If it wasn't for night shift front desk receptionist our stay would have been wonderful. Very clean place, great breakfast with variety of foods from waffles, omelets, cereals, yogurts to many fresh fruits. Kitchen assistants very pleasant. Room cleaning personnel was also very nice.

Hotel room was dirty. Stayed for 6 days and never saw housekeeping for the entire time. They blame it on covid. Extra cleaning between guests should be a normal procedure. Not at this hotel. If you have the choice to select another hotel, do so. Stay away from this location.

came back at 10 pm to find the TV did not work told there was a power outage in morning once again called--some came up in the room 2 controllers ---the classic one marked Samsung did not function Employee said 2 months ago new system PLACED. NO INSTRUCTIONS LEFT He told lots of guest have similar problems Breakfast Room tables no cleaned dirty!!!

My husband and son stayed here for a basketball tournament. They were very satisfied - helpful and pleasant staff, comfortable beds (if you read my reviews, this is important to us), clean and reasonably updated room, very close to the tournament venue. And breakfast was decent! The only reason why it doesn't get a 5 is because the pillows are very lumpy and uncomfortable. This seems to be a common issue with hotels - just don't understand that! But we would definitely stay here again.

From the time you arrive you feel welcomed. There is always coffee and water available. Fresh fruit to grab. Staff is helpful and friendly. There are several choices for breakfast. Stay at the hot buffet or grab and go. We had both, either choice is very filling. And let me not forget my name was on the TV scene when I arrived. A very special and welcoming touch. This hotel is a must try in my opinion.

Everybody was friendly and breakfast was good. But the room was very outdated and not completely clean. The toilet roll holder was rusted. Booked a wedding block we had 25 rooms booked. When I had a question about the charges, the manager wouldn't even get on the phone. My advice book elsewhere, if you have any issues they will not help.

Our positive experience started with being greeted by Lori who treated us like guests in her home. The hotel is very clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast and warm clean pool. Laurie and Bill who is in charge of maintenance continued to provide outstanding customer service. Great location to sites on the Jersey Shore. We are travelers and stay in many hotels. Great stay!

I stayed at the hotel during the blizzard; I had a discount rate of 30 % from my job; I wish I got more discount! Overall the service was excellent. The room was clean, and I rested like a baby. I did not visit the pool area and the work-up room during this stay; on my next visit, I will stop by!
