Had a beautiful birthday weekend at the SLS! Dinner at two great restaurants - Cleo’s and Bazaar! Would definitely return for the next Vegas Trip! Thanks again to Romeo B., their amazing VIP operations manager!

The staffs at valet parking were rude and not made us feel welcomed. Probably it was because the valet parking was a free service since the resort fee covered it.

However, room service was great. We got a champion for welcome gift as platinum elite.

The hotel is very nice. We did get put into a not so nice room with no windows. The food is good, W is weird now that they are owned by that Mormon company. No W casino so we had to gamble at a different casino. Nothing is very close to it so you need to uber or walk a lot. It ju

I love this hotel. It's a little out of the way but perfect in every sense, especially if you're in town for an Expo. The rooms are super comfortable and very cool! I particularly loved the closet! The whole place smells great too!

Is the pool open in November ? And is there a fee to use the gym or pool?
The W was sold. I am not sure what the pool status is.

Is the W Kid friendly, we are looking for a nice NON casino hotel for one night, our friends fly in the next day and we are headed to Utah. We have a 5 year old and don’t want to subject her to “what happens in Vegas” or cigarette smoke...but don’t want to stay at an airport hotel!!!
Maybe you answered your question with your question. It depends on you and your judgment of things. I would be fine taking my children here, but I'm ok with casinos, bars and people in general.

Is there smoking in the casino?
Yes there is, unfortunately. But it is a smaller one, and you don't have to pass through it, to go to your room unlike most of the other ones.

We're staying first week of October for four days. Hoping the pool won't be closed?! Can you please confirm if it will stay open? Hope so as that's one of the main reasons we chose the W! Thanks.
Should be open
