This is a very nice hotel. Our room was roomy, well appointed and clean. The view of the strip was great and can't think of anything the room was lacking. Our room did have a kitchenette but has no dishes, silverware etc so you have to ask for that type stuff. Otherwise, the room was perfect. Great, large bathroom was a really nice touch. Whirlpool tub big enough for two with separate shower. Pool area was nice and service at the pool was excellent but the drinks were weak and the food bland. This hotel is about a block and a half from the strip but it's an easy walk. We used Lyft for transportation and it worked flawlessly. No casino in this hotel but the Fashion Show mall is directly across the street. Closest casinos within walking distance are the Wynne and Encore. If you are looking for quality, class and a bit quieter place but still near the strip, this is a great place.…
I love staying at this hotel… The service was amazing, the food was delicious, pool is so large , plenty of chairs and umbrellas, lemon water poolside .. the gym was well equipped . I felt so safe traveling solo staying there. I would definitely stay there again!
We have been staying at the Trump from the time they became a hotel. I know covid has upended many things. We don't stay in Airbnbs because we like daily maid service. We like having our bed made and fresh towels every day. We checked in late. The next day our room still had not been made up. We called around 5:30 and asked. They said they would send someone up. I asked if we need to call every day. They said no. The next day no one came. We called the thrid day. No one came. I happened to see a cleaning woman in the hall so I asked if we could get our room serviced. She said she would call it in. It was clean when we got back that night. The next day, same thing no cleaning. We were leaving the next morning so we didn't bother calling. When we checked out I asked again if we need to call every day for cleaning. I was told if you want "priority" cleaning, you need to call. We don't care what time the room is cleaned, we just want it clean. Hotels say they are short staffed, but we've also heard that staff complain that they aren't given the opportunity to clean as much as they would like because the hotel is cutting costs. I hope this is not the case. Trump not only had daily maid service, they also used to have a nightly turn down service. I can sort of understand cutting the turn down service if they are trying to save money, but it would be nice if they and other hotels get their act together and start cleaning the rooms again. Otherwise the hotel is still very nice.…
Everything was nice, except the mattress on the fold out couch had a huge stain and I had to call for bedding for it. The room was huge and had plenty of storage. Bathroom was amazing, but the shower head was a little on the short side for me (I'm 5'9").
We were married in Vegas, so we decided to go back for our 23rd. wedding anniversary. The check in was fast, and after mentioning that we were returning for our anniversary, the receptionist offered us an upgrade to a corner suite for a reasonable price. So did it, and I have to say that it was worth it. There were 2 full baths, but master bathroom alone, was the size of an entire standard room. The rooms were very clean, smelled clean, and the window views were awesome. Also, the staff wear pins denoting their military service, and we thanked every one of them when we saw them.
