No soundproofing at all. You can hear every footstep above you. Dog barking in the room next door at 7am. We were just looking for a place to sleep and this was a waste of money. Very overpriced for a budget hotel. Would not stay here again.

Oh man where to begin with this place. I had a reservation for 4 nights. The first night I checked in bo AC room was an oven. Called the desk she stated all she could do was give me a fan. A fan? I asked for a refund she said she wasn’t a manger and wasn’t allowed to do so. I told her to have the manager contact me the following day. Took a walk came back the wall fan was blowing cooler air. Never heard a thing from the manager. 2 more nights in the room and after working 16 hour day came in on Friday and my key wouldn’t work. Turns out they gave my room away because I didn’t leave a bag in the room. No way id ever leave a bag alone in this hotel anyway. I find it particularly odd that I stayed 3 full nights without hearing from the manager and she decided to cancel my reservation that fell on a Friday night instead of the middle of the week where all surrounding hotels were booked. I’ll call it what it is and that is she knew she could get more money so she booted me out for her own greed. Bottom line avoid this place. It’s nothing more than a cheap bed with very high price tag. The manager was in the lobby when I asked why my room wasn’t available and she said there was note that said the AC didn’t work and they thought I left. She was very unapologetic I’ll be contacting the BBB and their corporate office to complain further. Buyer beware I warned you.

The only reason we rented a room is because we wanted to take showers before a 10 hour drive home, after we’d been camping for 3 days. The hotel’s water heater had been broken and they didn’t tell us until we checked in at 10:30 PM. Another guest at the hotel said it was broken prior to his check-in at 7 PM. At no point did they try to inform us of this issue before we got there. We ended up running water through the single cup coffee maker so we could wipe ourselves off with wet washcloths. I talked to the manager in the morning, who was very rude and unapologetic. She said that since we had booked through Priceline, the hotel wasn’t responsible for reimbursing us. We could have continued camping for free. Instead, we paid $222 for showers that we never got to take. I understand that it was outside of her control and that it wasn’t her fault, but she never attempted to empathize with us at all. She appeared annoyed that we were even trying to discuss it with her. It was very frustrating.

We booked with priceline when we checked in we were told they need a 100 for deposit on card. When I checked statement they took 115$ and said 3 to ten working days to return. It's been over 15 days and have not had it returned we spent a total of 7 hours there . Room had a oder.the desk workers were nice. But it being a couple days before Xmas now .with lack of work due to pandemic money is very tight.and I can't afford to spend 200$ dollars for a couple hours of sleep..my thoughts are they are keeping the money to offset the loss of revenue due to virus. Thinking I'm about state traveler I won't pursue my deposit. Have called two times without any help. They will never get my business ever again.

I booked into the hotel after trying to get into a nearby, high-rated (slightly) hotel, but found that that hotel didn't have a coffee maker in the room. This one did, and was well rated as well. They had remodeled the hotel this past spring and the lobby looks great. The staff was friendly, the entire hotel and guest room were very, very clean. The bed was more than adequate and was comfortable. The price was comparable to nearby similar hotels.
