Great hotel location, had a good experience. Hotel Stay was for a 3 day business training, which went well. The event center was very conveniently close and was a perfect size for the type of training we attended.

I am in Vegas for a training for work and when I came up to my room for a break. William was just finishing cleaning my room. He deserves a raise the room is immaculate. My previous stay was at Home2Suites North Las Vegas and they need to take notes from the Hampton Inn Tropicana. I like the location although walking around after dark is sketchy but its Vegas. The location is great with the Vegas strip in front and a view of the new stadium can be seen from the pool in the back. I will not hesitate to stay her in the future. William, thanks for the great service sir.

Bridgette was an absolute sweetheart. Funny, attentive, and overall splendid. I’m on a military work trip and couldn’t think of a better bar to go to. Went to the Vegas vs. Capitals game and she even remembered us!! Lovely lady!!!

Gia and Wendy were amazing at helping me and making sure my group and I had a great stay. Breakfast staff was very talkative and lively. Breakfast was great and rooms were super clean. Location is great, it is a shorter walk to the strip than I thought!

Brekfast - Yami and Marjoorie are incredible. They are the defiition of perfect service. Friendly - wiling to do anything to make things perfet for you. Housekeeping - Lesli. She is quick, helpful and very bprofessional. These ladies made the trip very relaxing.

The staff throughout my stay were very friendly and attentive. I had a great breakfast at the hotel. Marjorie cooked me a delicious waffle. Whatever batter they use was super good. Marjorie went out of her way and showed me where to find my training class. She is definitely an asset to this company!!!

I love this hotel, its staff was so accommodating and anticipating my needs before I even asked. Had all digital check in or out or in person. I arrived at 10am and was told my room was ready then.Informed about free breakfast which was lavish and high quality. The room had every rhi g I want from Iron & board, Safe,laundry bag, digital door key, spft comfy beds with huge pillows, A xhair 2 stools, desk w chair, USB outlets, microwave, Fridge, coffee maker w tea & insta coffee,hair dryer. Was the best hospitality experience I have had visiting Vegas for CES and NAB sonce 2014.

Great location, walking distance to Excalibur / Mandalay Bay/ MGM/ New York New York resorts. Clean room upon arrival, even though room service on the 3rd night, linens and toiletries are always available upon request. Breakfast is plentiful, lines are going quickly with servers attending to guests. Hotel staffs are friendly.
