Stayed for 3 nights in the Oceanfront Studios for our 15th Wedding Anniversary. The hotel is nice and clean. Seminyak beach front which very nice spot for sunset. Hotel guest have priority booking for daybed in the beach club with no minimum charge. The staff all very friendly. The room is quite big with a unique wooden Bathub inside the room. I really like the design of the room, however the ocean view is kinda blocked by the tree and the balcony is very small. We don’t have the time to try any of the restaurant. However the breakfast is ala carte style with limited option. And the in room dining is just standard, but the price is very reasonable for hotel food.

The beach club is relatively large, but almost all the places were occupied. I am not a fan of having to pay for a seat/lounger, but this is common in modern beach clubs. The food is ok but nothing special. You can check it out but I can't give an unqualified recommendation.

Potato head is definitely my favorite hotel in Seminyak! I stayed there for 5 nights and fell in love with this peaceful and cool hotel. I don’t have one single negative comment, everything was beautiful and top notch. Gym and spa were excellent, food variety were excellent, so many activities available and the staff goes above and beyond to cater to your needs. I left there wishing I could’ve extended another week! Will definitely be back, I love this place!

I can’t wait to return! Don’t think twice about it. I am traveling in a group of 5, I myself single in the studio worked beautifully. From arrival we were greeted at the airport quickly to the property where we were met once again with a warm welcome and orientation of our home for the next 6 days. Their story can be found on their website and is worth a read. We participated in their yoga classes, meditation, sistrum, ice bath, sound healing sessions. Kim is amazing and has impacted my life in a way no one else could touch. I wonder if she knows? A good selection from their breakfast menu was included, enjoyed it next to the pool near the ocean across the way. Potato Head was the first week of our journey to Bali and I now believe it when they say that when the stars align, you’ll know it. And Fysh, if you could be so blessed to meet her here. She took care of our group with her heart and it is still felt! I’m not going to ruin it for you. If you are interested in design, music or art this is the place you should stay at in Bali. Service is amazing, rooms are beautiful... it is sort of a very well curated cultural centre that happens to be a really good quality hotel. All the communal areas are great, pools are beautiful... it is definitely an oasis within Seminyak. Book it. You won't regret it.

Potato head has to be my favorite accommodations in all of Bali, from the aesthetically pleasing detail throughout the entire property, to the delicious food, comfortable bed & beautiful suites. They even give you a cute little bartender setup in the room to mix your own cocktails. Brunch is included & so yum. Pool is beautiful. Everything was just so lovely I cannot wait to return!

Amazing experience only bettered by the quality of service we received at the hotel. This is by far the best holiday I have ever had and the staff were immense. I have never experienced the service they provided which was always done with a smile. I cannot recommend this hotel enough

Potato head has it all. The most beautiful location, extraordinary artwork all around, unmatched comfort in all areas of the hotel. The food is unbelievably delicious, locally sourced and such a yummy selection. I wish I could live there 🙃 not to mention the parties and the sounds playing throughout breakfast till the sun goes down played by their world class DJs. 12/10 🫶

Upsides: - Breakfast phenomenal - Facilities and amentities generally great, gym particularly is fantastic - Modern room and bathroom Downsides: - Room (bamboo view): Walks right out to pubic space - view very average, no table in room. We didn't feel that we could spend time in this room, so just slept in here, and spent the rest of the time in public spaces within Resort. - If you had an ocean view it would be different - but for the price difference it doesn't feel justified.
