We had a comfortable stay. All the staff were very friendly. JC at front desk was very helpful. The room was very clean. We had to leave early for our tour. So I did not have breakfast but they were getting ready. It looked very sumptuous. Would be back when we visit LVS.

Hotel's Favourite
The 5-star review is based on the staff. Everyone, from Front Desk, to Housekeeping, and other staff were extremely nice, friendly and accomodating. But without considering the staff, it gets 3.5 or 4 stars. Short Review for 3.5-4 star rating: The rooms need better maintenance, and significant decor updates. There should be more Handicap parking spaces, and there should be signs clearly indicating the "additional" parking for the "2nd side elevator entrance." Long Review: 1. The decor is very "dated" especially in the rooms. Our Sofa looked "old" and well-worn. We had a 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds. Only a small nightstand between the 2 beds. It had a lamp, with power outlets, and an alarm clock. NO USB ports in the bedroom! Not on nightstand, not on desk. Also no USB ports anywhere in the "main room" either. Showerhead both dated and not working properly (see below for showerhead details). 2. The thermostat controls in the room were not functioning properly, and the A/C would not turn off once the desired room temperature setting was reached. When we adjusted the A/C to a higher temperature, when the room become too cold, the A/C just kept running and cooling the room down further. This was true for both our main room thermostat and bedroom thermostat. We checked both thermostats to make sure they were both set on "cool" and "auto," but the system never stopped running/cooling, even when it indicated a room temperature of 72 and we used the "up" button/switch to set the desired temperature to as high as 75 or even 76 degrees. With both thermostats, we had to set the temperature up to 75 degrees, then use the toggle switch to to turn the system off completely, wait for the A/C to completely stop, and then turn it back on to the "cool" setting, for the thermostat to work accurately for a while, meaning the A/C stayed off until the thermostat detected the room temperature was just above 75 degrees, and then the A/C would turn on again. But the A/C would not shut off, and would continue to cool the room to temperatures far below the actual setting. We had to repeatedly "shut off" the A/C to get the system to "reset" and work properly for a while. 3. Too few Handicap parking spaces. There are a total of 3 Handicap spaces: 2 on the "1st side," of the hotel, which you approach BEFORE turning the corner to find the main hotel entrance. Those 2 Handicap spots (and the regular spots near them) lead to a side door right near the elevator for that side of the building. There is also 1 Handicap space on the exact opposite side of the hotel, that leads to a side entrance door right by the elevator for the "2nd side" of the building. 4. NO signage for that "3rd Handicap spot," and NO signage indicating "additional parking" around the front of the building for that "2nd side elevator entrance." The parking in the front of the hotel just ends at a curb, and while there is a "driveway" after that last parking spot in front, there are no signs or any other indications that there is more parking around the corner, for the "2nd side elevator entrance." So, unless you study the Google Map for the hotel, in "terrain setting," ahead of time, or you just decide to drive around that second corner to see if there is any parking on that 2nd side that is close to a side entry door, it is likely you will end up having to park near the front entrance, go through the lobby and go down a long hall to get to that "2nd side elevator." Also, when we 1st arrived and went to the front desk, we were told where our elevator was, down a long hallway, but we were never told about the "limited parking" on that side of the building, that leads to a side door entrance for that elevator. For people who use the Hilton App, and both check-in using the app, and use the digital key in the app for hotel entry (generally bypassing the front lobby check-in area), you would likely not know about the 2nd side parking & door to that elevator. For People who have mobility issues but are not in a wheelchair, this is a problem. 5. The showerhead is supposedly an adjustable head (like a Shower Massage head), but ours did not adjust when the little adjusting handle on the side of the showerhead was moved. I know, this last one is picky, but when coupled with the thermostat issue, and the worn-out & dated room decor, it takes what should be a solid 3-3.5 star hotel (in the hotel ratings concept) and turns it into a 2.5 star hotel room experience. But, again, the staff were are very nice, friendly, professional and accomodating!

Very nice place! Our group only spent one night at this site ... wish we would have had more time. The accommodations were perfect for our group, and we felt relaxed in the living room and separate bedrooms. Although the other party members stayed longer the next day, I had an early-morning flight and departed on the hotel shuttle. It was on time, and the ride was not that long to the airport. I really do not like early morning flights, due to delays with shuttles and/or the shuttle passengers taking their time boarding / unloading. But this experience through Hilton was very comfortable, and I did not have the fear of being late or missing my flight. The only constructive comment is toward the breakfast. The flight was so early that breakfast items were not available ... which is understandable. However, many hotels offer sack options the night before for those that have to depart early. Considering that Hilton is a "top-of-the-line" hotel corporation, I guess they do not have enough resources to provide sack breakfasts.

We stayed overnight as our flight came in very late. The hotel is okay - rooms were decent but felt like it needed better cleaning & upkeep. The King Suite felt very compact. Breakfast spread was okay. We did use the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. For the price, it was t worth it!

This was a great hotel for a quick stay in Vegas. We had tickets to see U2 at The Sphere and just wanted a quiet place to stay, away from the noise/craziness of The Strip. Having a free airport shuttle saved time and money and was easy to schedule both ways. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast provided a wide variety of food options and was, again, one less expense. We were able to easily access Lyft rides to get us to and from the concert. The hotel staff were friendly folks who accommodated our needs to get into our room early and extend our check-out time as well. We had a very positive experience at this hotel, and if you are not looking for a casino stay while in Vegas, this is a great option!

I stayed here for 2 nights for business. It’s located right near the airport. There’s construction going on in the area so driving into the property was a little confusing. If using navigation, enter in through the Tru by Hilton parking lot, which is a property that shares the space with Homewood Suites. The hotel is a little old and could use an upgrade, but it still did the job as the full kitchen was in good working order. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Free parking. Free hot breakfast served, with coffee, tea, and water available in the lobby at all hours. I did not know this by looking at the pictures but the property does have an outdoor pool for those who want to go for a dip. For the kitchen, it seems like they only provide a sponge and dish soap by request, so if you need one let the front desk staff know. When I called the front desk they were kind enough to bring it to my room. I was satisfied with my stay and would stay here again in the future.

Avoid this place. Booked here for 1 night to be close to the airport to catch an early flight. Found bed bugs. Simply a very dirty, disgusting hotel. Left immediately Good thing- they refunded me without question. Staff were very nice and did not give me any hassle.

I've left a review on the actual Hilton site, but wanted to leave one on here as well. This was my first time staying at a Homewood Suites brand, and I really had a great time! Like many people I ran into during my stay, I booked it in advance and found out about the Formula One race taking place later on! But that was also great to see how the Strip was configured for it. My stay was from 11/15 to 11/20, the hotel itself is just South of the Airport, literally within a few blocks, and also within 2 blocks of the Rent-A- Car Center as well. Easy access to either I-15 or the I-215 Beltway. My purpose was actually visiting the National Parks, especially Rhyolite, NV, then from there Death Valley, both Zabriskie Point and the Badwater Salt Flats. Hoover Dam was also easy to get to. The Town Square Shops, and the Strip itself is very close by the hotel, no issues walking around after the F1 race was completed. I also visited The District Shops at Green Valley Ranch (Exit 6 on I-215, east of the hotel), as well as The Fremont Experience, The Fashion Show Mall and the new Sphere. It was good to see everything again, last visit to Las Vegas was right before the Pandemic in Feb 2020. The Hotel itself was perfect, the room itself was great, the bed was comfortable, no issues sleeping even with the Airport being nearby. Also a great view from my room. The entire Staff was very professional all around! I want to quickly recognize the front desk person, Moussa, very professional and helpful, I very much appreciated his help when I checked in. I highly recommend this Homewood Suites location to anyone planning on staying in Las Vegas, I'm personally looking forward to my next visit as well...!

Location close to airport and the car rental place which suited us. Also easy walk to bus stop to catch Deuce route into main Strip. Free shuttle pick up from airport which was helpful too, although website not super clear you need to book, which you do by phoning once landed and you've picked up your bags. Hotel is tired and bit old fashioned but clean and tidy. Our room was okay, clean and little kitchen useful expect for no kettle to make tea. I don't drink coffee and the pod machine with just water through it still tastes of coffee! And the refrigerator in our room was so loud we had to turn it off when we were in the room. The biggest most annoying thing for me was how wasteful this hotel was. Maybe it's an American thing but what's with paper plates and cups, polystyrene bowls and plastic cutlery? The waste was upsetting as someone who believes in recycling and reusing etc. I took mugs and cutlery from our room to use for our breakfasts. We've been staying in other hotels since this one as we're on a road trip, and everyone else had used real plates etc.

First off, the front desk staff was awesome. Very pleasant and responsive. Overall, hotel is above average. Rooms were good sized and clean. Pillows in the rooms leave a lot to be desired. I think all Hilton's must get the same crappy pillows as every HIlton I stay at has the same sorry excuse for a pillow. Breakfast was ok ... pretty much standard Hilton fare. Rooms are getting to the point where they are going to needs some revamping (carpets starting to show wear, paint needs some touch up, etc). Good staff though and would still recommend this hotel ... just bring your own pillow.
