The staff there were friendly,helpful,and professional. The facility was clean both inside and outside and one of the first things I noticed when I arrived was the ground keepers walking the property picking up trash. The inside of the building was spotless as well and the rooms were clean, neatly made, no foul smells. Despite the closeness to the airport there is no loud noise to be heard in the room.

The staff is super nice. They are happy to see you, happy to help, and attend to you quickly. The beds; however, are horrible and the pillows are little squares that feel like rocks. The facilities are very nice, and the breakfast isn't as bad as some. They actually keep it stocked during morning time, and keeps it clean. Additionally, the toilet paper roll can't get closer to the toilet if they tried. It's super hard getting toilet paper that's almost touching the toilet.

At first, I was afraid that I might hear the jet engines as the planes touches down, to my surprise I heard none, not even a rattle. The only noise I heard was the room above us who happens to stomp as they were walking around. The service is very nice and breakfast is plenty enough for everyone. Coffee was good! The room is clean and decent. The pillows were strangely made from a harder substance, like compact cotton of some sort. Anyway, it didn't bother me or my family. The beds are soft and comfy. there's a small place in the parking lot where dogs can do their thing complete with trash bags and a trash can. It is 15 minutes or less from shopping centers and the strip. I don't mind staying here again if I have to bring my dogs with me.

We stayed here about 10 years ago and maybe it was newer back then but I think it has gotten run down since then so much so I would not recommend staying here anymore. Some oddities about the place. It definitely smells like dogs and dog urine in the halls and outside to the point it made our dog anxious with all the dog odors. Also they now keep all outside doors locked so when you are trying to take the dog outside from your room you have to prop the door open with something. The front desk person told us to just prop the door open with the garbage can. I am not sure why they stopped making them key access or more easily accessible. Where we were placed definitely had a lot of dogs and many were barking a lot from their rooms.

My stay there recently was just not good.
It looks nice and clean on the website, but upon arrival there were many flaws in the room that just made the pace feel old and rundown. Cracks in the walls, peeling paint, outlets that didnt work, stains and cracks in the bathtub, leaky bathtub faucet. Just felt old.
The layout is weird. Walking into the lobby lights were off, no music, almost felt like this place was closed, terrible welcome experience.
Headed to my room and elevators are way down the hall out of the way and hard to find.
The couple things that really left a bad taste in my mouth:
1 - No blackout drapes in the rooms, and only the sheer window covering, so anyone could look directly into the room.
2 - On top of that, there was a parking lot light that shined right into the room, but then no way to block it. Slept very poorly because of this.
3 - Website advertised free breakfast, but in the morning there were signs up that said they were only offering to go breakfast 'packs', that had to be ordered from the front desk. An apple juice, a yogurt a granola bar and an orange came out in a brown paper bag. Lie Im in 5th grade and headed to school, what a slap in the face!
Dont stay here, there are lots of cheaper options around town and close to the airport. You will end up getting the same discounted experience at other discount hotels so save your money and stay there instead.

I'm sorry our grab-n-go breakfast is not to your liking, however, we are not allowed to offer our usual breakfast buffet. Front desk made an error on dates and we were charged for 2 nights only stayed one night. No one that worked front desk could resolve issue. Not their policy. Apparently no real manager on site for the two days we were on site. Very disappointed in not resolving while we were there

We went to the front desk to ask if they had room available on 25th Dec. Luckily they had room but the price was higher then what we saw on booking.com. The front desk staff suggested to book our room through booking.com. We did that and the confirmation was sent to the hotel right away. We took the room for 4 nights. Ample parking available free of charge. Shuttle service was available for airport as well as for Las Vegas strip that was not so far from there. Reasonable breakfast and comfortable bed. Overall good experience we had for this hotel.
I recommend this hotel to all Las Vegas visitors as you will be closer to stripe with shuttle service. You will save time and money that you will spend for breakfast on most of the stripe hotel.

We have stayed in this hotel several times, and are always satisfied. We recently flew out of Las Vegas and stayed at this hotel where we could leave our car parked for a nominal fee. When we arrived back in Las Vegas, we called the hotel and the shuttle arrived within 15 minutes.
We especially liked our driver, Deb. She was friendly, professional, and very thoughtful.

Was traveling from CA to UT and had a couple family members flying in to Las Vegas Airport. The hotel was only a couple minutes drive from airport and located in a non-congested area, making the process very easy and convenient. Check-ini took only a few minutes despite numerous people checking in at the same time. The area was very safe and clean, without any of the hassles or worries associated with a bustling Vegas.
Great dog park around the corner and plenty of space surrounding the hotel for walks.
Hotel was exceptionally clean and felt brand new.
Nice pool for the kids.
Breakfast had plenty of options, was very clean and well maintained.

My family stayed for one night before an early morning flight. We were allowed to check in early, and our room was clean and comfortable. We had no issues with noise, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was also easy to stay there with our dog. This was a great relief, since many of the large hotels in Las Vegas charge $100 or more as a pet fee - more than the whole price of our room here! There is also a nice park nearby that was great for the puppy.
