Ricky was the most annoying front desk agent i have ever dealt with, in check in they forgot to give us our "breakfast card" supposedly they hand does to you along with your cards and wifi password, but we didn't get one and how in world im i supposed to know that the next day im gonna need this "breakfast card" so the next morning RICKY made a big deal out of giving us the card and i spend 30min trying to get this card for a very mediocre breakfast. I have being to many hotels in my live, only this month this is the 10th Hilton i visit and ita the first time something like this happened. Also, if you are a coffee person, forget it! No free coffee at the lobby!

Hotel's Favourite
We have probably stayed in almost every hotel on and near the Las Vegas strip over the past 15-20 years. Where do we always come back to now....Embassy Suites Las Vegas Convention Center. We were in Las Vegas for meetings and 2 trade shows. Of course, the Embassy Suites is nearby, but so are many other hotels and many hotels that provide shuttle services to the convention center. So why do we stay at the Embassy Suites Convention Center. Well in the following order, Great and Wonderful Staff. Continued upgrades to the property. Proximity to the Convention Center. Just want to get some relief from all the lights, people, traffic, smoke, etc. So a salute to many former and current employees. I will start with those who made our most recent staff so enjoyable. Rick and Natasha (front desk), Geri & Marcela (Bar), and all those who we cannot name but made our visit so nice. A shout out to the breakfast staff. You are a great group to wake up to and always appreciate good food too. For those who we miss from past stays, Tad, Lorena, Sue (Happy Hour), Saddie, Jojo, Corrine, Liz, and Mady. Possibly this note of gratitude will make its way to you with good wishes. God Bless!

Well, it’s an embassy suites. Great breakfast and good selections- area very clean and staff overall are friendly. Only went to manager’s reception once and snacks were limited but it was fine. The lobby is nice and updated but rooms definitely need an update- dingy and dark. Maid service was good- you have to request it. AC not as powerful as it should be with Vegas temps and my room smelled like stale smoke and - I hope I am wrong- faintly like urine in the front room. They offered to switch rooms but I figured they were all the same. At least there is no casino noise. You can hear planes taking off from airport but so can every hotel in the area. Good rate for Las Vegas.

Very disappointed. Will not stay at this property again. Stayed here about 10 years ago and it was better then. This property needs major maintenance. Cabinet finishes are worn, sink the the bathroom didn’t completely work properly, bathroom fixtures are loose or crooked. When I got there, noticed that the shower curtain was missing. Called and asked for that and some extra towels and shampoo. An hour later, got the shower curtain but not the rest. Called again in the morning and still waiting. While taking a shower, noticed that the shower wall had long hair on it from the last people in the room (gross), so it hadn’t been properly cleaned; so it makes me wonder about the overall cleanliness of the room. Also, didn’t get some of the perks of being a Hilton Honors gold member.

Room didn’t have a hair dryer and I had to call 4 times and waited almost 2 hours to finally get it. Room was not cleaned while I was out and had to ask twice for clean towels and waited over 30 mins.
