Everyone was so friendly, especially Jackie who took us to the airport on the free shuttle and receptionist who checked us in at 3 am due to flight delays. Rooms were spotless. Breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

I needed somewhere to stay for a few weeks while my house was being worked on. It was not my first choice as I was trying to save a little bit of money. How I got here is because there was no vacancy at the Extended stay on Flamingo and it all worked out, there were a lot of undesirables at the Extended stay the the big asian supervisor at the desk was very unproffessional I heard him in the office talking to another person using the N word at least 3 times and now is not the right time with what is going on. But enough of that place. I am glad I stayed at Residence inn everything was clean and so comfortable. The staff were attentive. We were just a little upset that it didnt come with warm complimentary breakfast but I understand.

As always, I enjoyed my 2-day stay at this Marriott property. Marriott has multiple adjoining facilities at this site. Seems like someone knew that a grand football stadium would appear someday close to these hotels! Call it luck or good planning, these investments will bring rich dividends to Marriott stock owners in the future.

This was a fantastic experience. Breakfast was great every morning. The Gym was good. The rooms were nice and spacious. The General Manager, Sean, was very helpful when I need to book the shuttle for the airport. The staff was very friendly when I bumped into them, and they went out of the way to make me feel welcomed. This was a great experience for me.

This property offers a relaxed environment in a constantly busy city. I have no complaints about my room or the staff they were of the superior quality I expect at Marriott. I do however have to mention the fact that almost every day of my stay either the grounds or the hallways smelled of marijuana. I work all over the west and stay in Colorado, California and Washington but never have I experienced this consistent annoyance. That alone makes this a property I would not consider in the future.

Hello Dustyelectrician, and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate the kind comments regarding our staff and the room you occupied, and we are glad you found them to be of the superior quality you can expect from Marriott. We are disappointed to learn of the strong marijuana smell you encountered during your stay and sincerely apologize. Our rooms are all smoke-free, including marijuana, and guests who violate this policy are subject to a $250 fee. While marijuana use is now legal in Las Vegas, outside public consumption is still not allowed, and when discovered, it is appropriately addressed. Please do not hesitate to contact us if we may be of further service, and we hope you give us another chance the next time your travels bring you back to Las Vegas.

Enjoyed the stay there this weekend EXCEPT for the poorly insulated walls between rooms!!! We could clearly hear the people next door talking (seemed like normal conversation level) late at night as well as when their TV was kinda blaring — that made it a bit tough to get sleeping. The morning breakfast is a nice assortment of hot and cold foods. The property is decently clean throughout and the check-in person was very friendly and professional. This location is a hidden gem (along with the 2 other adjoining Marriott properties) off the strip but close enough to be really convevient!

Hi AZ85224, and thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed our breakfast and close location to the Las Vegas Strip, and we sincerely apologize for the noise you experienced. We understand the importance of a good night's rest, so we offer ear plugs and white noise machines to help with those issues. We hope to see you again the next time your travels bring you back to Las Vegas!

The hotel is just off the Freeway, so easy access on and off to get to Business locations around Las Vegas. Close to Airport, (less than 10 minutes) for easy car rental return. Free shuttle from Hotel over to the Strip if you want to go for some dinner or entertainment. Great Residence Inn rooms, with kitchen space and a huge desk for work. Good Breakfast with lots of options. Very polite staff. Clean rooms. (one not so great thing ... water pressure in the shower seemed pretty low to me, but that has been true at most Las Vegas hotels I have been at in the last year, so it might be the Las Vegas system, or maybe a issue with low flow shower head regulations.) One suggestion ... the Front desk handed me a little card with the shuttle times, which was totally awesome, And they said at the "Shark Reef Pick-up" and the "Tour Bus Drop Off" locations. I would love to have a MAP at the front desk as well that shows WHERE those locations are along the strip. It would help the first time traveler.

I was scheduled to stay at the Residence Inn 1/18/2020 - 1/21/2020. I had booked it 10 days in advance. When I landed in Las Vegas, I received a message stating that a room was not available to me and they had booked me at a Courtyard next door. While I was extremely disappointed (I like Residence Inn and the kitchen set up and I didn't want to have to unpack twice), I will say that the General Manager, Mindi has bent over backward to make it up to me. Once I got to the Residence Inn a day later, the hotel room was very nice. We used the hot tub/pool area. The hot tub was warm and enjoyable even though the temperatures were in the low 60s. Breakfast was nice and enjoyable. After a couple hiccups, the General Manager's sincere and excellent communication to help fix the issues, I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again on future visits.

Nice property and courteous staff but the property is alchohol free property (that's y not 5 on 5) unlike other residence inn... They don't serve beer/wine during their social hours from Monday to wednesday... I mean hotel in vegas that doesn't serve is quite odd. Rest everything is good about the property. Swimming pool and public jacuzzi both are temperature controlled... I was in room 239 with 2 bedroom with queen size... Room was spacious and had full kitchen and 3 tv... Their shuttle service to the strip ( mandlay bay is every half hour) and to aria is every top of hour is pretty amazing and helps u to stay connected with strip.
