As ALWAYS, the Paris Las Vegas is a win~win! This hotel is our go-to when visiting Vegas. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The personal concierge is handy (just a text away). The rooms are well designed, modern, and comfortable. The showers are great! Marble bathrooms, plenty of towels and pillows, and checking out on your TV is effortless! Love Paris Las Vegas!!!

Overall our we had a great stay. When we checked in the lady that greeted us was very nice and helpful. We we got to our room however there was food still in the refrigerator and I was having to ask constantly for more than 2 towel even though I repeatedly told the staff we had 3 adults in the room. The only other thing that was a negative was that the women's bathrooms in the casino were dirty with towels on the floor at times & half of the soap dispensers did not work or have soap in them. The bellhop staff was extremely helpful when we ended up needing a scooter and wheelchair for our grandmother who hurt at another hotel.

Was excited to celebrate a friend's birthday here and we had a good time but the experience and conditions were disappointing. Signed up for 'express check in' but had to wait in the same line as everyone else - to use a kiosk. When our room wasn't ready yet, a real person did help us check in, and our room was correct - a king with a view of the tower. Just don't look too closely at the bathroom shower (corroded). No mini bar, water or coffee service, and room service is only available through an app that has pre-selected bundles from different restaurants on site. Unfortunately if you want coffee, pastries and fruit, you need to submit two separate orders to two different places and pay two separate delivery charges. I decided to go downstairs and wait in line for food myself. After returning to room after an evening out, there was a loud party going on next door. Called front desk and they said they'd send security. Not sure if anything happened, but party went on until 4am. When I called to talk to someone about adjusting charges to our room, was told I needed to talk to front desk manager, but the line at the front desk always seemed to be very long - not worth it. Bottom line - this hotel is well-situated and has clean sheets. Good mid-tier pick if you're looking for a central place on the strip to party.

Great hotel. Best location in the strip. Perfect for families. Good restaurant options. Drugs odor in non smoking bedrooms (trough bathroom ventilation system). Pool close too early (5PM). Slots machines winning % is poor for players.

Stayed here about 5 years ago and loved it NOT this time 2021!! I just cant stand the price gouging going on in Vegas and especially Paris. Everything now was double in price like $7.50 plus tax for very small coffee that was horrible, food court area that has pizza, pastries, sandwiches is great but also ridicoulsly priced now! Have the respect CEASARS RESORTS that guests are coming back and patronizing your hotels and stop trying to price gouge us!!! And don't have a drink at Paris or especially by pool - to pay $25 for lousy small daiquiri is insane and the pool drinks were gross like a bad ice slushy. Then theres the pool which is guarded to get in - Chipping paint, chairs that are dirty, statues that are half broken, pool tile moldy and dirty, tons of cosmetic issues. No umbrellas, and not enough lounge chairs for this large hotel, you keep walking around begging people if a chair is empty if there are any empty!!! Music can barely be heard and wasn't summer festive. The Pool bar area was also very dirty and worn and the food at pool not only unbelievable overpriced but disgusting just horrible tasting, minuscule and took forever!! Come on Paris you can do better for your guest when your charging almost $45 a day for RESORT FEES!!! AND don't get a cabana their even more dirtier, old, and tired and NOT worth the price plus they're very hot with tiny refrigerator with few waters. Its very hot and stay light out till after 9 pm so with amount of guests this pool should be open past 5 pm at least till maybe 8pm!!! If Im paying exorbitant resort fess for pool then have it open for all to enjoy and maybe more guests can get a chair at it. Then theres the food - Buffet CLOSED, other venues closed when everything is ok to be 100 percent open. Food choices are lacking and so overpriced don't plan on eating or drinking at this hotel - Gambling all the tables are also gouging - $20 limits and maybe you can find $15 but we would gamble so much here instead of going off strip if tables were $5 or even $10 minimums - the slots are so tight plan on putting all your money into them and getting nothing from them and try to fin .25 cents slots or poker machines - NOT. Casino wasnt a fun hopping atmosphere seems like most people in it were just people checking out the hotel not gambling or having fun, music was non existent. Rooms are small and plain, bathroom is small, housekeeping is hit and miss. We would have spent soooo much more money at this Ceasar Property Paris Hotel if prices were not so outrageous for food, drinks, dining, and gambling and that is sad as Ceasars missed out -- we go off strip for food and drinks and buy our own alcohol from local liquor stores. Customer Service is not very good either - check in was long snaking line since you cant check in till 4 pm without MORE EXTRA CHARGES so now at 4 everyday the lines take forever and after traveling all day that is NOT what you want!! Room Requests are NOT honored and the service people are just not friendly and cold and seem like they just don't care about your comfort or wants. CEASARS PROPERTIES is NOT what it used to be its all about a cattle call and get as much money from you as they can with no care -- Vegas is NOT what is used to be and at this time we recommend you don't go at all and if you do stay away from Paris even the hotel location is great everything else is just not a fun vacation for your hard earned money --- SAD PARIS HOTEL as it used to be our favorite and SAD CEASARS as they can do so much better but chose the bottom line which is gouge our customers.
