Although I refuse to purchase a timeshare I’m completely spoiled. I always choose timeshares when traveling especially with kids. Desert Paradise feels like home to me every time I visit. This place will always be my go to!
We stayed here as a family of 4, and the place is HUGE! Comfortable beds and a fully appointed kitchen made it easy and convenient to relax and also save a little money by eating in. We took full advantage of the in-suite washer/dryer, allowing us to travel home with clean clothes after a 10-day road trip in the southwest. 5-star, highly recommend!
Only problem (which was very minor) was finding the place with Google Maps which directed us in the wrong direction. May be helpful for the resort to provide their own directions and a basic map online.
I’ve stayed here twice now and both times I had a quick and easy check in. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The hotel is not on the strip but it is not very far from it. It’s about a $10 Lyft/ uber ride away. If you don’t want to carpool, the hotel provides a shuttle that will take you to the strip for free. I believe it runs every hour..but don’t quote me on that.
Our family was visiting for a sports tournament which meant crazy hours in/out of thr room and traveling to/from multiple facilities. The hotel was centrally located for all of our needs. The 2-room suite had all the amenities we needed (kitchen, in-room laundry, HUGE closets, large bathrooms and bedrooms, an outdoor patio, etc). It was a home away from home and so comfortable for our family of 4!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Desert Paradise Resort. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, and nice and quiet. It was also quite reasonable in price. I would recommend it to anyone traveling alone, or with a family.
5 Stars all around! It felt like staying at your best friends place who is very happy to see you. Like someone was expecting you and wanted to make you as comfortable as possible. The team thought of everything. It was clean, quite, affordable, comfortable, and organized.
During past visits to Vegas, I stayed on the strip. Not sure I will ever stay on the strip again after finding this place. The room felt like a condo unit w/ living room, kitchen, master and bath. The room was maybe a bit dated but was clean and worked well for me. I only spent a few minutes in the adult pool due to colder weather but it was nice. The hot tub was great. Staff was excellent. The area is questionable though I walked down to an Irish Pub several evenings for dinner. I would not recommend lone females walking alone at night in this area. Loved my stay here. I will return someday soon.
We've stayed here 3x already both with and w/o our kids. We've been very satisfied every time with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the price and location. Beds extremely comfortable.
This is a nice, but older resort. It’s due for a renovation because Hilton has bought out Diamond Resorts. It needs the renovation. A new paint job, repairing chipped baseboards, stocking the kitchen with more basic tools, and other things. The one big inconvenience is that it is a renovated apartment complex. Walls are super thin. If you’re on the first floor, you hear your neighbors walking around. It would be one thing if they were running or stomping around, but simple walking. The a/c-heating system consists of noisy units outside of bedrooms. Our kids got very little restful sleep because any guest can regulate their heat/ac. When speaking to maintenance, well, those are the breaks. I would recommend waiting for the Hilton renovations to be completed.
