I have stayed here years past and return due to the good experiences I have had. I wouldn't normally give 5 stars as it implies perfection or an incredibly notable experience. The caveat being that this is post-Covid. My room was clean. The sheets were clean. The hallways were clean. The food was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. More importantly, they were working hard. This is notable as they are understaffed and most are doing double duty. I plan on staying here in the future.

The staff at this location is super nice, friendly, helpful and professional. The overall perception of the employees, everyone works as a team making this Hotel the place to stay. The lobby is very spacious, the complimentary breakfast is on point, the rooms are a decent size for a family of five and lots of outdoor parking spaces. I recommend and definitely will stay here again.

I was skeptical about staying at this hotel because of some bad reviews. I don't understand them. This was honestly one of my stays at a Hilton property. We are Hilton honors members and stay within this line. The rooms were huge. The hotel was clean and quiet. The food was terrific. The staff was attentive. The mall is directly across the street hotel and you can take the bus round trip into Port authority for $14. We will be returning here when we want to go to NYC again.

Embassy Suites has a very friendly staff and great location. The Hotel is in a very safe area and the Hotel also is very clean. I had a small issue that the Hotel was able to fix, and would like to give a compliment to Stephanie and also Antonio. The hotel has an excellent made to order Breakfast and also Very Clean. The upper floors also have a great view of both Manhattan and Jersey city.

This was a prime, reasonable hotel when it just opened about a decade ago. My family have stayed there since opening. I stay there with my family whenever in NY/ NJ area. Buffet breakfast is great, but staff and room quality are deteriorating. Not the same quality of service.

Not suitable if you are expecting cleanliness and comfort. The location was okay. The two room suite was not clean and well maintained. The bathroom required a lot of maintenance which was a bummer. the fixtures need to be replaced. The amenities were not in good taste.

Great location, restaurant and bar in the hotel and other restaurants in the parking lot. Food in restaurant was very good, although a limited menu. Room was very clean and quiet. Hotel assisted with transportation to the pier. Great stay!!

The hotel was top notch, however lately their clients and services are not up to speed. Rooms are not totally clean, there is residue on the floor from former guests - but picked up. Nothing a quick vacuum wouldn’t fix. Loud music coming from cars parked downstairs. Don’t see security. What bugged me the most is that I sometimes have family come from Washington DC. so I’m checking in and this rep at the from desk had the nerve ask me why am I checking in (which is none of his business), and before I can answer, hr answers for me and says “no one home to keep you company” seriously??!! And here’s the clinker: his boss is right there looking on, no reprimand - no stepping in. Great customer service. I’ve taken myself and my family across the street to the Marriott residence inn. Get on board. They are cleaner and much much better.…
