Nice well appointed hotel that is poorly run. We booked 2 months ago and confirmed our stay. We got to the hotel and were given a handicapped room. No warning. We were finally able to change after being told the hotel was full. Here’s a tip. If you are assigning someone a handicapped room, let them know ahead of time and teach your staff how to handle complaints because hotels are a SERVICE business. No service, no business. The showers on this 5 month old hotel are very nice except for the crappy flow restriction on showers. Apparently, the idiots at Marriott think letting a shower trickle out water is green. It’s not. People just have to stay in the shower twice as long to rinse off. If someone is paying for a room, they don’t expect to be told that they only get rooms cleaned once a week to save on water or some other inconvenience that saves the owners money. Last of all, our Air conditioning didn’t work. It has been very hot. We asked for maintenance to come and look at the thermostat and we’re told that they had no night maintenance, but could give us a box fan. WTF? What hotel doesn’t have a maintenance man at night? What if a pipe breaks? The idiot who manages this hotel should be replaced or this hotel’s occupancy will tank

After coming from a rather "rustic" cabin we'd rented for a few days to explore Glacier, checking into the AC was a welcome dose of luxury. Everything was very new, which is always good. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. When we got to our room, I noticed the bathrobes were absent, so when we came back in from an errand I asked the front desk about it, and they had two lovely and comfy black robes sent up. The $14 breakfast was delicious. Valet guys were super nice, too. Two quibbles about the bathroom; the water temperature in the shower was hard to control. Even after getting the water to the desired temperature, it would sort of suddenly get cooler or hotter. And, just a warning to ladies over 40, such as myself, do not lean in too close to the bathroom mirror in the harsh overhead lighting if you don't want to see a fright, lol. Also, the no housekeeping thing is not cool. I know places are short staffed right now, but to pay this much for a hotel room and have to make your own bed and ask for refills of body wash is definitely a blemish on the experience.

We stayed there for 5 nights and did not get the room cleaned once during our stay ……very disappointing even the BW gave us service every second day, not enough luggage carts, we went to the bar in RI and were not allowed to take drinks over ……lot of hassle for the price we paid !

We arrived with our four mountain bikes and Trent and Carson carted them to the very convenient and secure bike storage closet. Super helpful since traveling with bikes is never easy. Better than having to take them up the elevator to our room.
