best sports book on the strip, great central location, restaurant staff was excellent and food decent(pricey even for vegas). ceasars has become unaffordable and it's unfortunate there are attempts to gauge extra fees at every opportunity (2 wifi devices only?), crazy mini fridge policy and fees 75$usd... all a bit unnecessary since most guests pay a premium for the rooms, spa, shows and usually end up leaving a donation at the casino proper. classic venue, but be prepared for fee gauging. better options on the strip without the silly fees.

Had a rough start, but some outstanding personnel (Salvador at the check-in desk, Bill a bellman, Sisily - parking on the food court side, Janelle and Kevin at the Spa) saved my Birthday girls staycation. I live in Las Vegas and choose to stay locally for my birthday (I'm 51) and get away with my female friends for games, spa, and pool time (resorts usually heat their pools and I don't heat mine) and most importantly no needy husbands or kids. We experienced many problems that I would give in detail if I had enough space. In short, check-in was chaos, Seven Stars (I'm only Platinum) valet was VERY rude. Despite checking in online, my room was not ready at 4:30pm. I paid to upgrade to another room, that was DIRTY, dark, and in disrepair. We returned to the front desk and got a terrific room after 5 pm for an additional upgrade fee. We went to inquire pricing and see if we could get a tour of the spa. Ashlyn was snarky and short and generally unhelpful. We tried to go to the pool and Caesars' apparently started draining the pool for the winter months. We went to the gym and while nice was quite small and over-crowded. The wi-fi could only be used by two devices period, not two a day or two at a time, two period. What is the $52.10/day COMPULSORY Resort charge for? No pool, we paid for spa passes, two devices, a gym inadequately sized for the number of guests, and parking is extra. Caesars...you need to lower that resort fee! It felt a little bit like you stole from me. Our amazing view and comfortable...yet still needing some attention to cleanliness...made staycation a success. I'd add photos, but don't see an area to do so.

Great hotel but what sets it apart is the dynamic food scene - Peter Lugars only Western outpost Restaurant Guy Savoy as good as the original Bobby Flays best - Jake Leslie and his team have earned my biz as no casino has better or more diverse food offerings

I do not usually write reviews, bad or good but felt the need with Caesars! We were in Vegas for the U2 concert at the Sphere and booked 4 nights at Caesars just because its Caesars, then I read the reviews!! I must admit they were very helpful if a little disturbing, we knew not to touch the mini bar and that you got charged for the coffee none of this bothered us. We put the Do Not Disturb sign on our door for the full stay as the only thing housekeeping would do is make the bed and hang up the towels and I can do that myself. We stayed in the Augustus tower in strip view room4383, it looked out over the front entrance but also over the Nobu and flat roof which had vents and fans which seemed to be very noisy so there was a constant noise. I will agree with the reviews about rooms being dusty and linen/towels past its best, come on Caesars how difficult is it to clean rooms to a standard and replace very old linen it would make such a big difference!! We had no problems with check in/out and charges were all as expected. Front desk was always very helpful and Americano Cafe was great for breakfast and drinks. Overall our stay was fine but could have been so much better if the powers that be would just read the reviews and act on them!

I had a great stay. But everything was wrong. I booked with codes. I had 40 dollars free play. Also had a birthday 30 dollars. Never was told if I upgraded I'll loose both of the free play. Caesar gave me the worst run around it was crazy. In didn't get a happy birthday from Caesar was crazy. This was my second worst experience. I had other hotels I could have stayed. I chose to stay her. I went to other properties and the gave me unbelievable slot money and food credits. Mgm, Strats, and the D. I didn't have to give a dime. They really showed out. When our group comes back in May. We convinced to pick another place besides Caesar Palace. Who doesn't stand beside their words.

My kitchen rag towels are much cleaner than Caesar’s Palace towels. It was so disgusting using their towels on my face. Seems like they haven’t replaced the towels for 10 years. Their nightly rates are comparable to other 5 star hotels on the strip, but there are no bathrobes, slippers, makeup mirror, and not even a pen and notes for their guests to use. And the floor and carpet are filthy. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Vegas. The cheapest rooms at Cosmopolitan, Venetian or Wynn are 500% better than the upgraded premium palace rooms at Caesars.

This place is the biggest rip off in all of Vegas. There are fees for every little thing. And the carpets were absolutely FILTHY. I didn't dare walk on them with my bare feet. We got locked out of our hotel every time we tried to enter, due to faulty "keys." It takes about 15 minutes from the top floor to get to the busy front desk as well, so it was pretty frustrating. Worst of all -- we had to catch our plane so we left without checking out at the front desk and THEY CHARGED US ALMOST $1000.00 FOR THE MINI BAR WE NEVER USED!!! So now I have to call and have them delete it but I spent two hours trying to reach someone and was kept on hold for an hour. DO NOT GO TO CAESARS!! The buffet is $85.00 per plate FYI.

We stayed in a "Petite Suite" at great expense. We were told the upgrade would be $80 per night (but it was almost $92 per night with taxes, even though we paid over $52 per night in "fees" on top of the almost $300 a night plus taxes. So, our two night stay was over $1000. The toilet didn't work when we arrived, the phones didn't work, there was no hair dryer, the light around the vanity was burned out, it was disappointing. I tried to send them a message online and it was IMPOSSIBLE! I tried calling but the wait was SO long I gave up. Customer service and quality stay it was not. Very disappointed in the stay.

Terrible customer service at the front desk! I have stayed at this Caesars Palace three times in the last three years. This year was the worse I have seen as far as charging for no service. A $52.10 resort fee for what? The pool wasn't open. I spent money at the casino and restaurants. Then they want to charge you for early check-in at 12:00-1:00p.m. Charge is $35!!! Ridiculous. Customer service is dead in this country.
