels amazing to be welcomed with such friendly faces. The service at one eleven is impeccable, everyone really went above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I could call the receptionist at 4am this morning because of a terrible headache and they provided me with painkillers. The villa itself is just beautiful. It’s spacious, much bigger than most villas. What I liked the most was how the villas actually have some green area and not just a swimming pool and walls like typical Balinese villas. The villa was also spotless. The speaker in the living room was broken on my first night, but they fixed it straight away the morning after. My heart broke when I had to end my stay, it was just very dreamy. A massive thank you for all of you lovely people who work at one eleven. Hope I will get to see yous soon! …
I booked a few nights at One Eleven after my stay in the Gili islands and was very pleased to see that my tranquil haven in Seminyak is as lovely as ever. I got another villa this time but very similar and loved every minute. The privaely cooked breakfast, their buggy rides from the villa to the reception (lol,) the beautiful pool, spa pavillion, amazing bathroom products are all wonderful. I consider this the only place to stay in Seminyak and need Seminyak when in Bali for shopping and dining. The only thing I'd change would be to ask the resort to offer a scent free option for sheets/robes/bath towels. (I'm heavily allergic to scents.) Apart from that it's an amazing place and I always feel my stay is too short.
Rented the penthouse for 2nights and no regrets!Amazing place with superb facilities!Location is great as well!walking distance to places like la favela and also seminyak square.The staffs there,Sinta,and 2 guys I forgot their names,they helped out a lot!they are very welcoming and helpful as well!always there when you need them :) overall me and my boys had a splendid time!
