Inspired by the beautiful villages of Europe, AAA Five Diamond Bellagio overlooks a Mediterranean-blue lake in which fountains perform a magnificent ballet choreographed to music and lights. The lobby is, in a word, grand, both in scale and in design. Above the 18-foot ceiling is a coffer filled with the most extraordinary glass masterpiece, Fiori di Como, created by glass sculptor Dale Chihuly, whose work has been exhibited in every major museum in the world. At Bellagio, elegantly appointed accommodations pair modern conveniences with the warmth of home, featuring sweeping vistas of the resort's lake, surrounding mountains and Las Vegas skyline. Discerning guests who book a Penthouse suite are invited to indulge in the luxurious Chairman's Lounge which offers a private registration and concierge experience. Bellagio's restaurants run the gamut from gourmet Five Diamond to casual dining. Food lovers no longer have to go to Paris or New York for the best culinary experiences. Bellagio features a Michelin two star restaurant (Picasso), two Michelin one star restaurants (Le Cirque and MICHAEL MINA Bellagio), two AAA Five Diamond restaurants (Picasso and Le Cirque) and a James Beard award-winning restaurant (Picasso). Bellagio also is home to four James Beard award-winning chefs - Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Todd English, Michael Mina and Nevada's first James Beard award recipient, Julian Serrano. Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge led by Chef Akira Back features seasonal fish and ingredients flown in daily from the finest markets around the world. Bellagio is home to an impressive collection of luxury retailers including Hermes, Valentino, Guerlain and OMEGA as well as the resort's retail promenade, Via Bellagio, featuring Louis Vuitton, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Tiffany & Co., Breguet, Prada, Harry Winston, Chanel, Dior, Fendi and Bottega Veneta. A world-class art gallery showcasing annual museum-caliber exhibitions, the exquisite beauty of the lush Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, Cirque du Soleil's stunning performance of "O," an intimate wedding chapel, luxurious spa and salon, dynamic nightlife of The Bank, Hyde Bellagio, Lily Bar & Lounge and an elegant casino add to the symphony that is Bellagio.

I stayed in a fountain view room with a lovely bathroom. Comfortable bed and chairs. The pool area was relaxing. Easy to find your way around. The restaurants and buffet were great. I didn't want to leave.

I read the reviews stating that the Bellagio is not what it once was. This was my first time staying here, so I don't have a frame of reference. Our experience was perfectly lovely. The service was spectacular - every member of hotel personnel was friendly, warm and welcoming.

Review collected in partnership with MGM Resorts International
We entered in all of the hotels in Bellagio and believe Bellagio is the best. The quality of the room, the location, the service and the view are the best. Request for a room facing the water fountain, you will not regret. Recommended!!!

Apart from what the other answers state, a further difference is that if you are planning on using the tram to visit other MGM properties (Aria, the former Monte Carlo, New York NY, etc.), you are much closer to it in the Spa Tower. Also if you are attending a convention, the spa tower is closer to the venues for these events.

We have never had a two bedroom but have stayed in one bedroom suite. Very pricey

If it is strip view you should see the fountains--but if you're not sure, call the hotel, they are very helpful. Tickets are debatable--there are some half price ticket booths along the strip, for shows that day, but if you really want to see one of the shows get them ahead. Again, calling your hotel can sometimes help.

The weather in April should be really nice! The average high in April is around 80 degrees and the average low in April is around 54 degrees Fahrenheit. If you have a King Fountain View room, I am sure you will have a fantastic view! It's an upscale hotel with professional staff to assist if you have any issues. Enjoy the pool!

How many restaurants does this resort have?
There are at least 10 restaurants Many open at 5pm for dinner only and you really need to make a reservation! What I have found is that you shouldn’t make a reservation and expect to go to a show, as the dinner shouldn’t be rushed and is the entertainment! It’s a waste of money to spend so much on dinner only to feel rushed to not be late for a show! There aren’t many choices for food after midnight other than room service and the snack bar... which I found to be great! Hope this helps

"29th and higher for sound proof and view (if looking over the fountain especially)"
