The prices are not what they say, the receptionist guy tries to confused you to take more money just for the fact of the rules, I mean, you are gonna check in before the time he wants to charge double, even dough you maybe leaving at midnight of the same day, that's stupidity, just unfair and abusive, is not what you expect, would rather spend a 150 o almost 200 to be in a good hotel than in this crappy place.

This was the most filthy, disgusting motel room I've ever stayed in. They charge ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a room here, it should literally be $25, and even that is asking too much. They make the building look decent on the outside, but when you get in the room it looks like something out of Tijuana. I can't believe the city even lets this place operate, I've stayed in some ratty rooms but this one took the cake. If I would have known it was this bad, I seriously would have slept in my car instead. (Absolutely no other hotels/motels were available at the time) I stayed 90 minutes and left. Seriously, f this place.

First thing of all is the check in and Andy at check in was kind and friendly, after that seeing the room was awesome clean and big, I will recommend it and I will think of that same place next time I plan to go back in Las Vegas !

I was in Las Vegas during a busy fair week, available accommodation were not appealing, either too expensive or bad reviews or missing items in the room. I was lucky enough to find American Inn. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is not the best but is quiet and if you have a car you can move and it is no problem at all. Everything works, there is hot water and the bed is comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful, they also received a parcel for me. I will definitively stay again in this Motel should I visit Las Vegas in the future.

Room was clean, the owner was nice and welcoming... not rude and it was perfect for our stay in Vegas, It was about ten minutes from Las Vegas strip so it was good for location, bathroom was clean, and bed sheets also.

This motel is old and lays in a poor neighborhood. You know you have booked in a rough neighborhood when you have to talk to the staff with thick glass between. A lot of noise from car shop and other neighbors early in the morning. Rooms are old and smells strange. Old tv and cheap beds and colors makes rooms look old to. The staff are ok.

Nice place and good service from staff also free wi-fi here !! Bed , bedspread , bathroom even carpet and Furnitur combination is very well !! I would like to stay all time when I visit in Vegas 😃!! I have plane to stay in December big night it's 31st so I all ready made reservation there with good price !!
