The Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas City Center is lauded by many for its attentive service, with guests enjoying the professional and friendly staff that contributes to a memorable stay. Reviewers have called out the spacious and quiet rooms for their comfort, despite an isolated complaint about room satisfaction. Its cleanliness receives consistent praise, with spotless rooms and immaculate common areas. The restaurant at this hotel is the best kept secret in Vegas. Super food and wine at an amazing price. James and Joesean made our dining experience a great one. We felt super fortunate for their willingness to go out of their way to give us great service while connecting with our family of three. Super good people and we will be back to give them fist bumps and shout outs. Thanks to both of you for helping make our vacation a great one!!

I really enjoy the HGI brand so I decided to give this new establishment a try. I had a problem checking in online, but Chris did a great job assigning me a corner room (#633) on the SE corner. The king room suite was clean, roomy and had a great view of the strip and the new Raiders stadium.

The hotel is located to nearby I-15 and I-215 so you have access to any parts of Las Vegas. This hotel is charming and modern, and I managed to book a dream rate of $79 for my Friday - Sunday stay.

The breakfast buffet that was provided was great, and unfortunately I was privy to a rude and hostile guest who didn't understand that the buffet is not free to all guests. The front desk personnel did a great job (kudos to her) of diffusing the situation, even when the guest accelerated the disagreement. If I can make a suggestion, that HGI puts some signage in front of the buffet communicating the cost.

Excellent hotel and service, and I will be back!

After sitting in the airport from 8:30pm to 3:30am to find out our flight was cancelled until the next afternoon, we just needed to sleep. We called several hotels who all wanted our credit card info but would not guarantee us a room (since we were trying to get one for that night). After calling directly to Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas, the wonderful young lady, Alicia, at the desk told us to come right over. Finally got a taxi out of the closed airport and arrived at the hotel for hopefully a few hours sleep. When we got ready to had back to the airport, we asked the fellows at the desk for comb, toothbrush and toothpaste as our luggage was still on the plane (we hoped). They were so helpful, got us what we needed and even called a cab to make sure we made it back in time for our flight. The hotel is gorgeous, clean, had a full kitchen for breakfast and extremely clean. Beds were heavenly. So a shout out thanks to - Chris, Jues and Fin (spelling?) We were so tired, you were great!

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas February 10-13, 2022. This was not our first choice, as we would have preferred to stay at the better-located Hampton Inn down the street, but it was sold out for weeks before. We decided to stick with the Hilton brand and stay here, but would choose differently if we had it to do over again.

The location is not that great. We wanted to be off the strip, but still be close to it. Looking at a map, this is very close, but there is no way to walk to the strip from here because an interstate runs between. No problem, we just used Uber instead. But there are also no restaurant options within close walking distance either. So we ordered room service from the Garden Grille, which worked out fine because the service was prompt and the food was good.

The room was very nice. It was spacious and appeared new. However, it wasn’t until we arrived that we learned that housekeeping is only available 3 days per week and only upon request. We’ve stayed at many Hilton properties during this pandemic and we’ve never experienced this. When we needed clean towels at 5pm on our second day, we requested them and were they would be brought to our room. They never came. So at 5am the next morning, we had to go in search of towels, at which time we were told that they couldn’t be brought to the room and could only be picked up at the front desk. And we thought the Keurig in the room was a great amenity, but we had already used the 2 coffee pods and 2 packs of sugar the morning before, so had to go to the lobby for coffee, where we were told it would be charged to our room.

It's understandable that there are probably staffing issues, making service decline, but if they know they will not service the rooms, then place enough supplies in the room to last 3 days! We were given 3 towels for 2 people and there’s no way that will last 3 days. And if a guest requests towels and you say you will bring them, then do it! And the Keurig is a great amenity, but if they know they will not replenish the supplies for 3 days, then give enough to last 3 days. Guests should not have to chase and beg for basic room supplies and amenities.

And since our room would not be cleaned, we were told to put our used towels and trash outside the door to be picked up. They were still sitting there when we checked out.

And when we requested our room be cleaned on one of the days that it’s allowed, we returned to our room after 2pm to shower and change for the evening, but the room had still not been cleaned.

We cannot recommend this hotel at all, unless you like using the same dirty towels over and over, having trash piled up outside your room, or do not expect basic service for the price. After being loyal Hilton customers for years, we’re not sure we’ll stay at another until they learn to better navigate this pandemic.

We just got back from a 4-day/3-night stay for our team's Volleyball Tournament and we had 11 families staying at this hotel (April 7-10) and not a single complaint from any of us. So that alone is a true testament to the level of quality and service at this hotel. The main desk staff were fantastic and checked us into our room at 11:00 on the day we arrived. They were helpful with towels, info, recommendations, and any needs our team had. The guy in the bar was so nice, kind, helpful and a hard worker. The daily breakfast was great and the team enjoyed the selection. The hotel is about 1 year old and it's in such a great location. Very close the strip (we drove to Mandalay Bay Every day and it was 7 minutes away). The strip is only about 3 minutes drive. What we loved about this hotel was the safety for the girls to roam around the property, no cigarette smoke or casinos. Yet it was so close. Anthony was awesome and drove our team around in the 12 passenger van as needed. They had a nice Elkay water bottle refill station just off the lobby. The rooms were very quiet and we did not hear anyone during our stay. The shower was great, good light in the bathrooms, and AC worked very good too. Overall no complaints and we would love for our team to stay here again. A+ all around! Job well done Hilton!

I am a gold member of Hilton Honors, usually a diamond but last year was not the highest travel year. I stayed for a week at the Hilton Garden Inn on Dean Martin (monday thru friday). I feel the customer service is very poor. My room was not cleaned two days of the four. On the final full day (Thursday), I called the front desk at 8:30 in the morning and requested the housekeepers clean my room first thing. The front desk said no problem they are starting now. 4 hours and three checks later they backed off from being able to get housekeeping to clean my room, stating they will get to it today. I will never stay at this hotel again due to the clear lack of effort on the part of the staff. Either the front desk did not call housekeeping or housekeeping did not care. Either way very poor service.

This is a very nice hotel with friendly staff. It feels new and modern and the parking garage was a very short walk to the front door. I like that it's not a casino so it's quieter and you can walk right to the elevators without having to run the gauntlet of slot machines!

Chose this location because of close proximity to the Strip and being relatively new(18 months old). It was the right choice! We came by an hour earlier than planned but Chris took care of us right away. The room we got has a nice view of Las Vegas and is clean and modern. It's got a microwave and a mini ref. The free shuttle service to Aria is a plus if you don't want to drive around. It's only a 3-5 minute drive which is great.
Complimentary breakfast has good choices(eggs, sausages, cereal, oatmeal, fruits) but the icing on the cake is the service. Staff are exceptionally courteous and efficient.
We will definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends and family.

My wife is a wheelchair user and we try to stay exclusively at Hilton Garden Inn properties. In the past 14 years of traveling together, the Hilton Garden Inn City Center, Las Vegas was the nicest property that we have found. The staff including the breakfast Cook and waiter were outstanding and valued our business, as if it were their own.
