I was at the boxing event at resorts world and I stayed at Hilton this time, it was very easy to translate everywhere since everything is closer all restaurants that are inside are good. I loved the view of my suite. I will def come back again. Regards.

Hotel's Favourite
My family and I had an opportunity to stay at the Hilton Las Vegas Resorts World and we were pleasantly surprised despite some of the reviews that we read. The hotel itself is gorgeous and spotless. The pool areas are unbelievable. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable and the products such as lotion and shampoo are higher end. We stayed on the 52nd floor so there was no noise. The parking was confusing at first but we figured it out. A coffee maker and or microwave would be nice but that won’t prevent us from staying again. We will definitely visit one of the Hilton properties at Resorts World when in Vegas again. Thank you Hilton properties and team members for a wonderful stay.

as a long Diamond member I never gave a Hilton hotel such a low rating but I couldn't refrain in doing so as it is nothing as you would expect from a Hilton brand. It is a money trap, you would need to watch anything you do, even if you lift one item offered on the minibar for more than 30 seconds you will be charged (who tells me the cleaning lady won't lift it or make it fall by accident?) also, they usually upgrade my rooms, but all you see is a small spot of the view, the rest is grails surrounding your windows, claustrophobic. Besides all this, the Diamond members breakfast, non here directly from the hotel, there is only one low-key mini cafe' that accepts their credit (15 dollars per guest), if looks cheesy and low class for a Hilton. This was suppose to be a relaxing thinking-free getaway, instead I would need to watch every step fearing to be charged. Never coming back to this property again. Max

Beautiful hotel, great amenities but VERY BAD service at front desk and housekeeping our ROOM was NEVER CLEANED even though we asked for it every morning. Very frustrating. Managers at hotel just apologized but did not solve. First night our room was not cleaned so they were supposed to send someone to clean but never showed up. Second day we notify front desk when we were leaving so housekeeping can clean the room but when we came back the room was not cleaned, we talked again to the Manager and they put a note in the system for housekeeping to clean room everyday at noon. Third day at 9am when were were still in the room and the “do not disturb” signal hanging on the door housekeeping woke us up knocking at our door to clean the room. This is ridiculous, definitely lack of communication and supervision at the hotel.

Visited RW for our annual trip to Vegas. One of our group really wanted to try RW. If you're going to stay at Hilton, be prepared to experience Motel 6 quality! The double occupancy rooms do not have separate toilets and only have a single sink! You will be challenged to find enough clothes storage, or clothes hangers. They don't provide bathrobes! Issues we had were: not enough towels or clothes hangers for 2 people. A shower handle that fell off as I entered the shower. An automated room service that doesn't work. Fyi, avoid using the far side elevators as they appear to have minds of their own! Also the controls on one side of all the elevators do not work! The elevators do provide a social area for guests to share the issues they've experienced! lol The sports book is a joke! From a seating fee even when they're empty, to using plastic cups for drinks. It's also a shared dance venue with a DJ. Good luck to having a conversation! Don't expect the management to make any amends for issues, unless you explicitly demand to be compensated. The one silver lining are 2 restaurants: Italian (Brezza) & Vegan (Crossroads): Just Awesome food & service! Though it's most likely we won't stay at this property again; we would return just to dine with either of these 2 restaurants. (The bar staff at Crossroads are awesome if you want some fun and experience new drinks!) Oh and btw, quite a few people were speaking about the lack of anyone hitting any big winnings! RW is really trying to recoup building costs as fast as possible.

A really smart new casino that has a decent vibe. The poker room is welcoming but does seem to have organisational issues. It took ages to get a players card from the cashiers and I overheard one of the card room managers bemoaning a few things about their system - but it is smart, let’s hope they can iron out those issues. A couple of us popped to the Dawg House. An impressive bar and sportsbook that had a live band on. Really nice. A couple of us decided to eat in there too - one thing as you would expect in Vegas, top top service. Lovely staff. We ordered from the Mouse Hole near the stage. It looked fun. However - my Aloha Dawg just wasn’t very nice personally, the bacon bits or something else in the dog just gave it an odd taste. And the chips/fries…..you’ll go along way to find worse ones. Rubbery, Barely warm when we got them - cold after a few minutes. No thank you!! There does however seem to be lots of options. Resorts World is definitely a place to check out if you’ve not been. We are Vegas regulars and it was nice to see something new. Just sort out those fries!! 😁

WOW! The Hilton @ Resorts World was amazing. This was a splurge and totally worth it. The room was absolutely gorgeous. We faced away from the strip which was great. Could see N Las Vegas, the mountains and the freeway but the freeway wasn't obtrusive to the rest of the view. I can honestly say I didn't want to get out of the shower in the room. Talk about luxurious. Hint: if you want rooms and beverages for your room, go across the street to the drug store. Way cheaper than the hotel store. The Starbuck is cashless, and we aren't so that totally sucked. The Dawg House is very expensive. 1 Bud Light $17. A small can of Clamato was $7.00 Two hot dogs were $30 and not worth the price. (Sonic has way better hotdogs.) No we didn't say anything to the staff as they can't do anything about the prices. If you are playing the machines and can find a waitress that is the most economical way to drink. One glass of white win from the bar was $17. We aren't talking phenomenal wine, but plan old white win. The resort is very large so bring comfortable shoes, you will do a lot of walking. I commend them on honoring the fact it is on the Stardust location. That is a great touch. Parking is free which is great. This is a great location is you want to drive off the strip into the rest of Las Vegas, which we took advantage of. Easy in and out access. One night someone felt they should have my license plate and holder. When I can out the next morning is was at a 45 degree angle away from the vehicle. When I spoke with Security about this, I was informed that unless the vehicle was broken into or there was physical damage to the vehicle they wouldn't do anything so no point in filling out a report. This was disappointing since the car was in their parkade under a security camera. Now I know this all sounds bad and I would not return to the Resorts World Hilton. Wrong. I will be going back to this resort, just more aware of the prices.

My wife and I stayed at this property 11/11/2022 - 11/14/22. The battery went dead on our electronic door lock the second night, preventing us from accessing our room. We went downstairs to inform front desk staff of the issue and was asked to sit down in the lobby until someone from security could take us back up to our room and let us in. We waited almost an hour until two members of the security team greeted us and escorted us to our room where they let us in. My concern is two-fold: 1) At no point did anyone (front desk or security) ask to see my ID. We could have been anyone off the street..... 2) I brought this concern up to a member of the security team the following day and was informed that a supervisor was not available to speak to me at that time. I provided my contact information and asked to be contacted by a security manager/director and have yet to receive a call. This is a beautiful hotel and I am very disappointed in how my security concerns have been dismissed.

The rooms here were missing the Wow Factor. It was just ok. No coffee pot in the rooms. The hotel room had a beautiful view and elevators were always readily available. The conference area was nice and the food served at the conference was really good. We had a meeting outside on the Rose deck patio. This was perfect. The weather even cooperated.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was big and the bathroom was lovely. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had a strip view room which overlooked the pool and the strip was behind it. We checked in via the app and chose a room on the 20th floor, however we prefer to have a physical key rather than using a phone, when we went to the check in counter to get the card we were given a room on the 17th floor (17336) which was fine and we still had the strip view. It is a quiet hotel and is about a 5/10 minute walk to the main part of the strip. Unlike the other hotels on the strip because this is a new hotel, the rooms are more up to date. You need a card to use the lift. We would definitely return and recommend.
