Stayed in this hotel August 2014. It was wonderfully clean & the staff was great. We had 2 rooms, which was perfect for all of us. Breakfast was outstanding each morning. Plenty to choose from. Easy access to beaches and shopping. Great area restaurants.

We stayed here for two nights for a wedding we were attending in NJ. The Staff were all very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great - everything you could possibly want for breakfast. Unlike another review, we had no complaints about the pool (no smell - other than chlorine; and there in a restroom inside the pool room to change in if necessary) it was warm and nice to relax in after a day out. There are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from.

I have no complaints for the hotel and service beside the pool. The breakfast was amazing and free, the rooms exceptionally cleaned, the housekeeping staff super friendly, check-in took 1 minute, check-out took 5 seconds. If you are not going to use the pool then this hotel is amazing for a vacation down the shore as this is 20 min from Jenkinson's, 30 min from Seaside Heights and a 1.5 hours to Cape, May. Now for my biggest complaint: the pool A big plus is that it is temperature controlled in the inside. The cons: 1. the Pool water smells bad. I have been to other unpopular hotels and much less expensive and have never felt more dirty than smelling that water, I couldn't get myself to go in. 2. There are no cameras in the pool area so if you are alone in there and get…

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our room. The title of this review is the nickname for the extremely comfortable bed that made us not want to leave. The room also came with a mini refrigerator(very spacious), microwave, television(somewhat unresponsive to the remote -- could have just been the battery), plenty of lighting, two full-length mirrors, a closet, and a roomy bathroom(clean, large shower, hairdryer, coffeemaker). Aside from the room, the complimentary breakfast was great and we partook each morning. There's a waffle station, baked goods (muffins, cinnamon buns, bagels, etc.), fresh fruit (cut up oranges, grapefruit, cantaloupe, pineapple) with whole apples and bananas also offered, hard-boiled eggs, an ice-filled container of Dannon…

hotel lives up to expectations. it is not a 5 star joint but it does not claim to be so. the staff was amazing! starting from when i called in the morning before arrival to make sure i got connecting rooms (i went with kids). the receptionist took my name from the caller id and pulled up my reservation without all the usual nonsense. we showed up at 1:30 am after a wedding. 2 parents with 6 kids. the night lady was so helpful and friendly! extra blankets towels soap shampoo, whatever we asked, immediately and with a smile and grace . throughout our two day stay , anytime i needed anything all the staff was knowledgeable courteous and helpful. i would definitely recommend this place. only issue i had was the coffee was not hot because they only make it every 4 hours and they keep…

I stayed two nights at the Hampton Inn in Neptune, NJ, and enjoyed my stay. The room: - Very clean and appeared to be well maintained - Two USB ports on the nightstand for charging phones, etc. - Flat screen TV with a full array of channels to choose from- both pay and regular - Bathroom was nice with a good shower head, decent pressure and plenty of hot water - Bed was a bit firm for my taste - Both WiFi and Ethernet internet access available. Can't comment on speed, I don't trust public networks and use my own. Facility: - Staff very friendly and helpful - As free hotel breakfasts go, above average- they do have a waffle maker! - Nice dining area - Did not use either the pool or fitness area but they appeared to be in good order. (no heavy chlorine smell)…

This was a nice hotel that was not a far drive to Point Pleasant Beach and Asbury Park Beach. We stayed a couple of nights and ended up going to a different beach every day. It was a nice, clean hotel. The staff was really nice and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.

this hotel is only 4 miles from the ocean. A great find. We were readily accommodated with connecting rooms to assist the extended family. The breakfast is included with the room costs adding to a great savings for the family.

Because we were using points, we stayed one at the Courtyard by Marriott and one night here. After a noisy night at the Courtyard, it was a relief to stay here We've stayed at Hampton Inns elsewhere and, while they are not the level of a Sofitel or W, they always try to give a pleasant experience to their guests. There is whimsy and comfort--and a the staff are always pleasant. This particular hotel is no exception and we will stay here again when we are in the area.
