Three floor hotel in a strip mall near the airport. The hotel will provide shuttle service on request. My room was comfortable and had both a fridge and microwave. The wall thermostat was tricky to use, but it was middle of winter and we didn't need the air. The fridge and microwave were useful because there were 3 grocery stores nearby and we bought food to eat in the room. The hotel houses a small cafe with abbreviated hours and a limited menu. There is no free breakfast. Housekeeping seems to have a limited supply of towels. So they might have to search for more if you need them. One elevator and one ice machine were not functioning. In case you aren't aware, Vegas gets frequent wind events, so when this happens, the grounds can be littered with dead leaves and trash. If you need to withdraw money, there are at least three banks within walking distance. The Strip is maybe six miles west and then north. You might not need to rent a car if you're handy calling for a car service or you can figure out how to use the city bus service.…
Stayed @ the Courtyard Marriott Henderson/Green Valley on December 8, 2021 and was put in room 168 which featured 1 queen bed w/ a nice little patio looking out to the pool/ courtyard. This courtyard is conveniently located near numerous of shopping & restaurants. The hotel even offered an on-site enterprise car rental (but due to covid they had temporary closed the counter) as well as the courtyard bistro (which serves Starbucks). The bistro here was really limited unlike most courtyards I stayed at in the past and only offered select drinks with 0 food options. After ordering an iced white chocolate mocha I decided I wanted an apple juice while I do some work in their business center. After grabbing a apple juice the nice employee working in the bistro told me I was good to go no charge. As Marriott usually isn’t my go to, I couldn’t had been more pleased with how well this stay went. The entire stay was amazing. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly. Will definitely stay here again in the near future.…
Good central location for the purpose of our trip…at fair price. You can walk or a short ride lots of food choices. Our TV reception was not great but were were there for too short f a stay to have have someone come into the room …So just mentioned at check out It would be nice to have free coffee “most of the time and water, since there is no free breakfast. The purchase food ideas at the bar are probably better than the free breakfast hotel deals.
We stayed here on 9/13/21, room 314 and 9/25/21 room 103 while flying out and into LAS. The plusses Great (14 day) park and fly option Good staff (front desk and shuttle) Clean and comfortable rooms, very good soaps and shampoos (Paul Mitchel) Nice lobby Plenty of parking The minuses On 9/13 one of the elevators was out of service, on 9/25/21 both of the elevators were out of service. They need to get the elevators fixed. Shuttle pick up on 9/25 took 40 minutes , not including the 10 min. it took to get someone on the line. That is just too long. The shuttle runs every 30 min. and you need to reserve it going to the airport. Rugs and rooms a little worn The AC units have motion detectors so if you don't move periodically the AC goes off. Room details Room 314 was a suite , had 2 sinks, bathroom is the toilet and shower and a bit small , the bedroom and living room were good sized and clean. Two TV's, coffee maker, fridge (no freezer) and microwave. This was a very nice room. Room 103 Regular room, bathroom and sink set up the same as 314. Comfortable bed, quiet room. Room was clean, fridge, micro and AC same as 314. Worn rugs and water stain in bathroom ceiling. Overall OK for one night. If we were doing a long trip (using Park and Fly) and the elevators were fixed, we'd stay here again…
I booked this hotel because it was one of the only Marriott branded hotels that offered a free shuttle to the airport. I was expecting not too much ands wonderfully pleased with the whole experience. Front desk staff (Aja this means you) was welcoming, informative and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and cool (it was 118 the afternoon I checked in). My room was the same. A really nice feature is the mini-sofa in my room so I had a comfortable place to watch TV instead of a hard plastic chair or sitting on my bed. The pool area looked nice, but I never ventured out there (see above temperature). I got my wake up call when requested and my shuttle ride was was done quickly and efficiently (thank you Manny). Great experience.
I was in town to visit family and since they have a very small apartment, I chose to stay in the nearby Courtyard. Many reviewers have commented about the friendliness of the desk staff, and I have to say I agree! They are all very genuine and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the shower pressure was great. I knew there was no complimentary breakfast but I took a pass on the overpriced Bistro with limited offerings and had my own cereal each day -- loved the fridge and microwave by the way. For a break from that there is a terrific breakfast place right across the street, Mom and Pop place, that also features burgers later in the day. The pool was beautiful but I only got in once because the water was still very cold and the weather wasn't yet hot enough most days. Note that this hotel has a complimentary shuttle to the airport which I took advantage of. It is reliable. I guess prior to the pandemic they also ran a shuttle to the southern part of the Strip, which would have been an attractive feature. I did use the local buses a few times!…
The hotel had great front desk personalities. The quick check in was noticed by myself and others. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean provided many sanitation stations. The room was very comfortable and clean room.
Wonderful staff (Front Desk, house keepers and shuttle drivers ) amazing group that make it all work. Wendy the manager made us feel like loyalty, rooms are very clean and modern and great Coffee. Additionally within walking distance there are lots of options, Thank You so much I highly recommend that you come and experience it for yourself.
Should have called to confirm if the restaurant is open or not. You can see in their photo that it LOOKS like its operating, but its not. VERY disappointing. It was actually one of the reasons I booked myself and 2 other employees at this location. We wanted a place off the Strip - we were there for work - that was convenient, clean, safe, and had a dining facility in it. Surprise (not a good one) for us that the Bistro was closed and the only thing available was the limited selection at their inhouse market. BTW, I would expect a little more than a microwavable sandwich, a cup of yogurt, and an apple in the "complimentary breakfast bag" from a Courtyard Marriott establishment. Good news is there are a variety of restaurants and other places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. Even a couple of off-strip Casinos if you feel the need. All in all, it was "Ok", but I must say that it's NOT what I have come to expect from a Marriott.…
This hotel is directly in the flight pattern for the airport and your hear those planes from 5am to midnight! Rooms have no insulation so you’ll here the people next door to you and those above you as well.
