This is now on the top of our list of places to stay in Vegas. Friendly staff and great location with easy access to the strip. Free parking via the Flamingo parking garage and use of the Flamingo “Go Pool” are a big plus. Comfortable room and secure grounds.

If you’re looking for a suite this is definitely a hidden gem. You get all the benefits of staying on the strip without the price tag or the noise. There’s a walkway for a hind the pool of the flamingo that takes you to the entrance of the Hilton grand vacations. It’s a small property that is immaculate and the staff is very accommodating. They allowed us to check in six hours early and we were greeted with several bottles of cold water to take up to a room as well as vouchers for more water for each day of our stay. You cannot access the guestroom floors without a key card so only guests can get up onto the floors which is a nice security touch. They have a pool area of their own that is quiet and relaxing as well as some gardens and play areas. There’s also a small coffee shop and grocery store if you want to stock up on some staples. If you use the main entrance it takes you out just under the highroller and you’re within walking distance of Batista’s Hole in the wall which is a great Italian food choice.
I cannot say enough good things about the staff everyone was beyond accommodating and friendly and the rooms were spacious and anything you needed was brought to your room immediately.. They even thought of the little things like complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste .. They provided shaving cream and razors for someone in our group at no additional charge.
In the price for a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen was less than you would’ve paid for a just room at one of the hotels on the strip. We will definitely be staying here our next trip out to Vegas.

This place is in the best location on the strip. It is right in the middle of everything and steps away from the Linq Promenade. I was worried about not being in a Casino resort, but you are linked to the Flamingo. The rooms are HUGE! We were able to spread out and be comfortable. It was nice to have a FULL kitchen as food on the strip is quite expensive. Also, a washer dryer allowed us to pack light and leave room in our suitcase for shopping items to bring home.

We decided to take a post COVID19 trip to finally travel again. I was very pleased with our choice to stay at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club at the Flamingo. We traveled with our 18 year old triplets and it was away from the crowds of the casinos. We enjoyed a two bedroom suite. We were impressed with the quality of the sofa bed mattress for one of our kids. It was very comfortable for her. The rooms were spotless and we felt that the Hilton GVC at the Flamingo took extra measures for safety and cleanliness. I highly recommend this property. I will be returning to this resort!

Stayed for 5 nights Sept 11-16. We love everything about this hotel. Check-in was so quick, probably about 3 minutes and we were off to our room. We booked a 1 bedroom suite and it looked exactly like the pictures. Spacious bedroom with a large Jacuzzi and a separate toilet and shower and 2 spacious vanities with Crabtree and Evelyn products, plus a pullout sofa bed in the living room area. The kitchen was fully equipped with a full size fridge , microwave, oven, dishwasher with 5 detergent, coffeemaker (bring your own filters) and all the dishes, paper towels, cutlery, pots and pans you need if you want to do your own cooking. We just liked it for making coffee in the morning and the fridge for keeping water, beer and cream cold. There is a full size washer and dryer with a box of soap to do 1 wash. The walk to the strip was a 4 minute walk at the most. There is also a liquor store 1 block away. We bought cream for coffee and beer (2.50-3.00 a can) at the Walgreens in front of Harrah's. Beer was also 3.00 at the liquor store. We never used the pool area but a lot of people did, it looked nice and as for the music from the Flamingo pool we really didn't find it that loud we never were in our room during the day and it does shut off by 6 pm. This is a smoke free facility and it smelled good all the time and the room smelled ,looked and felt clean. They do not send a housekeeper in daily unless you request it. Didn't bother us as we were OK with not having somebody in our room everyday. Ice machine on each floor and you get vouchers at check in to get 2 bottles of water each day at the front desk. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. We would return to this hotel and the location is nice to be in the heart of the strip.

Stayed in HGV flamingo. Although the 2 bedroom unit is quite small for 6 people, we did enjoy the stay. The location is very convenient and near to Las Vegas strip, either taking a walk on the street side, or going inside Flamingo and exit in Las Vegas Boulevard. Because of the Pandemic, the facility maintained all CDC guidelines (face mask inside ALL facilities and streets). The hotel suite is clean, and provided us with basic kitchen and Laundry supplies

We checked in at the Hilton Grand Vacation on 6/17/20. The front desk staff were very friendly, but the hotel shows a lot of wear and tear. When we arrived at our suite on the 10th floor, we were hopefully that the stay would be decent because the hallway was cleaner than the other areas we had seen so far.

That hope turned to despair when we entered our room when the smell hit us like taking a right hook to the nose. It smelled like 100 cats had been in the room and used it as a litter box. It may have been a mold or mildew smell, but whatever it was gave me a headache and made me nauseous. The carpets were matted and stained. It looked like one of the rooms you would expect to get if you booked through a discount site, but my husband is a Hilton Honors diamond member and we booked directly on the Hilton website. My husband went down to the front desk to report the odor and ask for another room, but was told that the hotel had no other rooms available.

They sent a member of the security staff up to determine the cause of the odor. As soon as he walked into the room he acknowledged the odor and said that he agreed that it was terrible. He told us that normally they would try one of their usual methods to remove the odor, but he didn’t think any of them would work in that room.

I will say that Christian at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. He cancelled our reservation and refunded our stay because we had to find another hotel that had availability for 3 nights at 9 o’clock at night on the day we needed to check-in. Christian was the only good experience we had at this property. We definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

We stayed here for a long weekend for our Anniversary. We chose this location due to its proximity to the strip...

The good? It’s close to the strip, a short walk around or through the Flamingo puts you across the street from Caesar’s Palace. Also nice was the room interior, nice kitchen and corner bath, large TVs etc. guests are able to use the flamingo pools as well.

The bad? It’s not a resort. We were charged $25 a night for a resort fee for absolutely nothing. The pool was slightly larger than the Hampton Inn pool we were at a couple of weeks ago. There is no shop to buy even snacks. There is no breakfast, not even a coffee pot out (they leave one packet of coffee in the room). The only thing we received were two bottles of nasty bottled water which I get as a diamond member anyway. The gym was the same as any other Hilton brand hotel, functional but nothing special and only open 6am to 6pm.

There isn’t really a view, I guess I can see the mountains past the buildings and the inner workings of the wheel thing, but still pretty minimal.

If you do want your room serviced, they charge you an extra $40.00.

How was this a resort? It was like a hotel pimple on the back of the Flamingo.

Other than the concierge that all but ignored us, the staff was very nice and accommodating.

There are better deals on the strip. I went here out of loyalty to the Hilton brand, I should of looked elsewhere, the points aren’t worth it.

Less than a 10 minute walk from the Las Vegas Strip, the Hilton Grand Vacation – Flamingo was an amazing experience during my stay. The staff at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club – Flamingo exceeded my expectations. I stayed for a work trip, and it turned into to a vacation of sorts. At one point I needed to wash clothes as I didn’t account for the previous stop on my drip being humid. That was not problem as the front desk had detergent. It took me about 1.5 hours to finish the load of wash. This really the barometer for evaluating performance, when things don’t go according to plans. My room was immaculate and had a view overlooking the pool and the Go Pool (which is separate from HGVC – Flamingo). It had both USB and regular plugs, this was immensely helpful along with the large mini fridge. The Go Pool is a pool party that runs till about 5 PM and is about $10 to enter. It fills up quick so get to the Go Pool early.

The service from the front desk, bell staff, and housekeeping was superior and they made me feel like it was my home away from home. My flight was late in the evening they provided me with a facilities key so that even after I checked out I was still able to use the pool and other amenities. The bell staff swiftly helped me when I need to retrieve items from my bags after I checked them.

Hilton Grand Vacations Flamingo also has partnerships with various tourism spots along the Las Vegas Strip. From Maverick Helicopter tours, the Eiffel Tower Observation Deck at Paris, the High Roller Observation , to Alexxa’s Las Vegas, and more! Parking was complimentary, but for guests it appeared their were premium spots for $30 a night. Unsure if this is connected to the Hilton Honors tier or not. Also, the Las Vegas Monorail Flamingo / Caesars is right behind the property. It was about a 15 minute walk from HGVC Flamingo to Caesar’s Palace, Paris, and the famous fountains at the Bellagio.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite and enjoyed our stay that much, we extended!

The rooms were as pictured on the website but the space felt bigger than expected which was a nice surprise. Kitchen was very well equipped with a big fridge in the main kitchen and a kitchenette with smaller drinks fridge, kettle and coffee maker in the second bedroom.

The location was perfect. It was a 5min walk to the strip, an easy and quick drive to the airport, outlet malls, Walmart and Wholefoods and having parking included was very convenient. We were travelling with teenagers and chose this hotel because it didn't have a casino. We enjoyed the Hilton pool and Flamingo family pool as well as the indoor spa and small but adequate gym. Music from the Go pool was great and added to the atmosphere.

All employees we interacted with were superfriendly and professional. No negative points and definitely a hotel I'd recommend. Thank you for an amazing stay!

What kind of orders are you referring to, take out food? If so, I'm sure that the front desk staff or bell captain would assist in the food getting delivered to your room.

Definitely options close by in The Flamingo. There is a path by the pool that let's you out within 30 feet of the flamingo's back entrance. If you are staying in one of the rooms with a full kitchen, they are well equipped and we were able to get groceries delivered the first day. Saved money and it was nice to eat breakfast in pajamas!
