The room was clean. The front desk agent was friendly and had a mask on which showed precautions that were being made. Anytime we needed something they tried their best to accommodate us. We rented a regular room our first night and were able to upgrade to a room with a hot tub on our second night for not much more money than we paid for a regular room.
Do not go here. The pictures that are displayed are not realistic or look close to what you are going to be staying at. My family and I stayed here and we had a horrible experience. When we entered into the room it smelled like a mixture of cigarettes and old people. The carpets, bedding and sheets all has miscellaneous stains on them and my comforter had a hole in it. The doors would not close properly and my bathroom tile was cracked. In addition to that, my door also had a whole in it. You or your family and friends are better off staying in your car than in this Motel. We were fooled by paying a premium price of $325.00 A NIGHT for a 1 STAR MOTEL.
Stayed here in late June. The room said non-smoking, but it was obvious from the moment you opened the door that the room was previously smoking-allowed. The whole room reeked of cigarette smoke. The yellow bedspread even had a hole in it from where a cigarette had previously fallen on it. The room itself was pretty standard. Large TV, dresser, desk. The AC helped to lessen the smell of the smoke, but if you left it off the stench became overwhelming. The bathroom looked like it had been update and was nice enough. The room was overall clean and the manager was very nice. The parking was free and the pool area was nice as well. That being said, they need to get rid of the yellow bedspreads, replace the curtains and remove/replace the carpets. This would help immensely in removing the smell of the cigarettes.…
Traveled with friends to the Jersey shore and each paid over $120 dollars to stay in an absolute dump. I am unsure how this property can get away with charging close to $300 a night. The "smoke-free" room was absolutely a smoking room and there were cigarette burns on the comforter. The ice bucket has never been cleaned, the carpet has never been replaced and the phone did not work and did not have the capacity to be plugged in or working at all. The linens were wrinkled and definitely not clean. The towels felt the equivalent to a dirty gym towel. The bathroom was the "nicest" if you would, part of the room that had probably been redone within the last 5 years. I would never recommend this property to anyone I liked. Do not stay here, you are much better off staying on a friend or families couch or expensive AirBnB.…
The pricing is not reasonable for a place with average-at-best accommodations & poor service. We called to check in early and they said that was fine but when we arrived, they told us that we had to wait for over an hour for check in, as if they dismissed what they said before. When the WiFi in the room (which was close to the front) didn't work, the guy at the desk checked to see that it was on and didn't want to talk about it otherwise. When we saw other guests try to check in, there was no one at the desk and they had to wait a while for someone to show up. The 'breakfast' was only some store-bought plain bagels and some small store-bought muffins. They went as cheap as they could for this and it showed, which is really bad considering how much they charge for a single night stay. For over $270 a night, even for the Jersey shore during the summer, you should get much better service than people who don't want to talk to you or address your questions or concerns. In short, the other reviews here have it right- this isn't a place you want to go to.…
