First, as this was mentioned several times here: FS LV is no hidden oasis. It is next to and connected with Mandaly, a cheap casino hotel. Their pool area is just next door. Service Standard at FS is at the lowest. Check in took us 20 minutes and on our leave we were queuing for check out because nobody provided us with the bill beforehands as it is usual in 5star Hotels. The bill we were then provided with contained drinks from the minibar we did not consume. As we booked with Amex platinum we should have been granted a room upgrade. The receptionist was very hesitant to give us one and tried to talk us out of it. Left us feeling awkward about the upgrade we finally got. Breakfast at Veranda was horror. They keep you waiting for a table for 15 minutes although several tables were available. When addressing this the girl at the reception reacted very arrogant and unprofessional. Then they recommended making a reservation for the next day - and did not pick up the phone when we tried to call. The food manager is very friendly and professional and tried everything to make things good.

I just wanted to take a moment and express my family's amazing experience at the Four Seasons this weekend. The staff was so friendly and their service was second to none. We were treated so well and felt like royalty. It's so comforting to know that customer service is still alive at The Four Seasons. As a business owner, we share the same philosophy when it comes to treating our clients well and our customers thank us for it too. Here are the people I would like to recognize and who made our trip memorable. Julie in reservations was attentive in welcoming us to the hotel. I believe his name was Jason at the front desk when we checked in. He checked us in quickly, gave us waters and my daughters some treats. Just what we needed after a flying in. Ivan Cazares-assisted us with reserving the cabana. Noah-Our cabana attendants service was amazing. He made sure we were well stocked and checked in with us like clock work. Room severs were amazing and took time to set up the table in our rom so we could eat together. Beds were so comfortable and the views from that room is amazing. Finally, Mika and her team in valet went above and beyond as our rental car broke down in your parking garage. The attention I was given to get me to my UFC event on Saturday was incredible and unexpected. Mika called the rental car company and completely handled the situation for us. Let me tell you the rental car company was not easy to deal with either. I will not be using their service again. I really appreciated that level of commitment and service your valet department offered which is unmatched in your industry. Again, I just want to thank you for this memorable trip and we will be definitely staying with you again. I don't usually take the time to post reviews on travel sites, but if it would help you I am willing to do so. Let me know which one you prefer. Jim Murray

It was a very nice trip, overall. My mom and I went for Mother’s Day weekend and the hotel is in lovely condition, with magnificent strip view guestrooms. We had a few challenges, but mostly positives: Challenges: 1. I had sent 2 snail mail letters to the hotel with special requests a month in advanced and was informed that they were never received and the special requests were not noted on our reservation. 2. It was Mother’s Day and I had requested and paid for a margarita to be sent to my mom at check-in. My mom did not receive one nor was she greeted at check-in. 3. Again, I had requested this upon our return from dinner, which again was not received. Onto the positives: 1. We were allowed to check-in at 1PM and were granted a 3PM late check-out. 2. Yaritizi at the Front Desk quickly realized none of my special requests or check-in time had been noted, so she offered me an upgrade to a suite at a very reasonable price. This was very kind of her. 3. Karen R. (concierge) was absolutely fabulous. She is very good at her role, doting, and truly cares about her guests. She spent virtually the entire first afternoon catering to my needs. 4. Ronson (Front Desk) was great to see again from a previous trip. He was very friendly and made our day. 5. Richard Park at the Spa was so kind and attentive to my needs on my first day. 6. Myra (Front Office) kindly set-up a nice final day for my mom as a service recovery from our poor first day. 7. Patricia (concierge) helped us out so much with dining reservations, even getting us last minute dinner reservations at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant! My mom was blown away! 8. Alexandra Fitzhugh honored a 3pm late check-out for us. This really helped us enjoy our final day. 9. Last, but not least, Stephanie Bartizal offered us a pool cabana and a cocktail on our last day at the pool. She was wonderful and your hotel should feel lucky she moved from Maui to work with you all. Thank you for the lovely stay!

This was our family’s 3rd visit here and it has gotten better every year! The staff at Four Seasons always makes the stay wonderful. They are all so kind and pleasant. The app made it easy to communicate with any of our needs. At other hotels, you have to pay extra for a butler service but at Four Seasons it’s just who they are! We loved Edgar and Zlata at the pool. They made our time at the pool easy and relaxing; always refilling our water and giving us fresh towels. The food at the pool was very good. Lastly, Gamani the bellman, was fantastic! My daughter lost her Four Seasons bear and he ran upstairs to grab us a new one as we were checking out. He was so kind and sweet! Great way to end our stay. Thank you Four Seasons.
