Vegas can be exhausting - that's why Fairfield Inn by Marriott offers a stress-free stay with modern amenities like free wireless internet and free breakfast. Whether you're here to vacation on the Strip or exchange business cards at Sands Expo, you'll be thrilled to fall into plush beds with fluffy pillows at the end of each day. Our non-smoking hotel rooms are stocked with mini fridges, microwaves, Paul Mitchell bath amenities, and guests receive complimentary access to the outdoor pool and 24-hour fitness center. Though it's tempting to stay inside, our convenient location off Paradise Road puts you within walking distance of the Strip and its hottest resorts like Caesars Palace, The Venetian, Bellagio and The Mirage. Easily visit UNLV, catch a Knights game at T-Mobile Arena, or soak in Lake Las Vegas in the same day. When it's finally time to go, hope on I-15 for a quick 10-minute ride to McCarran Airport.

The mixed reviews on this place made me slightly wary, but I can assure you this is a great option for lodging in Vegas. The staff have been excellent including Sally who puts on a great hot breakfast and Juliette who helped us with a late checkout. My husband is a platinum Marriott member, and he booked this place for me and my sister to do a long weekend girls trip and the club concierge recommended it. We have really enjoyed the convience and quiet here just away from The Strip along with great restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay again!

My room had no hot water during my 4 night stay. Despite escalating this to their office 3 times, I don't think anybody ever came to try to fix the issue as I never received any updates nor any hot water. I have high level status with Marriott, so I was shocked to not be offered a solution here, be it a new room or some hot water. Hotel is out of date in every way. Elevators were slow and sounded like they would either get stuck or collapse at any moment, and staff was apathetic.

Extremely expensive. The Excalibur was half price at least ( even including Hugh resort fee). this is a 2 stars review. DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL. Homeless people around. The 7eleven 1 block away is full of druggies and white trash.

Our stay was horrible. My truck was vandalized and items were stolen on the property. Rooms not very clean either. The staff was very nice. But would not recommend staying at this Fairfield Inn ever. Not a safe place to stay. Do not stay with children. There is no video servailance in the parking lot. This property backs to apartments. People climb back and forth over the fence.

The rooms are comfortable, although a bit on the small side. The location is good for the Convention Center or if you have a car. The staff is helpful and the breakfast is what you would expect from a Fairfield Inn. There is a modest outdoor pool and large parking lot.

My colleague and I flew in late. Upon arrival was greeted and checked in by Ms. Jahmika at the front desk. It was one of the smoothest check ins I’ve ever had. She knew we were tired and covered everything we needed to know expeditiously. Usually I have to ask several basic questions about the hotel, wifi, breakfast, etc. With her, I didn’t have to ask one additional question. She was professional and personable. I nominate her for your management team. In these days, Jahmika is a rare and pleasant surprise to work with. A asset to your team. I’ll definitely stay with you all again.

If you’re a light sleeper, don’t stay here. The windows are paper thin and you’ll hear extreme road noise from the busy street at all hours. Plus there was around the clock road constructing with continuous banging and beeping backup alerts from machinery. Also, my room was musty and reeked from being an old smoking room from many years ago. There was an AC unit in the room, but the control unit has no way to run the fan without heating or cooling. It would have been helpful to run the fan all night and wash out the sound but there was no way to do that unless you wanted the room to be very hot or very cold. The facility itself feels old and outdated. I had to park in the rear of the hotel which felt very unsafe and sketchy. I was worried all night about my car being broken into. The purpose of a hotel is rest and relaxation. Stay here and you’ll have neither.

This is a pleasant hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. It was quiet during our stay. There is a good restaurant right next to it, the Firefly. The only reason I did not give it a 5 was the location which was OK but on a busy road. Face masks were mandatory at the time of our visit, but hotel did nothing to enforce and some staff were wearing masks incorrectly.
