Had to leave 2 days early due to construction noise above our room and also no water to shower. Overall it was a bad experience as we had no tv for 2 days and no water at all the last morning we were there. We had to leave 2 days early due to excessive noise in room.
Great place to stay in Vegas. Some things you should know up front. There is no gambling at the hotel, nor smoking. This leads to a more family-oriented hotel. You will not find loud DJs with massive, 21+ pool parties, with people falling down drunk. This is a major benefit. If you are coming to vegas looking for the party hotel, this is not the place to stay. Hilton Grand Vacations has some wonderful amenities. First, the rooms. If you get a one bedroom or larger, expect a full kitchen, including a washer and dryer. A wonderful benefit if you plan to visit anywhere and don't line the lingering smell of smoke on your clothes (a hazard visiting any casino in Las Vegas). The Studios are more like a large hotel room, but you won't be disappointed. The pool area is large, with quite a bit of seating. There are lots of plants and trees which help keep it a bit cooler in the hot desert. There are numerous hot tubs, as well. The bar/poolside restaurant has a smaller menu, but more than enough to choose from for a meal. They have grills available for you if you want to cook outside. I found the staff to be very helpful, including checking in with me using texts. I appreciated they followed up on any needs, such as needing more shampoo or dishwasher pods. If you plan a longer stay, we used Amazon Fresh to deliver food to cook. We have also used Vons in the past. Both are great options if you want to avoid expensive restaurants on the strip. Finally, the hotel is located a bit away from other hotels on the strip, except for the Sahara, Strat, Circus Circus, and Resort World. This is actually a good thing. When you try and catch a bus, there is always room. Also, the interstate entrance is close so you can quickly get where you need to go when you want.…
Wow, I absolutely love it here. I am a single mother and I work for the state I live in, so I’m not exactly rolling in money. But I scrimped and saved for months to pay for a week here, and I can honestly say it was worth every penny! This place truly embodies the soul of hospitality. Every single worker I encounter is kind and helpful. My room is gorgeous. It has a beautiful shower, and a deep beautiful soaking tub that I have used with Epsom salts after a long day seeing the sights; boy is that wonderful. And I didn’t even know it would have a full kitchen, it’s so beautiful, and I have saved a ton of money preparing my own food (instacart will deliver to the hotels, you just have to meet them out front!) The room is spotless and the furniture comfortable and tasteful. Honestly, I chose this place for the pool. The pool is so gorgeous and relaxing, I swim every day. It’s not deep the way I wish it was, but deep enough to float and do some good stretching and moving and work the kinks out. It’s been so amazing to be somewhere without worrying about my kids and job, just sitting by the pool letting all the tension melt out of me; every day I just sit there with the hugest grin. There are these adorable squeaky little birds that flit about the palm trees, which rustle in the breeze, and the sound of water from the fountains is soothing, it’s like heaven to me. They have an open text line for concierge that is incredibly helpful; anything I need, anything I want to know, any little question, they are right on it texting me back. I also looooove that there is no casino nonsense in here. This place is a peaceful, low-key, classy oasis in an overstimulating sea of glitz, lol. There’s even a spa and small gym in the ground floor but I haven’t used them; they look nice. This hotel is located conveniently on the strip, but not in the middle of chaos; and it’s also within walking distance of the Sahara Casino monorail stop which is really helpful for saving money. I would only knock a tiny bit off the score because the room coffee maker makes what is honestly the worst coffee I have ever tasted, ha ha ha. (Coffee is very important to us Pacific NW folks, LOL.) But there is a Starbucks right on the ground floor too, so I can’t really complain too much. Other than that, this Hilton is an absolute winner! I’m telling all my friends and family that if they come to Vegas, they can’t go wrong staying here.…
Our 4 day HGV stay was all that we wished for. The one bedroom suite was spacious, well decorated, and inclusive. Everything was clean and inviting. We rode the bus to get around the strip with no problems. We would go out and retreat to our homely spot nightly. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. We met a lovely young bellman, Marquis who was a tremendous help as he navigated us around the strip. We will return to Las Vegas before May (HOT) next time. Thank you HGV for a great stay!
My daughter, granddaughter and I spent the week of May 9-13 at this beautiful resort. We had a one Bd suite with amazing views towards the Strat and mountains. The service and amenities were excellent. Location is very good at the end of the strip, a bit of a walk to the main part of the strip but not bad with lots of stores and eateries along the way. I definitely recommend this place.
