Horrible services. Pool half closed because lack of saveguard personnel fitness room will close at 4pm, but inconsistenly you can read on their web site that it close at 7pm. Evendough it is extremely unappropiated to close a facility like this at 4pm. And they forget to make our room up, this is unaceptable even known that we advised two times and they told us it will be make in half hour ( both times the same). My recommendation is you better find another hotel

Overall the Paris Hotel Las Vegas was a very pleasant experience. Check in was a little complicated but the front desk agent explained everything in great detail. Our room was gorgeous!! Aside from the shower being confusing to use but when I called maintenance, he helped me step by step and problem was quickly resolved. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. Also the restaurants in the Hotel spectacular!

The hotel is located in the middle of the strip and directly across from the fountains at the Bellagio. Our 2 families stayed in 3 Burgundy rooms in Aug. 2022. These Burgundy rooms were located on 18th floor. They are showing signs of wear. It's about time the rooms be updated, too. Beds were comfortable. Disappointing that there are no coffeemakers in the room - but that is Vegas. They want you to spend money for overpriced coffee at the shops in the hotel mall. (But, some of us want to sip on coffee and shower before going out in the morning.) Gaming floor is limited and not as large or with as many offerings as others on the strip. Lots of food options available in the mall area - but all are expensive (2 breakfast sandwich bagels, 2 large coffees, 1 glass of milk at JJ's Boulangerie = $50.00). So, make sure your wallet is full! When lines are long for check-in, use the available kiosks. They are user-friendly and will dispense your room keycards. Check-out in the early AM was very easy. Parking valet is $40 per day (unlimited in/out) and parking staff is efficient and friendly. Rooms have daily housekeeping.

Do me and you a favor don’t come to this place it’s a mess. To use a friendly word. Dirty rooms mold. Even after 3 days complaining in person and by phone no change at all. Also the pillows :-( not sure why I booked this place but sure never again. The daly Claning is just like a wiping up and a cleaning

We stayed 4 long expensive nights at Paris on the 5th Floor..as we exited the elevator there was the stench of animal urine. This was our first and last stay at Paris. The room was OK, dated carpet, bathroom had a few hairs, the TV remote was missing the back cover, the fridge was not cold and we were unable to store food. One morning as my boyfriend was walking down the hall towards the elevator there was a woman walking her dog around the furniture in the common area. The woman allowed her dog to urinate on the furniture. It appears the hotel simply placed a "wet floor" cone in this area (maybe the hotel should purchase new signage which warns "Beware Dog Piss"). Good luck to all you folk who take a chance staying here...We are looking forward to exploring a new hotel next on our next visit to Vegas!

The check in times are insane!! Signage in the hotel lobby clearly states that there were two lines, a line for mobile check in and a line for hotel reservations. However, people who were waiting at the mobile check in didn't use the kiosk. They used the line to circumvent the line with over 100+ guests waiting to check in. There were people who walked in after me that were able to walk up to the guest reception via the mobile check in line because the staff did not monitor the check in process. There was absolutely no logical facilitation or management of the check in process. When I complained, the supervisor told me that it is like that every day. In other words, that tells me Paris Las Vegas is unconcerned about customer experience and cannot handle large crowds. Secondly, the rooms are not well cleaned. There were stains on the carpet and bed. The room should be rated the same as Bally's or Excalibur because it was awful. Third, when I looked out the window to at least enjoy the view, it was very noticeable that the pool was filthy. Thankfully, I booked a room at another hotel to salvage part of my Vegas vacation. I was very excited to stay at Paris Las Vegas and to my own detriment when another review cautioned that I should not stay here, I continued with my stay.

We got upgraded to a suite with a neighboring room so our family of five would have 'a little more space'. Needless to say we were thrilled! Did not miss view of the strip or the pool - you want to also hear the strip, and the pool closes at 5pm anyway. Other than the room, pretty much everything is Vegas-priced, but then there are plenty of options both on and off the strip.

Paris is Paris. Long lines at check in time. Download the Cesar’s App and check in at the kiosk with your Driver’s License. 16th floor is for smokers. No ash tray in room. Asked housekeeper for one and she said call housekeeping 🙄. Only one small trash can. Not even one in bathroom 🙄. Great deal on room rate, but was all the way at the end of the hall by the stairs 👎. Dated plasma television 👎. Comfy bed, fridge worked fine, safe worked fine, clean bathroom, WiFi worked good 👍.

stayed here July 11 through 14, 2022. Overall the hotel is in need of refreshing. Our stay was comped except for the resort fees. I requested early check in which was $50, however they charged us another $25 + taxes for a late checkout I did not ask for. We checked out 20 minutes before 11am as documented on the trip folio I requested from the hotel. I have contacted Caesers twice about getting the late checkout fee credited back to our card but they have yet to respond. Guess we'll have to visit the check in desk when we go back to Vegas in September, staying at another hotel but inconvenience that we have to go back to Paris to fix this issue that should never have happened. Our check in lady was very unfriendly and obvious she didn't want to be there. Prime location on the strip, casino was not one of the best, actually went to Cosmo and Bellagio to gamble with nice results and only lost at Paris. Food choices are great, elevator area can get a bit overcrowded. Our room had a sink that was clogged, AC that would barely cool the room, and not much water pressue in the shower. Really disappointed about not being contacted by anyone about the late check in fee that was charged.
