We reserved our room months in advance for my son's wedding and it was a good thing because they were booked up for other things in the area. The room was clean but worn. I suppose I would stay here again if I needed to be in this area overnight.

Low price. Dated. Low occupancy when we stayed. This is a no frills place. For the price acceptable. The breakfast and coffee leaves much to be desired. Ok a place to spend the night but just basic accommodations. Plenty of parking. Close to the interstate.

If you are concerned about hygiene or have OCD, this is not the place for you! No signage anywhere about extra sanitation for pandemic concerns. First of all, we drive into a dark parking lot with weeds growing thru cracks in the concrete. I almost ran to the Holiday Inn express next door but I had already paid for this. The front desk was empty and looked very messy. The receptionist was watching the lobby TV and looks like she hadn’t brushed her hair all week. I asked about the lights in the parking lot and wow she forgot to turn them on. When we entered our room, the air had been turned off days ago, so it took a while to cool down. Towels are very thin. Bed and pillows were good and we prayed the sheets were clean enough. Overall, we survived but I want the word Quality in the name to mean something.

I was not going to complain, but when Quality asked me about our stay. I told them. We found beer caps under the chair, there was a half used bar of soap in the shower and the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed. Also the pool was closed. When we asked about a pool nobody bothers to tell us it was closed for repairs .Not only didn't they give us any feedback, they sent a email saying thanks for staying would like to book a future date. It was late and we were tired needed a place to sleep. Found all this in the AM. So if choose this place for expediency, inspect your room first! We won't be back Ever!

Got trapped by a huge storm and pulled off the highway. Decided to stay here. Got a low rate. The hotel is a budget hotel with breakfast. My room was clean. The tv didn't work and after several calls I gave up. We slept, woke early had waffles and hit the highway. I had no major complaints...
