THIS is the place. From the very beginning stages researching a retreat opportunity in Bali, the website, the Whatsapp and email accessibility to answer my many questions was top notch. I felt so welcomed upon pickup/ arrival as a solo female traveler and loved our retreat leaders Novie, Nana, Vera, and Nis. They were hilarious, relatable and loving. Wayan and Agus, the drivers were incredible and so fun! The kitchen staff were so accommodating to my gluten free diet and the food was excellent - my favorite part were the smoothies of the days! If you're debating booking a trip, DO IT! It is well worth the money and was such a great start to my trip in Bali. As a nervous solo traveler I felt totally at ease and safe from the first time I was in contact to book my trip. The communication was amazing. I asked a lot of questions and Joyce was very patient and professional in answering my questions and concerns. When I arrived I was AMAZED by how organised things were. There was nothing, literally nothing I had to worry about. My room was impeccably clean and gorgeous. The unlimited spa treatments every day - OMG! The activities were awesome. Goddess Retreats definitely connect you with the greatest people in Bali! I felt really looked after by the staff throughout my stay, from the kitchen staff who cooked really delicious food with beautiful presentation and table decor, the spa staff who just loved to pamper us, and the retreat staff looked after our itinerary really seamlessly. I wish I could stay longer! Highly recommend this retreat to every woman who is traveling to Bali for the first time. The women I met were all really lovely. The best trip I have every had!!!

If you’re contemplating a women’s wellness retreat in Bali and feeling a bit overwhelmed with all of the options, please allow me to save you time from extensive research and just book your stay with Goddess Retreats. It’s simply not possible to regret your decision. For context, I traveled solo, and this was my first international trip on my own. I stayed at the Seminyak retreat in a private room with an ensuite bathroom which was conveniently just steps from the main pool and communal area where the ladies gather for meals. Upon walking through the property doors you’re instantly greeted with lush gardens and calming aromas, putting your mind at ease and opening you up to the full zen experience. The level of service is absolutely incredible. Not only does the staff bend over backwards to accommodate requests but they do so with an abundance of kindness; you never feel as though you’re being a burden. Every single aspect of the retreat schedule has been carefully crafted to ensure a perfect balance of relaxation, adventure, healing and bonding with the other ladies. I chose the Surf Goddess package which includes surfing every day except the Bliss Day. I had never surfed but got up on the board my first try and rode quite a few waves, which was a huge accomplishment and confidence booster. Day 3 was the Bliss Day, and I did the white water rafting which was a beautiful experience with jungle and waterfalls all around. By day 4 I was quite exhausted from the past 3 days of intense activity and chose to sit out surfing the rest of the retreat. One of the many beauties of Goddess is flexibility; you’re encouraged to follow your mind, body and soul; there’s no pressure to adhere to the general schedule that’s been designed for you. Prior to this retreat, I wasn’t much into yoga, but I participated in the daily yoga sessions, and it turns out they were an integral part of my healing. The group guided meditation and individual session with Clara was transformative; you have to experience it to believe it. Loved the canang & mandala workshop where we learned a lot about the Balinese culture. With an abundance of fresh fruits (many exotic), smoothies by request and 3 meals a day, you’ll never go hungry or thirsty. Spa treatments are unlimited. Depending on your schedule, you can have multiple in one day. Saving the best for last…the other women! Goddess Retreats attracts diverse women from all over the world; women who have the same intent. I cannot say enough about how the other women contributed to each other’s healing through their love, compassion and support. I was skeptical that it was possible, but in a week’s time I left Goddess Retreats feeling positive, hopeful, peaceful, fulfilled and healthy.

Goddess Retreats was exactly what I needed. I have never felt so safe and cared for. I was a little nervous traveling solo to Bali for the first time and this trip made everything so easy. The location was wonderful: accommodations were comfortable and clean and the whole vibe is one that invites you to relax and just take in what's around you. Bali itself has a spiritual energy and the villa reflects as well. The food was incredible: the kind that tastes great and you know no matter how much you eat, you're body will be just fine. The retreat leaders (Bella, Igna, and Tina) and staff were welcoming and open: sharing as much of their own expertise as they cared for our needs. It was the perfect mix of activity, sightseeing, reflection, healing, and care. The pool, sauna, and cold bath were awesome to come back to after a day of activity or sightseeing. Once I arrived, I didn't have to think or worry - just be and enjoy. I got to know a wonderful group of women and it was hard to leave because of how well I was cared for. I highly recommend this retreat and will definitely be back: a part of me is still there.

We do our best to regularly maintain them in earth-friendly ways. Our gardeners always make sure there are no still waters around, which is their favourite place to breed. Each bed has a mosquito net and our housekeeping staff checks for mosquitoes at turn down service. We also have mosquito repellant available for guests to use around the villa. I just returned from the most amazing week in Seminyak Bali with Goddess Retreats. From the moment I booked, through the last drop off at the airport, the entire experience was amazing and more than it promised to be. First, the compound where the retreat is in Seminyak is STUNNING. Each of the villas is so beautifully well-appointed, comfortable, with the right mix of incredible luxury but rustic and down to earth charm. Little details like relaxing music, cookies, and motivational saying cards with turn-down each night make the trip so special. Each and every member of the staff cannot do enough to help make the week memorable. The facilitators are amazing, Gina, Jess, Yuni, Rosa, and Lisa make you each feel as though you are family and in a supported and fun environment. The retreat allows for as much soul searching as you want to do without pushing it (and yoga) on you. The spa treatments were so relaxing and the ladies in the spa were warm and so talented. The bliss trips were so fun but honestly, I enjoyed relaxing by my pool with smoothies. I could go on and on about this amazing, life-changing, experience. Kudos to Goddess Retreats for creating such a remarkable haven for women from all over the world to come together to celebrate femininity, Bali, and independence.

I travel a lot and have high standards and expectations. My experience at Goddess Retreats exceeded all my expectations. The accommodations were well beyond what I thought I’d receive at that price point. My room was cleaned twice daily and replenished with drinking water and homemade gluten free chocolate chip cookies! The staff size was double the number of women staying there (30 staff, 16 occupants). AND everyone knew my name (I’m not sure how they did that lol). We even had security guards. Although Bali is very safe, if felt good to be watched over in the evening. Many of the staff have worked there for years and are clearly committed to the retreat. The drivers were kind and knowledgeable. The food was exceptional and and varied. It was a good mix of local food and things like fresh smoothies anytime you ask, fresh coconut water, etc. I like to eat a little throughout the day and I never went hungry or had to buy my own snacks.
I formed real friendships with the other women at the retreat, who I am still in daily contact with. The only (slightly) negative thing, more of something to know going into it: if you are the kind of person who regularly gets manicures/pedicures and high end or med facials, this is not that. The treatments were lovely and relaxing but not highly specialized. I enjoyed the treatments (how could you not), but if you want a serious facial or pedicure, I’d get one before you come.
I definitely plan to go back to Goddess Retreats next chance I get. I got a chance to visit their Ubud location while I was there and may check that out, although I’d happily return to their Seminyak location. HIGHLY recommend going!!! I came back completely refreshed and full of joy.

From start to finish this retreat was amazing. All the staff went above and beyond making sure guests had nothing to worry about. The rooms were beautiful with comfy beds and an added touch of your name in flower petals on the first night. Breakfast, snacks, lunches and dinners I could not fault one meal, all different and so tasty. Spa treatments were amazing and unlimited with lots of treatments to choose from. I chose the surf retreat, the instructors were amazing making it easy to learn to surf. They were kind and also made it fun. If you wanted to go somewhere, they would arrange a driver for you. There was nothing you had to worry about at this retreat they did everything for you so you could just relax ♥️

Goddess Retreats is actually the umbrella brand of all of our retreats. We have Surf Goddess, Bali Goddess, Fit Goddess and Yoga Goddess Retreats in Bali.
All of our retreat programs have yoga elements in them, and each retreat is focusing on what its name represents. Bali Goddess and Yoga Goddess focus more on yoga, offering 2 daily yoga sessions. They have a similar itinerary but Bali Goddess runs from Seminyak whilst Yoga Goddess from Ubud, and the itinerary features what each location has to offer.
Fit Goddess is focusing on fitness activities, with 1 daily fitness session and 1 daily yoga session in the program.
