Centrally located, cool rooms, perfect service. Easy access to Caesar's, the Flamingo, Bally's and the Linq. Everything was in perfect order (though the room could use more electrical outlets), and staff were attentive.

We were welcomed early on a Saturday morning, checked our bags and then were allowed to check in several hours ahead of the regular check-in time. Our stay was pleasant. They room was clean and nicely decorated. We were given a $10 credit for opting out of turndown service, which we used toward room service. We were also allowed to do late checkout! The only additional charges incurred were the daily resort fees and room service minus the credit. Overall great stay! We loved the central location on the strip!!

I’ve stayed at almost every hotel on the strip, and for the money, Cromwell tops them all. You can’t beat the location, and the 5-Star service is on par with hotels costing 3-4x as much. From the moment I got here everyone I’ve come into contact with has been incredibly kind and attentive to my every need. Case in point, I ran out of tissues at 1am and the EVS manager, John Whittaker, dropped what he was doing to personally run some up to me so I could get to bed. That’s the level of service I’ve come to expect from places like Wynn and Encore (that typically charge ~$750/night), not Cromwell (which only cost me $165/night for this stay).

If you haven’t stayed here before, I encourage you to check it out. I’ve been blown away and will for sure be looking here first next time I am in town.

P.s. They also have the best crap tables on the strip. :)

The Cromwell has a perfect location, a classy casino, trendy boutique decor, super nice staff, and an upscale restaurant with a fab view of the strip (Giada’s). It also has a popular rooftop nightclub, which is probably appealing for some hotel guests. For us, it was a disaster. Booming bass from the club upstairs pounded our 8th floor room’s walls, floors and windows without interruption 10pm-3:45am. When I say shook, I mean the flat screen TV on the wall vibrated with every beat. The glass shower door buzzed. We had to remove the hangers from the closet to keep them from rattling. It was that loud. We kept the TV on to try to down the noise, but when the bed itself is shaking at 100 BPM, there is nothing you can do. I didn’t come to Vegas expecting a silent overnight. I know it’s an all-night town and people are partying up and down the halls of every hotel. But the nightclub sound system was absurdly disruptive. We were one of many complaints at the front desk the next morning. They were kind, handed out earplugs, did their best to relocate us away from the boom boom. Our new room further down the hall on the 5th floor didn’t vibrate, but was still very loud, enough that TV was necessary to mask the beats for two more overnights. So if you’re into the late night club scene, or you’re going to pass out at the end of the night, stay here. But if you want to get any sleep at all Fri.-Sun. nights, chose a different hotel. (Oh, and by the way, the free coffee machines are gone. Ouch.)

Hotel is very burlesque. Two way mirror in shower is different. If you are in the shower be aware that the people in the room can see you. Stayed for 3 nights. First night- the adjacent room partied with loud music and high traffic in and out. Front desk moved us to a different room after we asked to change if the same folks were in the adjacent room the next evening. Secomd night (different room and floor)- Again loud music from adjacent room. Called at 1:00 a.m. Security shut down their party. Music started again at 4:00 a.m. Third night- there was loud music for a few hours but it stopped around 10:00 p.m. We stayed during middle of the week so none of the music was from the night club. White noise speaker in room was helpful. The blue tooth speakers in each room are not helpful. They should be removed. They might help counter club music on the weekends but they are a terrible idea for a Vegas hotel when so many people are inclined to party at night. I am a regular visitor to Vegas for business and this is the worst stay I have ever had with respect to noise, etc. Cromwell is in a great Strip location but I won't return. Not a hotel for me.

Nice casino, clean air. Very nice employees. Only two restaurants in the casino, Giada's and Eatwell Cafe. Only room service available is from the cafe and the menu is limited. The room was ugly, like something out of Dracula's castle. Small and dark. Large, heavy, dark furniture, dark hardwood floor, oversized, purple headboards (two queens), black and purple/pink wallpaper, a dresser with no drawers available because they were filled with a mini bar, a safe, and snacks. One, shallow drawer for jewelry or underwear. Large armoir for clothes, but no room for a closet. Room was odd in that the bathroom, which is normally to the right or left of a hotel room upon entry, was on the other side of the room near the window and had a heavy, sliding door on it. And I mean heavy. The only good thing about the room was the view of the Belaggio fountains.

Please take pictures before/after you depart especially of the wet bar. Which I did but got charged for items we never used. The view was awesome mold and dust was unbearable. I always bring cleaning supplies to any Hotel/ Resort and take hours away from my vacation to sanitize the room for safety of my family. Didn’t expect so much chaos due to the Club on the property. Never again will we stay at this property on a weekend. Club goer’s take over the entire gaming floor/ bar area. It’s impossible to get to your room. If you want to get a drink from the bar, play games on the Casino floor you’re forced to go back to the room are go to another Casino. Just no coordination to control so many club goers preventing you from getting to your room. Recommend they replace/retrains housekeeping staff, room rates aren’t matching the cleanliness, comfort and chaos of so many unruly club goer’s. Definitely will not recommend this property.

I’ve been looking forward to staying at The Cromwell but I did not expect to be so disappointed. Upon first sight the hotel looks chic and luxurious. Beneath the surface, I could sense the old bones of the decades old building The Cromwell occupies. It seems like Caesars gave up on this hotel at some point.

I booked a 2 bedroom parlour suite (a suite plus a connecting room) for four nights. I’m a Caesars Rewards Diamond member, which means resort fees are waived. The front desk told me that I need to pay the daily resort fee for the connecting room since the perk only covers one room. Decided not to make a big deal about it and incurred the fees. Things continued to get weird when we entered the rooms. Some light bulbs are out. Some lights flicker because they are not meant to be dimmers. The velvet-like sofa had strands of long hair in multiple places and what looked like large globs of lint. The dining table had sticky areas on it and visibly “just used”. We travel with Clorox wipes so we wiped down the table and the whole room. I didn’t trust their COVID cleaning protocols. The suite was booked as “Strip View”, including the connecting room. The latter had a view of a cement pillar and a parking area. I expected a spacious, beautiful shower in the suite but we were given an accessible room (did not request this) and our shower felt like a hospital room, not the relaxing vision I had in mind. There’s more… The suite comes with an entertainment center but the speakers were broken so we couldn’t play music. A nice gentleman tried to fix it but he said it was broken and there were no others on property to switch it out with. They gave us a $50 food credit for the inconvenience. Note, I didn’t ask for compensation, just wanted the thing to function so we can play music.

Enjoy coffee in the morning in your hotel room? There’s no coffee maker, so you’ll have to head down to the casino and grab your caffeine fix from Eatwell. The coffee was great (Starbucks) and the food in the pastry case looked delicious until I noticed the multiple black houseflies buzzing on and around the pastries. Granted, these are likely just for display but seeing insects on food in a luxury “boutique” hotel ruined my appetite.

Overall, there have been so many issues. Add them all up and it starts to ruin the vacation. I wish there was an easy way to move over to Caesars Palace but I can’t even imagine how difficult this would be to accomplish based on my experience with guest services and 30 min phone hold times. I’m assuming they are short staffed opening up after the lockdown so the hold times are understandable but frustrating.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I have gambled at the Cromwell many times through out the years when it was other names too, but never stayed there. I always liked the casino so figured this time we would stay there. We stayed for two nights. I loved being in the middle of everything. Can not beat the location. The casino is still nice and was very clean. At times I was the only in there due to the ccp cooties. The room is dark and needed cleaning. I think it may have not been used in awhile and need a refreshing. I always find it amazing when no one is at the hotel, they do not provide an upgrade. I reserved the rooms w/ comps so can not complain too much about an upgrade. The floor needed to be vacuumed, some of the plugs did not work. I found the bed too high. When in the bathroom you can hear the outside noise which I do not mind.
One other thing about the bathroom involving the shower. There is a large mirror in the bedroom and the other side is a mirror in the shower. I thought that was odd to have a mirror in the shower. One night, I looked through the bedroom room mirror and I could see into bathroom! If someone was taking a shower I could see them! Are you kidding me?! I could not believe it. Maybe this is why it is adult only, but I did not like this. When the lights are on, you can not see through. Another problem is the parking garage. We did not feel safe in it at all. It is right on the cusp of where you would not want to be in Vegas. One night, a guy was watching us and we left quickly. There was no security there. I will still gamble at the Cromwell once in awhile, but never stay again. Oh, everyone was so friendly this time in Vegas. They were more friendly than in August. It reminds me how everyone was 20 years ago. I hope they keep it up after the flu.

I have stayed at the Cromwell several times, I have never been through such a horrible experience. The room floors were extremely dirty, I asked to be changed to a different room, I was given another room with smaller beds and was told that we will get our original room after it was cleaned, while in the second room we were given a couple came in while my husband and I were in bed, the front desk gave the couple the same room that we were in, a little while after that, five security guards came knocking on our door, they asked why we are occupying two rooms.. I felt violated and was in shock. I went to speak to the manager and asked why this happened and if we can have a room with the bigger bed which we had payed for and he rudely told me that our original room was not dirty to his standards so I went to the room and videotape myself cleaning the bathroom floor.. The hallway was always full of loud people, it was hard to sleep, I told the manager that I didn’t want to stay there anymore but he refused to refund me the money.. The pool was not available to use because it was rented out for a private event and the next day there was a charge of $40 to use the pool, they said we can use the pool at Cesar’s Palace but who want to walk that far for a pool.. We finally checked out and was over charged, I was given a receipt of over $350 but was charged $509… My husbands birthday was ruined by this horrible experience.

It’s a decent place. Adults only…kids are not allowed in the hotel at all which is great. It’s a smaller place which I personally like. Rooms are dark and have a gothic feel to them which was different than most Vegas hotels. Rooms are on the smaller side. Location is great. I’ve stayed at numerous Vegas properties and I’d consider staying at Cromwell again.
