Its a good enough hotel. Nothing fancy. I come here during weekdays so theres really not much people. The staff is always friendly and the casino almost empty. This is a great location though. Its a block away from Fremont St which is an old school fun vegas spot. The rooms are big, really good beds. Service is inconsistent for the two times ive been here. I cant stand their choice of aqua green everywhere. All in all, this is a great hotel for the price and parking is free!

Hotel's Favourite
I was pleasantly surprised by every aspect of my three- night stay at this hotel just off Freemont St. Outstanding check-ins, continental breakfast (included in my package) was better than expected, rooms were clean and generally well appointed (if you can ignore the absence of a fridge, micro or coffee-maker. Just far enough off Freemont for a decent night's sleep but a minute away from the action. Had less of a "factory" feel than some of the others. Good value! Could have used better lighting.

Had a great time!!! Excellent staff (front desk and housekeeping). Walking distance from everything I needed. Even with the remodeling and road construction it was one of my best stays in Las Vegas. Thank you. Until the next trip.

The staff are all great from the hotel staff the everyone on the casino floor. The Gallery tower is new rooms are nice. The shower has no door for some reason. I could hear music from The Gold Spike next door but the bed and pillows put me right to sleep. The car aps guy are fun and the dealers will laugh and have fun . The waitress is anyway near by.

No hot water, it was warm. 110 degrees us pathetic especially on chilly days and NO SHOWER DOOR. Stayed here since choice owned it, we won’t ever be back. Was offered last day resort fee refund. No thanks. 8% refund is a laugh for inconvenience of 4 night stay, we stay elsewhere the last night.

I do apologize, we have to keep the water at a set temperature due to liability concerns. I agree, I like showers that are very hot but in a business atmosphere, we have to be careful. I'll find your reservation and make things right.

a nice hotel if you stay in the new built tower. I had a very nice room with awesome bed. New and fresh ❤️👍 This was a very good downtown Vegas stay. I did not enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Staff was ok and the stay was good. Only bad was shower with low water pressure

Good hotel, clean and professional staff. Pity for poor offer for internal restaurant and breakfast but around the hotel there are.many alternatives. Positive experience. Clean rooms, good service. X.

The hotel is very well located close to the Freemont Street Experience and directly across the street from the Mob museum, but slightly out of the way, and not as bustling as some of the other hotels appeared to be. My only negative comment would be that there is loud music playing until well into the night. This is purely the downside to staying in such a lively area and isn't the fault of the hotel. I liked the feel of the Downtown area more than that of the strip, but some of the tours won't pick up there. The room was nice and was cleaned daily. I would have liked coffee making facilities, but other than that it had all the amenities you'd expect. I travelled out of season so the pool was closed. I didn't use the other facilities in the hotel, but the gym and casino both looked well kept. The breakfast at the Art Bar was lovely. All the staff I encountered around the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: If you want to go on tours, be aware that you'll need to make your way to the Strip for pick up...

I do apologize for the noise, Downtown Las Vegas does have alot going on and sometimes it can get loud. Our pool is open 365 days as long as weather allows but we have had alot of rain lately that forced us to close it. Look forward to seeing you again soon!

Do yourself a favor and ignore the low to mid reviews. Some people on here complain that they aren’t getting a $500/night level property for a fraction of that. Perfectly comfortable and very clean room for the price. If you’re doing downtown Vegas right, you’re only in the room to sleep and shower. Super friendly staff all around from check-in, continental breakfast hosts, casino dealers, cocktail servers, just top notch. This was my second stay and I’ll be back again next time.

We stayed at Downtown Grand for the Downtown experience. Wow...great location...one block to Fremont...next door to the Mob Museum...great atmosphere...near the Free Loop Bus route..best pizza across the street, Pizza Rock, George's Grill, and Hog and Heifers. Highly recommend this hotel for price and location. Bang for your buck. We stayed in the newly renovated Gallery Tower.
