I just wanted to come on here and show some appreciation to Mr.Reed for taking the time to personally escort us to hash a go go. He was completely going o the opposite direction when he noticed my friends and I were lost. It look like he could’ve been part of the engineering team not too sure. Older man very sweet and polite. So if you see Mr. Reed walking round say hello!!! Great customer service!
Although we had a good time at this resort, a very exciting and energetic location, the front desk and customer service lacks honesty and trust. They originally told me what my reservations included and then at both check-in and check-out there was charges added that was not included. Their word was more disappointing than the cost.
Me and my fiancé stayed here for 4 nights in February. We arrived at 3am on our first night and check in was easy, we couldn’t use the machine so reception helped us. The lifts were quick never had any problems there, on most floors there’s an ice machine and drinks machine for soft drinks. Prior to arrival at vegas we had read some reviews but took all of these with a pinch of salt.. we had a fab room with two double beds, the bathroom and room was clean, safe included which was a bonus! Resort fee was something like 37$ per night which was easily paid for on arrival. The hotel is such a good location I didn’t realise it basically had its own promenade with bars and places to eat and the ice bar and Gordon Ramsay’s fish and chip shop. Our parents stayed in Caesars Palace opposite so it was great for us being so close. We had a great time at this hotel and would happily return to it if we come back. Thankyou…
Pool is closed! It's 91 degrees outside and some employee told me the pool was just closed for an hour when I asked at 6pm. I found out apparently they are too cheap to allow customers access on weekdays even though the place is packed. I would have stayed elsewhere had I known. Poorly run! I will never come back. Need to take care of the people who don't want to sit in a casino all night!
The casino was very nice and the location is fantastic. Our room did not have hand or body soap or a do not disturb sign when we arrived. Some of the fixtures, particularly in the bathroom, were broken or unusable. Express checkin was a nice feature, but the directions on how to get to the room could have been more clear. Overall, this was a good hotel for our first trip to Vegas, but we will probably not stay here again.
