Just wanted to give a SHOUT OUT to the cocktail servers ! I neglected to acknowledge these fine ladies and I apologize ... I also believe I may have forgotten or missed some of their names. However just wanted to say that I SINCERELY APPRECIATE their service and customer service ! Mahalo Nui Loa to Gracie Carmella Shernet Helen Kathy Claudia Leann Nikki Lorena Brandi Peggy Joselyn Ashlynn these past few years ! It has been a pleasure !

I visited the Palace Station Casino in August of 2020. Before I left I had a CASHOUT VOUCHER from one of the machines for just over $14. Instead of waiting in line to cash it out I decided to put it in my wallet and use it on my next visit. Unfortunately Covid19 hit and I didn't get back to Vegas until today. When I tried to use the CASHOUT VOUCHER in a machine it was rejected. I went to the Cashier and waited in line for over 30 minutes. When it was finally my time to be served the cashier said he couldn't cash it because it had expired, and told me to go to any machine, press the red service button, and one of the floor people would honor it. That did not happen. After pressing the red button on a machine I waited about 40 minutes for a floor person. The floor person took the ticket, and when he came back about 25 minutes later he said the Palace Station would not honor the voucher because it had expired. When I asked him where the expiration date is on the voucher he pointed to some extremely small print at the bottom of the voucher that said void after 180 days. I asked to talk to a manager. He said he would call one, then he walked away. The manager didn't come , and after waiting for another 20 minutes I left. $14 is not going to make or break me. I am posting this negative post because I find the position of the Palace Station to be sleaze, and tacky, especially since the expiration period appears to be intentionally printed in very small print, and especially since travel was restricted due to Covid19. Personally, I do not think anyone should be treated like this, and I know I will never visit a Station Property Casino again. Hope you find this post informative and helpful.

Although I didn't stay there, my next trip I will. They have bingo, with machines and paper, beginning at 9 am and continuing every two hours. There is a full bar with a few menu options and the staff is great. The Oyster Bar I will check out next trip since there was a very long waiting line. Table games were going strong and pit crews were very friendly.

Our first trip in over a year did not disappoint. Vegas airport packed, long lines for car rental. Check in was seamless at Palace. Clean rooms! Charcoal Room great service & world class food for birthday celebration. We actual went back next night because it was so good. Oyster Bar long lines everyday, so we missed that opportunity. Floor staff was friendly & busy. Really decent on drink service.

We love their casino. We didn’t stay there this time, but the rooms are very nice. We ate breakfast at The Brass Fork. Please check out my review for that place also. Their casino has all the games I like. Diana is a great casino worker!
